hello ladies :) I hope everyone is doing well. My DH and I are trying to figure out to pay for the next cycle which is becoming quite stressful. We are going to Myrtle beach, SC on Monday, so that will be a nice break. We had already paid for the vacation before this last cycle and it is our 3yr. wedding anniversary :P

AAAAAAHHH. I was gardening and then took a walk to get lunch and by the time I got back I was bright red, hot as hell, and could barely breathe. SUNSTROKE. called the doctor panicking. I'm cool. Just had a bad day. Still bright red and these drugs are nuts. It sucks that I have to feel preggers without being preggers. I can't stand strong smells. I feel like vomiting and I'm fat as f**k. Alright, thanks for "listening."

:D Goodmorning! You all got me out of my doubts and believing in myself...I did believe before I mean really believe, so it was a bummer about the hpt. BUT, Here are my symptoms and I am 12dp5dt:
*Sneezing w/pulling sensations on the sides of my OHSS 'bump' **Oh thank you ohss...
*So much pressure on my chest it's hard to breathe, although the hesban ivs 2 days in a row made it better. I am glad they did not have to aspirate~~ !!
*weight going down while abdominal girth goes up...? Wt the last three days has fluctuated by 1 lb. I am still 5 lbs heavier than when I had egg retrieval but I look 5 months pregnant or more.
*stuffy nose!! So bad I have trouble speaking!! It's really crazy. Hot-ish showers/steam seems to help for a few hours.
*frequent peeing!!! Like atleast once an hour - even though I am not drinking that much. It's very little (although you feel about to burst) and very light.
*Yesterday **New Symptom**feeling slightly out of sorts in between tiny servings of food throughout the day. So slight, I thought it wasn't really happening until the third time around. Not queasy enough to barf, but enough of a feeling to let me know I could be headed that way real quick....so eat something!!
*DRY!! Completely dry - my eyes are so dry I can hardly blink again, plus I have a UTI. I have to go in today and give them a urine sample and while I am there, I will mention the dryness. Yesterday the lab tech could not find a vein, eyes were super dry by lastnight and this morning they are worse!
*Incredible THIRST. Drinking water glasses full down in 2 minutes.
*Slight PMS symptoms, like bloating, and emotional, everything EXCEPT craving chocolate! (seems weird to me) That is how I usually recognize AF is looming, by the chocolate. I seemed to crave chicken & veggies, good healthy foods....& its weird for me to crave chicken since I own 7 real chickens and I am vegetarian!! =0!!
**Missed my scheduled AF date of 8/11!!I CANNOT WAIT UNTIL MONDAY....I am SOOO excited! My hubby says to me this morning, So you think by this time next week we'll know if you're pregnant?? UHH, YEAH!! Monday!!! He's excited too.
Best of everything to everyone - & Cakes - it's you and I that test the same day!! Pray for a fly by weekend!! =)
Hugs,
jenna

Good Morning All,

I just left my RE and they did US and BW to check for OHSS. I will know later this afternoon. I was so hoping for a more indepth US/BW, but didnt happen. Oh well, Monday morning it is. First thing 6:30am! They did tell me that if the bw comes back funky, then they will have me in for some chest xrays. Although they did try to lightnen the pain by stating that BFP does increase the symptons of OHSS. We shall see, want we?!

Kbillsy and Jenna, Im so ready for it to be Monday! R U?

Lauren319 – That’s fabulous! So many to choose from now. Congratulations!

Dys – yeah for being PUPO! Why do you hate the RE?

KBills – I’m with you. Every day I keep wanting to shift up POAS! Ugh.

Jenna – I would say Sunday and Monday…and even still, a hpt usually detects 20 or greater of HCG. The beta or blood test will detect 10 or greater of HCG. Therefore, even if you get a negative hpt on your beta day, you could still have a positive amount if the amount of HCG just wasn’t detected on the hpt. Therefore, the longer you can wait, the better your chances for a positive hpt. This is why they tell us not to do it, because they’ve determined your beta day by a blood test, not the level of HCG that you would need for a hpt. Don’t get me wrong here, I’m the worst and totally do hpt too! Just try and hold out as long as possible and don’t get discouraged if you don’t see anything.

Lou – YEAH for Circle and Dot! They are just beautiful! I hope so too, but I’m not feeling very optimistic this morning. I am starting to feel like I am getting my period. I just don’t know any more. I’m trying to just keep myself off the ledge and remind myself that I’m just not going to know for a couple of days. I think I am going to POAS on Monday, and then on Wednesday and see how I am feeling. I should know by Wednesday if I’m going to get my period. I just don’t want to go in and waste $200 when I could know in a few days. It’s different for me because I’m not on PIO, so there’s nothing that would interfere with a hpt. So, it’s either there or not there… Good for you! No POAS! Tuesday will be here before we know it! Oh my gosh, you are so pregnant! I’m so so so happy for you! Do you have any fun plans for the weekend?

Amanda1979 – I know how stressful the financials are. You should consider being part of a study. Then you get almost the whole cycle for free. I’m not an expert on this, but you should ask Ghost. She is great for knowing about studies that are coming up!

Cakes – let’s hope all this pain is worth it! I know it will be! Here’s to the longest weekend of our life!

Karin and Teresa – where are you my friends?

Franny – I miss you. Come back!

AFM: this morning I woke up with symptoms like my period, so now I’m really discouraged that this didn’t work again. Ugh.

Well I guess I am off the summer cycle board. It's been a rough week and I just wanted to come online to say thank you to all, you have all been so supportive and wonderful through this crazy experience. The day I found out I was barely even pregnant anymore I was horrified and so emotional I said i could never do this to myself or my DH again... 5 days later I am still not sure. My DH and I are barely communicating and are just thinking of everything that we did in that 2 weeks that would have affected our little ones fate. We have 3 frozen embryos so i guess that is atleast a good thing... If we did have these 2 I said to my DH ... what will we do with 3 more because I couldn't just discard them like they were nothing, so maybe this was a good thing. I was told that a frozen cycles chances go down vs a fresh cycle.... which makes me wonder that if this fresh cycle did not work ... are we only setting ourselves up for another fall? Oh well heres hoping for a brighter future for us. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you for a happy outcome. Every single one of you are amazing and strong women... It's been a pleasure reading everyones experiences.
Take care :D

Sunshine thanks for the info. I will be careful with the sun!

What we need to go through to get pregnant! Isn´t this crazy? And then I have some friends who already have 4 kids, it´s so easy for them!

Oh, well, we will get there (sometime......).
Have a great weekend :D

sher- oh sweetie i'm sorry this is putting a strain on your relationship w/ dh. maybe you & dh should take a little break & go away somwehere (even for a nice, long weekend) & spend some quality time together. this rollercoaster can really affect so much in life. i hope whatever you decide, you will become a mommie in one way or another.

tiger- i'm sorry you're feeling discouraged. are you going to skip your beta on tuesday? i'm praying for you...pma, pma, pma!

cakes- they're right...ohss symptoms often mean that a bfp is to follow. i hope that is the case, but that your symptoms are not too bad.

jenna- you poor thing...all of those symptoms! i'm hoping for a nice bpf for you on monday. the craving for chicken is a good sign...your body nees protein & that may be b/c you have a little one growing inside of you.

lauren319- oh no i'm sorry about the sunstroke! so when will you know when your et will be? i think you said tomorrow (saturday) is a possibility. 5 out of 6 is awesome!

amanda1979- have a great time in myrtle beach...i love it there! it will give you & dh time to relax & spend time w/ each other. happy anniversary!

lauren1171- i say that's a great sign!

lou- cramps, fatigue, strange dreams...all great symptoms! yeah, seeing that in my chart really hurt my feelings.

kbillsy- haha those poa are evil! so are you doing 1 today? i think it may be a little early, so if you get a bfn, please don't get upset.

dys- who did your et? was it diluigi? i know there's a new re there...khuman i think her name is, but don't if she's doing er's & et's yet. she has done my last 2 u/s's & diluigi did my 1st baseline u/s. so apparently i can't count...duh, 9+3=12! i'm a dork! so how are you feeling? i hope you do not have any ohss.

klinger (amanda)- things do look like they're going in a positive direction! i really hope everything turns out good & you have great results on monday's beta & tuesday's u/s.

tammy- how are you doing girl?

ryann- did that evil witch get there yet?

rebecca- how are the stims going? grow follies grow!

missmerrilee- did af show up yet?

afm...yesterday's u/s showed the following: right ovary- 1 follie at 15, 2 follies at 14, & 1 follie at 12 / left ovary- 1 at 19, 1 at 15, & 2 at 13. although, now i think i wrote the 19 wrong...could i really already have 1 at 19? oh well. anyways, they are havine me come back for an u/s & b/w tomorrow am & they will be able to tell me if i'm triggering. they may not know at the appointment & may have to wait until the results of the b/w come back. they're thinking er will be either monday or tuesday. they also lowered my follistim yesterday from 175 to 150, which means my estrogen levels must be increasing good.

Please dont give up hope yet because the mind is a powerful thing and your PMA could really help. Please know that I have my whole heart and soul rooting for you! Keep us posted and I will try to get on this weekend to check in on you. ((((((((big hugs))))))))

Ashley- Just want to say again that I'm so happy everything went well at your stick and stir yesterday. Just think 6 more days till you're PUPO. Yes I have begun the offical count down!

Omg Cakes!!! That is sooo awesome!! So happy for you!! Now I have proof that OHSS is really a good thing...that's what the nurse told me....
I was in the drs office today to leave a sample to test for Uti & I asked about me being so dry...like can't blink my eyes....now this is a different nurse...said that's normal, esp if your test comes out positive Monday...

Cakes - YAY!!! That's FABULOUS news!!! Hope that number keeps rising beautifully!

Ester - I'm so excited that your ER is coming right up - woo-hoo!!!

Tiger - I'm not giving up hope for you this cycle! I had all my regular PMS symptoms this cycle - my super emotional day a week before AF is due, got my standard 3 zits, my awful sausage fingers, everything - so it was a complete shock to even get a BFP.

Lou - They want to see my numbers before we do the u/s (make sure they're high enough to see something by that point, which they should be if they continue to double.) So we'll get the b/w numbers back Monday afternoon then do the u/s Tuesday morning. Luckily the RE is only like 10 miles from my house so it's a quick trip. Hopefully Tuesday will be a great day for both of us! :D

Amanda - have a great time in Myrtle Beach!

Lauren319 - glad to hear you're ok after your sun scare! Wow!

I just went to the library and stocked up on movies and books for my lazy weekend on the couch. Hopefully I got enough to distract me from thinking about Monday & Tuesday constantly. :) Hope everyone has a great weekend!!
