AHHHHHHHHH I see. I kind of think having a planned date would be awesome. The thought that I could go into labor and DH could be on a plane flying toward Europe really freaks me out.

yeah that would be a bummer if your hubby was on a flight when you went into labor, hope that doesnt happen....its works better for us too so that my husband can plan his schedule around it and not schedule any patients or surgeries that day...this will be my husbands first child

Kamaile- AWE!!!!!!!!!!! How excited is he??? 
So I am guessing he's a Dr? What kind of medicine does he practice? I have loved watching DH reaction to the u/s almost as much as I have enjoyed seeing it. DH reaction is really the best part of my Dr apts. After he takes pictures of the u/s pic and sends them to his parents...and then my girlfriends...and then his sister...etc. You get the idea. He's a bit excited. LOL

Kamaile - that is great you have a c-section date already! I know I am having a c-section too, since I had one last time, but my Dr is more of a wait and see kind of guy. I can't believe your gender scan is in 4 more weeks, is it at 15 or 16 week? I have to wait until 18 weeks... doh!
PA - I hope your husband isn't on a flight either. If you have to have a c-section and it is not an emergency you can stall them or a good 4-5 hours, just tell them you had something to eat recently, and they make you wait forever. I had to sit in the hospital for 5 hours hooked up to a blood pressure monitor waiting for the last c-section because of that=)

Purplefish- OOOHH good idea! My biggest fear is a massive blizzard. EEEKKK I was looking at pictures on my FB page and last year Feb 10 there was a huge blizzard. There was snow over my head!

My HCG was down to 2000 this week - halved in a week so I'm happy with that. Hopefully another couple of weeks and I'll be back to a big, fat '0'! Am still bleeding but no more cramps - yay! My RE is calling me on Monday to discuss the 1 embie versus 2 embie debate. DH and I are fairly keen to transfer 2 embies.
Kamaile - DH is a vet huh! Do you have a house full of animals? DH and I are animal lover and have 1 x pug, 3 x cats, 3 x hens, and 2 x goldfish.

Well i went to the OB today for a check...was having alot of cramping last night (no bleeding tho) and wanted to get checked out so went in to see him a day early...he said everything was fine and sometimes with an IVF you will feel different things than with regular pregnancies. I guess he is right because i feel alot of cramping and streching in my uterus from time to time and i never felt that in my past pregnancies.

Kamille - I think everyone is in the same boat... waiting waiting waiting. So much happens during cycling, now it seems like so long until anything happens. My next appointment is the 17th, and my next ultrasound is 3 weeks after that. I think it is interesting that your OB said that. I know they all have different ideas about ivf, my RE told me that once the pregnancy implants it was like any other pregnancy. How are the ultrasounds going? I bet it is fun to watch the baby grow so often.

I don't know if you guys read winter cycle friends but I posted over there about my last OB apt. I had an u/s at 9w because I was freaked out. It was a super high tech one at the hospital. Got a great picture of the baby. I found out at my OB last week that I have an umbilical cord cyst. 
Like only 0.4% of pregnancies have these. Sometimes they go away...sometimes it can mean a chromosomal problem. I googled and really freaked myself out. So now I am really scared and worried. My Dr wants to keep a close eye on it. He's worried it could grow too much and kill the baby. I have a sequential screening this week. (Aug 4) So..I guess that's why I have been quiet.
I'm glad everything is going well for all my girls here. xoxo

oh Pafa, im so sorry to hear about that cyst! hopefully nothing bad happens because of it...im sure your DR will keep a close eye on it....try not to worry, i know easier said than done...i will say a prayer for you!!!!

Yipppeeeeeee! I make 13 weeks today! Just 3 more weeks til i find out what sex my little bean is! And my hubby bought me and early birthday present today....a Macbook pro! im loving it...hope every one is doing good!!

Kamille - you are so lucky! Congrats on being out of the first trimester... yay! I am so happy (and a little jealous) that you get to find out the gender so soon. I have to wait until my 20 week ultrasound. I keep reminding myself though, it is a good thing that I am not a high risk patient=) I would trust your OB/RE too, he has done a good job so far so listen to him! Happy early birthday... what a great present, I love my little mac air!
PA - I am so sorry to hear that, I am sure it is very scary. I am hoping that everything turns out great and it goes away for you. I think it is so stressful when you know there is a problem, but there is nothing you can do but wait.
