Freaking out.. Pls help!! Bfp 15dpt hcg 291

Hello all,
I'm really freakin out right now. I had blast trasfer 5 days after retreival. 15day hcg was 291 and 935 4 days after that which was last monday. I had breast tenderness, fatigue, back pain etc.. Now I have no symptoms for the last 3 days.. My breast actually feels smaller. Still on transdermal E and suppository P. 4 wk post transfer u/s is Thursday.. No vaginal bleeding... Did I have a spontaneous abortion? Anyone with similar symptoms with success or negative experience. This is my first bfp after 5th ivf try... Hubby and I have never seen positive hpt until this cycle... Any response would be appreciated.

I see no significant evidence of an SAB in your post. Your hCG growth rate is a tad slow, but that's common enough in viable pregnancies. The other symptoms are not from pregnancy (hCG) but from progesterone, and are expected to come and go. That happens in many/most successful cycles.
