**January 2011 Babies**

Post by Santee35 »

Hi Ladies,
I did a frozen cycle back in April, with a transfer on April 20th. That makes me 8 weeks right now with a due date very early January! Anyboby else fall within that time frame. It would be great to have a some folks to go through this journey with. Looking forward to meeting everyone!

Hello Santee35,

We also did an FET on May 7th, which puts me at about 6 weeks, with twins. So happy to have someone to talk to, still quite surreal, and a bit nervous. Other than the nausea and exhaustion I feel great!

Congrats Celiacgirl,
So happy to hear the good news. I totally understand the surreal feeling and I am right there with you. I have been totally exhausted, but other than that I don't have any other symptoms. Which I should be happy about, but there is something about puking that makes me think all is well in there. We had our 8week appointment and heard the baby's nice strong heartbeat, it was the sweetest sound I have ever heard. I go back next week for blood work and again the following week for my last appointment with the RE and then its off to my OB and perhaps a high risk appointment here and there.

Hello Ladies,
Nothing much to update, some nausea that seems to last all day...aside from that a bit nervous when I don't feel pregnant, whatever that means? Is anyone else on estrogen and progesterone? The doctor switched my progesterone to Endometrin instead of the injections, not sure how I feel about this yet. Hope you're all well! :D

I was on estrace 2 tabs 3 times daily till Sunday. My RE told me to stop and I go in for blood work on tommorow. I didn't stop cold turkey like I was told :( I backed off a bit between when I got the instructions on Thursday through Sunday, took my last pill Sunday night). I'll be interested to know what the blood work reveals. I am so hesitant to stop anything that has been working. He told me to stop baby asprin a long time ago but I'm still taking it, as it can't hurt anything and it makes me feel better. I am still on Progestrone shots, he told me I could go to the suppositories but I wasn't ready to make that switch either.

Still no real signs for me, no nausea, no sore breast, just kinda tired however I noticed I had more energy today. I go back to my RE on the 10th and I'll get to see our little one again on that day. After that I'll be making the transition to an OB, hopefully I'll be able to have some appointments with a High Risk doctor as well.

Hello Ladies, I am currently 9 weeks pregnant with twins after 3 rounds of IVF. I can't believe I made it to this side of the fence. I have been waiting for a this blog to start....... Currently nausea is getting the better of me. My OB called in zofran. It seems my best times of the day are 12p till 6p.. Is anyone experiencing this? My official due date is 1/9/11, but I think I will go sometime in Dec.... I had my ultrasound last week and 2 strong heart beats were found. Both were 160 so my DH thinks they are both girls.

Celiacgirl- I am still on progesterone. My RE said I can stop on the 24th... YEAH!!!!!!!

Santee35- I am still on baby asa too. I just figured I would ask my ob when I see him next week. I go for routine blood work tomorrow and a 10 weeks u/s the day I see him too. I find it so funny that most of my u/s now or abdominal.

OMG, you are already on abdominal ultrasounds? Is that because you have two babies in there? When I go on the 10th, I'll be 10weeks and I just assumed I'd still be on a vaginal. How cool would it be to be on abdominal. We are very close as my projected due date is 1/5/2011. I've had 4 early term miscarriages so I am just trying to stay positive and not be a worry wart. The furthest I've ever gotten is 12weeks, so I'm looking forward to crossing that milestone.

I hope everyone is doing well. I had my 1st OB appt this past Tuesday. U/S went great. I took my 4 yr daughter too. She loved seeing the babies on "TV". Everything looks great. Heart rates were 171 and 167. The OB already told me that he recommended a C section because I had one with my daughter. He also wanted me to think about a amio ( totally do not know how to spell that). He wanted it because my daughter was born small and amio would give us genetic information if these babies were to be born small. The results would not change my plan of care @ all and since he gave me the miscarriage rates (1/200 with twins) I do not think I am going to do it. Does anyone have any thoughts? My next u/s and appt is July 6th for lab testing and measurements.
I hope everyone is doing great!!!!!!

LaurieLee - STATUS...

I know this is a pretty uneventful time for us all, just waiting and fighting off symptoms. All is well with me. I am 12 weeks and got to see the baby once a gain the other day. We are progressing well, and I going for 2 level Ultrasound screening for Downs and other things on July 2nd. Would love to hear from you ladies. Looking forward to it.

santee35- your too funny. I am just afew days away from 12 weeks..and a little concerned that my nausea is not subsiding @ all. I get my meausrement u/s on July 6th. My plan is to have my DH or myself flirt with the u/s tech so they will tell us the sex. I will be almost 13 weeks then so I hope they can see. what about you, are you going to find out the sex?
