Hi Iam waiting for my 1st scan on thursday I cant wait and nervous at the same time.
Am I right in thinking that theres no caffiene,no sex,no baths til 12 weeks? I havent had any caffiene through my treatment so caffienes not a problem,dh and me are finding no sex a bit of a problem but as dh as said its worth it which it is so we can wait a few more weeks.
what do you think in starting a 1st tri tread as there as been alot of BFP's so we can all keep a eye on each other and give each other support with lots of support from the other mums to be and mums,what does everyone think?
Soz another question when are you suppose to stop wearing underwired bras? as is it true they can stop your milk ducts working?
I had a day of not feeling pregnant yesterday I think I wil be better once the scan is over and I've seen it with my own eyes.
My skin is terrible spots all over is this "normal".

It's great, I remember being exactly like you to be honest questions but everyone helped me.
Well sex was a no go for me for a long time because I was bleeding on and off throughout my pg uptil about 18wks and I was just so scared to do it.
I was advised not to have Hot Baths when I had ET but then I could have baths when I was pg but only warm. To be honest I didn't have a bath I showered (only cus I couldn't get in and out the bath
) hee hee
Bra's you are not supposed to wear underwired bra's, if I was you I would go to Marks & Spencers they do a good measuring service. They also do a pack of two bra's one white and one black which are maternity and they are £20 which is good.

I was told no baths until I was about 9 weeks but no sex until 12 weeks. And caan you believe it dh went and fractured several ribs so it's still no sex aand I'm 17wks now!!! I actually feel really strange about doing it now but I'm sure we'll get round to it!!
As for bras I stopped wearing underwired ones about 9 weeks and like Shell said went to good old M & S and bought their non wired ones( no chance of a decent cleavage now girl)!!

And bras - yip, avoid underwire ones - they'll start to dig in anyway.
Spots will be due to your raging hormones I'm afraid, but it'll all be worth it.
Can't help you with the sex bit - like Shell, I bled on and off more or less right the way through, so wasn't hard to avoid - too worried etc. Do what you feel is comfortable though - just no jumping off wardrobes. LOL

Can't wait for Bina to start on these questions too - sex - we were told fine straight after the first scan at 6.5 weeks - there is absolutely no reason not to unless you have bleeding and we were fine but it is up to you - see how you fee.
Bras - like the others say I went in to my M&S ones straight away as more comfortable and a couple of nights early on had to wear them at night as sore breasticles were a nightmare. Baths - again you can have those immediately. I did not as have it in for my bath - it is a jacuzzi one and can't stretch out fully in it but then thought sod it and now have one all the time and very hot but that is just me! Don't use the jacuzzi bit as not good for the kidneys!
So you can have sex now and baths now and M&S bras now and spots now as these are hormones but will clear up.
