Hi Traci

I don't remember having dry skin but have you tried using Garnier Body Tonic? Its lovely and smell nice too. The hand and foot cocoon by Garnier are excellent especially the foot cocoon.

Give it a go.

Love Dagny xkx

I'm having the opposite problem. The progesterone is making my skin extremely greasy (Ick). It seems like I have to use blotting sheets every half hour.

Hi Staci

You are having IM progesterone aren't you? I remember having really greasy skin and especially hair whilst having that too. It's gross :x isn't it?

Hi Dagny,

Well, I just switched from the IM injections to the pessaries but skin and hair are still equally disgusting. I feel like I have to wash my hair twice a day! To make matters worse, I live in Florida in the U.S. and it is getting quite hot here.

I have to say, of all the medications I've taken, I hate this progesterone the most. It looks like the majority of women say they hate the downregging drugs the most but, looking back, I think that was actually the least bothersome for me. The progesterone makes me feel like I'm in constant PMS mode (bloated, crampy, tired, depressed, irritable....basically quite unhappy)!
