It happen only at night around 3AM, it started on day 6 after 5 days transfer wich was the 7/25, my concerne is what could that be on your opinion? as you can see on my signature I have had 4 ectopic and both of my tubes removed should i be worry about an ectopic again. Also today is 8 days past transfer I took a first response HPT it came back positive it was no faint line, they were both dark. I did talk to my MD yesterday and today he said to take the valuim to help my uterus relax and said not to be worry about an ectopic, because the chances are really small. My Beta is schedule for tomorrow, if you have any idea or suggestion please help me ease my mind, thank for everything may god bless you.

Ectopics are more common in IVF than in spontaneous pregnancies, but they are still just a few percent of IVF pregnancies. Odds are that yours is not ectopic. It's also too early to feel it. The cramping is probably due to your progesterone levels. If you had a fresh transfer followed by stimulation and trigger, then your progesterone levels are elevated well above natural levels, due to the many follicles which are making progesterone. You may also be taking progesterone supplements to add to that.
But be sure to report everything to your RE, and keep watch for pains and such that might indicate ectopic pregnancy. Your clinic should run an ultrasound scan in 1-2 weeks to verify the implantation site.
By the way, congratulations!
Avoid IVF and surrogacy in Ukraine. Ukrainian centers pay shills to post here under numerous sock accounts pretending to be patients in Ukraine. Centers using such deceptive advertising cannot be trusted and should be avoided.
