Thanks ladies! It is nice to be able to communicate with other women going through the exact same thing you are. My husband and I were talking last night and it just feels like we are not doing anything for this cycle. No injections, no appointments every other day. The frozen transfer process is much simpler than a fresh cycle that is for sure! Just praying it works and praying that everyone's frosties stick this cycle. :D

Jessica, isn't it so weird to not have to do all of the visits and injections. When my Dr. said I only had to see him twice and only had to take a tiny estrogen pill (then later the progesterone of course ) prior to the insertion (which would happen in two weeks from my first visit), I was floored. SO awesome. SO easy.

Question for you...How many are you inserting this go round and how many will be left after you are done? It feels great to know you have some in reserve. Good for you for producing so many! Wish my ovaries would behave.

Tiffichels,
We dedcied to transfer 2 embryo's again. My Dr. suggested we transfer 3, but we decided since this is our second try will just do 2. If it does not work this time we will probably transfer 3 next time. After we use these 2 we will have 6 left. What day is your transfer scheduled for? How many are you going to transfer?
This cycle is very easy, but it makes the time go by very slowly! :o

LOL.....I hear you! We only got 6 out of the last cycle and because of my age went ahead and transferred three. We're using the last three (insertion on the 16th). A little afraid because they are the least quality of the 6 we had (used the best three the first time). So glad you have such more chances after this one. It makes it less stressful for you and that may help it work this time.

So I'm always reading the messages but I've never actually participated. In Feb/March I had 18 eggs and 14 fertilized via ICSI. My RE froze 7 and the remaining 7 went 3 day and transferred 3. Only 2 of the remaining 4 made it to the blastocyst stage but were not of good enough quality to freeze. So after a failed attempt here we are 4 months later and we just did a FET on 7/2/10. I decided to take the week off of work this time in the hope that my stress level would stay low. I was doing really good the first few days but now almost a week later I'm starting to stress. Wondering if it is too soon to feel any symptoms - which I am sure it is but here I am over analyzing everthing. At this point I guess I'm just looking for some input and support.

jencas...no, it's not too early for symptoms. Not sure about the other girls but after a few days I started to feel like a pinching. I do think it would be too early to decifer any nausea or breast tenderness (at this point it is probably the progesterone) but the pinching was definately a good sign for me.

Looks like you have a bunch on reserve too. Lucky you!! Don't stess though...that could effect things and relax because you have alllll of those other chances...you may not need them though! Good Luck and keep us informed!!

BTW...we all over analyse every little thing. It comes from wanting this so bad that we're putting our bodies through all of the hormones and stress. Like I said though, the best thing to do is relax...HA...remind me of that in a week or so!

jencas- Glad you joined us! I think it is normal to over analyze every symptom (or lack of symptom). When do you go in for your beta?

Wow... I am a little bummed right now. Just noticed bruising on my stomach from the injections. Just started meds on the 7th and did not have bruising last IVF cycle. Hoping it fades away overnight.

Due for transfer b/w 7/21 and 7/23

Hi everyone!
I am going to be doing an FET sometime at the end of July. I have two embryos left after we transferred five last year which resulted in twins. I would love one more baby and am optimistic and hopeful that it will work.

Glad to be back on the boards with everyone and throwing lotsa baby dust to you all!! :D

Well...I'm out. Went to the doctor yesterday for ultra sound/blood work for insertion this Friday but I ovulated. Darned stubborn ovaries!! Estrogen wasn't enough so I have to do a cycle with Lupron...shots yeah!! LOL. At least it's the little needle and I can do those myself.

Lab is closed for 3 weeks in August so that pushes me out to a September insertion date.

Good luck to all of you!

Well I went for my BPT today and I'm happy to announce that it was positive. My levels are on the low side - 24 and they would like to have seen 50 but they are saying I'm definitely pregnant. So I go back on Friday. So fingers crossed that my numbers double.

Hi All,

Seems I won't quite make it into the July FET group as mine is scheduled for the week of August 9 all going well this time (crossing fingers and toes!)

Tasiri - I'm in Australia too! I'm in Geelong, Vic - what about you?

Cheers
