Am David Joe from UK. My wife is pregnant and its first time . She suffer from various kinds of discomforts like morning sickness, nausea, urinary incontinence and other pregnancy related stress along with cramps, discomforts due to your growing belly. Am worried about this. I went to gynecologist and they prescribe certain medicine and told that its natural phenomena.

Anybody tell me how to cure from this.....

David; those discomforts are all par for the course for pregnancy. The best thing your wife can do is be happy that she is carrying a healthy baby and that there are no medical concerns. There is no reason to be worried, as her pregnancy progresses all of those symptoms will muliply. I hope she realizes that pregnancy is not a breeze, and prepares her self for the birth and all the discomfort and pain that follows, not to mention the trials and stress of having a newborn around. You seem to be a very attentive husband, but it would be great if your wife were able to digest this information herself. Perhaps she should join www.whattoexpect.com and participate in thier community forums and message boards. She'll find she is not alone and in fact most women crave the discomforts she is concerned about. good luck and congratulations
