Yesterday I had my heart beat u/s it show a great heart beat of 137, I am 7 weeks pregnant due date is April 3, 2011, the MD released me to my OB and this morning I went to my OB he also did an U/S to confirm the heart beat there was a beautifull H/R my progestrone level as of today is 98.7 so no more shots, and estrace I am so happy because i have tone of bruises. My congratulation to each and everyone of you and I pray for all of us to have a healthy pregnancy and healthy babies. So far no morning sikness keeping my fingers cross, just lost some weight, and having hard time to choose what to eat.

Hello Ladies, I have been reading your posted and want to join the chat. I am 7 wks pregnant with twins from my first IVF.
I have been having minor bleeding here and there but the Dr insists that everything is fine. We heard the hart beats at 6+ weeks. I have a feeling the bleeding is being caused by the progesterone suppositories which I have to take 3 times a day. My nurse told me that it is very possible, but that I still need to take them. Some times, I get horrible cramps right after I put it in and I get so scare I will tart bleeding. Last time I spotted was last Friday. Has anyone had any similar experience with progesterone?

I will greatly appreciate some feedback.

Deb - Congratulations on your twins! I didn't having spotting with the progesterone, so I apologize that I can't provide any insight there, but I have seen many women have some form of spotting, even bleeding with IVF and everything was well. I know easier said than done, but try to relax and not stress too much. : )

Hi Everyone, I'm also pregnant with twins from my first IVF attempt. I'm 8w6d today and will have my last u/s appointment with my RE Monday (9.20) and then should be released to my OB. My first u/s was 9/2 where he located to sacs measuring 7w1d and 7w2d with great heartbeats of 138 and 140. My DH and I are excited and continue to pray for the best through everyone step. EDD is 4/22/2011

Mom2b2001 I am sorry about the sppoting hopefully you are doing better by now, take it easy and take care. Infortunatlly I can't provide you a feedback about the sppoting, but I heard that sppoting is common in IVF.

Justlikehannah congratulation on your pregnancy, double trouble wonderfull.

I am 11 weeks pregnant as of today, but no fun I started having nausea and vomiting since 8 weeks and it is not getting better, I lost 8 pound so far, I am feeling horrible, the OB gave me some meds to stop it but no luck so far. The good thing is the baby is ok, i had an ultransound today and another schedule for Friday 09/17/10. My prenatal visit is for 09/22/10 with all the testing and blood work.

I wish you ladies a healthy pregnancies and healthy babies and hopefully we will keep each other company and feedback.

Congratulations ladies. Hanna is your belly showing at all? I am 8wks and it seems that most people at my job are noticing my belly already.. I wanted to keep it a secret for at least the 1st 3 months, but it looks like it will be impossible.
My mom thinks I am showing cuz they are twins but I still think is too early 2 show.

Mom2b try citruses fruits for your nauseas. That is the only thin that is working for me.
I eat a lot of cucumbers with lime juice and salt... Also oranges, strawberries and anything with lime juice.

Anyway, my story is in my signature, pretty much. Happy to be here...freaking out some b/c I have to wait another 3 weeks before another scan.

Leorira-- If you are around, please know that I am keeping you in prayer. I saw your signature and wonder how you are holding up... I had a missed miscarriage too, and it was awful. You are a strong lady. Take good care of yourself.

sunshine and stars welcome and congratulation on pregnancy, so how r doing? I am almost 12 weeks so we are close my due is estimated for 4/5/11 I know that it will be a March baby so I am happy to have you and i promess i will keep you updated so we can keep each other company.

Thanks Jamila-- I am calling the ob-gyn tomorrow to ask for an appt to hear the baby's heartbeat. The nurse told me that I could do this if I got anxious, given my history of missed miscarriage. I thought I could wait it out for the next 4 weeks, but it's been more like sweating it out-- so it's time for some reassurance. My DH also wants me to go. I think that everything is okay--but I did have a change in my afternoon sickness-- Instead of letting up, I got morning sickness for three days straight (pretty bad) and I haven't had it in the mornings. Probably nothing, but a quirk of pregnancy, but it's a definite break in my pattern....

Hope all of you April ladies are doing well with your bubs... best wishes.

Shunshine stars I wish good luck for the u/s tomorrow, I think you are right to have an u/s to confort you. I am sorry about the morning sickness I had it so bad i lost 8 pounds in 3 weeks, i noticed since yesterday that they are going away, but so far not much of appetite. Sunshine and Stars - good to see again. I believe we were on the summer thread together in the IVF section for a little while. Glad to hear all is going well for you : ) You are more than welcome to join our thread, because I may deliver in March since I'm having twins. We shall see And there's nothing wrong with wanting to check in on the little one. : )

Deb - My belly is definitely showing and has been since a few days after my transfer; although it has went down from the swelling since then. I currently look about 4 mths pregnant, which could be because of the twins, in addition to a large cyst remaining on my right ovary. I went to my OB appointment this morning and she said that she was confident the cyst would reduce in size and absorb as I get closer to my second trimester, so Yay for that : )

Jamila - I hope your morning sickness gets and stays better. I've just had nausea "feeling" but no actually throwing up, which everywhere I read, especially with twins, I'm pretty lucky.

AFM, Like I mentioned to Deb, I went in for my first OB appt this morning and all was well with the babies. One was just chilling, but the other one was flipping and flopping all over the place... it was very cute. : ) My DH has been putting his ear on my lower stomach and was certain that he heard all that dancing around in there. I keep trying to tell him I doubt it, but he's convinced, even more so after see that today. He's super cute too, lol. My next OB appt is in 4 weeks and she mentioned that we'll get to know the sex when I'm 18 weeks, so that's 8.5 more weeks from now. Very exciting. Praying and believing everything will be just fine for me and all of us.

Hi ladies!! I am also having 2 in March/April. I am in my 11 week and so far I feel ok. I am nauseous at night but the days are okay. I can't believe I havn't had more morning sickness but hey i'm not complaining! There seems to be a lot of twin moms due in March-April. I hope this thread stays alive and we can share our experiences. I was informed last week that I will be on bed rest at 26weeks until the end. Thats scary but I will do whats best for all of us! Hi all-- The baby's heartbeat yesterday was fine, but now this mom is down for the count. Sore throat and nasty cold. Took the day off and have only moved from the sofa to go to the bathroom and to pump fluids. I can't believe that I was just at the doctor yesterday and I seemed to be fine then. Now, SLAM and I am flat on my back feeling miserable, just feel a mess with nose, ears, aches, you name it. Trying all the "home remedies" like hot water with lemon and honey, and the vapor rub on my chest. Yuck..Yuck...Yuck.

Anyone else get a nasty cold? I have only had a little bit of Children's Tylenol, 'cause I don't want to take extra strength, and I don't have a fever (thank god).

Sorry for no persies, but I am wiped out. Chicken soup time.

JustlikeHannah thanks for asking I am doing much better I am 12 weeks today, less nausea and i have been eating since yesterday i have my prenatal visit tomorrow. Last Friday i had an u/s the baby was fine, but he was moving so much it took 45mn for the tech to get the right pic. Like you said it's amazing to see these babies moving around like that, I am glad that your babies are doing fine, take care and take it easy.


KatieG congratulation on your double pregnancy, you are a luky lady for not having so much nausea. I wish good luck and welcome.

Sunshine stars sorry about the cold I red in the pregnancy book that around week 14 to 15 pregnant women get the cold because of the excessive blood flow in the body. Glad to know that the baby is doing good, so get enough rest and take easy, wishing you well.

Hi ladies, where is everybody? I have not been posting, because I was admited at the hospital from 9/22/10 to 9/25/10 diagnozed with Hyperemesis Gravidarum had 13 IV's with multivitamines and magnesuim, I had also low Magnesuim, Iron, and low blood count. As of today I am doing much better and i am hoping and praying that things will get much better. Please give me your news I am wondering how you guys are doing.
