Well done Bron, that's a relief. It sounds as if your clinic must be extremely busy if it is the only one. At least you are at the next stage.

Glad your EC went well shelld, good luck on Monday. Glad you said it didn't hurt. I think I'll be having EC this week all going well.

Welcome christina, good luck with your stims.
Welcome Jen - hopefully this will be your month.

The weather is lovely today and I am feeling very positive. I scan tomorrow morning and hopefully my follies will be big enough to set a date for EC.

Hi everyone, hope you are all doing ok. Forgive me if my messages go all over the place but i am not used to this. Bit like my hormones at the minute. Just want to say i hope everyone is doing well & I feel good being able to talk to people going through the same thing. Tha advice & comfort is unbelievable. Just yesterday at the clinic my dh & I were sitting there & no one was speaking at all. I know everyone is on tenterhooks & awaiting the outcome of their drug treatments etc. but it really felt awful. Thats why I find it nice coming on here, being able to talk & we are all going through it together.

Thank You Guys

I went for my scan this morning. Didn't come out too positive.
I only have 1 folly ready to be taken so they are leaving it so the others can get bigger too. Still no date. They did say it probably won't be til next week. That would be 19 days after starting stims. Is this normal?

I have been experiencing a lot of pain and they said because I have endometriosis the stims will also be stimulating that! Great looks like I will have to put up with the pain until after ET. It is getting worse and paracetamol doesn't even scratch the surface. My posts will be getting mad as I only sleep two hours at a time and then I need to refill my water bottle. Is it alright to use a hot water bottle? I know they say not to use one after ET, what about now?

How did your scan go Nickie? Hopefully better than mine. At this rate I won't be testing til June!

huff

positive vibes

Post by Bronagh »

Christina...it only takes one..................

Shellie.........at least the cycle is still continuing you do not have to start from scratch again there is still hope.

I know what you mean about the waiting rooms, the first time we went for an appointment DH and I mentioned how everyone in the room looked as if they had not slept for 6 months...............then after waiting 2 years for a Lap we recogned it was frustration on theri faces not lack of sleep, but any attempts to talk are met with a lack of eye contact. You can understand you dont really go up to someone and say hi I've no sperm or something similar as an opening gambit.......but some how online its fine to cut too the chase.

Anyway actually had an injection today so its nice to see progress..................PMa to everyone.

stress free

Post by Bronagh »

Hi girls,
I like to imagine that the reason our thread is quiet is that we are all stress free today, since taking the injections I actually feel human . Just scared to admit it unless it suddenly disapears.
