franny- hey chica! are you back in new hampshire yet?

tammy- oh sweetie i'm so sorry. i say switch. if you get a surpirse bfp, you still would have been taking progesterone, just not in the injection form, & if it's a bfn, you'll probably get af a little sooner. so either way, it wouldn't hurt (literally  ) your poor dh...that really made me sad & tear up.

lauren319- you're testing way too early missy!

ryann- holy crap! gang color tutorial...wow! dh likes to add a little more to the circles on my butt...he draws a face...haha! 1 more week & you get to start, yeah!

lauren1171- i'm so sorry about the bfn. have some fun on the cruise & take some time to just relax. i will definitetly be cheering you on when you do your fet in september.

dcrunningmama- welcome! 1st of all, congrats on your son! i'm sorry you're feeling down. you did nothing wrong...don't beat yourself up! what meds are you on? what does your re say about changing the meds or the dosage? yes, positive thinking is important, but there's got to be something medically that can also be done. i will be adding you on our list under the "grow follies grow" section.

teresa- hey girl! how goes the lupron? i want a smaller dog as well, but dh wants something bigger that will "protect" me. right now we have a boxer & we just love her.

lou- awe i'm sorry you're feeling those pregnancy symptoms. i say take a hpt just for peace of mind...human errors do happen, so you just never know.

tiger- my heart is just breaking for you! leaving work early & spending some fun time w/ your dh is just what you needed....i'm glad you got to do that (great co-worker you have!) i agree w/ you. you're actually in a very similar situation as me...well, sort of. there's absolutely nothing wrong on my end. IF (notice the capitalized if- he says he'll never change his mind) dh would be willing to do donor sperm, i wouldn't do ivf (at least i'd try iui 1st). i'm glad you're getting started again w/ a different protocol, which i know will give you your miracle.

rebecca- thanks for your support! how are the follies doing? any word on when your er might be?

kbillsy- did your re call you back?

amaut- good to hear from you! wow you're 1 busy bee! where are you moving to?

ok ladies, so i was looking at our list & the teacher in me needs to re-organize it.

tell me what you think about this. we haven't heard from the following, so should i take them off?
-Lauren
-gr8countrygirl
-GoGirl (Gen)
-Nanci
-Emma82
there are a few other one, but the ones i listed above, we haven't hear from in a REALLY long time.

also, the names that are in the "luck & love on your journey"- please tell me if you want me to keep it there or move it to the top of the list or any other specific situation.

Lauren1171---so sorry...I'll be thinking positive thoughts for your FET...right around the corner!!

Lauren319--ditto to what everyone else said--too early--but I can totally relate to POAS-craze. 2ww is sooo challenging....

Lou--so sorry about your BFN...I was really hoping that this cycle was going to work for you. But FET looks promising

Ester--congratulations on PUPO!! :) Take it easy....

(And yes, you can move me to "waiting..." category)

I've been taking time to myself to get through my m/c...but sending positive messages and prayers to all you ladies as well.

Tammy - I say switch. It can't hurt anything and you might feel better. These suppositories are freakin' disgusting though. I've taken to wearing small men's underwear because I can't wear pads/pantyliners with thongs. GROSS. It's true that we often forget about the affect on our DH's. They don't seem to show it the same way, but it just eats them up inside. It's awesome that he can share his sadness with you instead of hiding it like most men do. Poor guy.

Ester - You're PUPO. I've been waiting for this! Welcome to the hell wait with me.

Ryann - I've definitely entered crazytown. I'll be here when you do as well :)

Lauren - This sucks, dude. I'm so sorry. Drink up! Have one for me.

Franny - Welcome back! Back up on the horse!

Margi - I feel for you, hun. Take it easy.

I can't even edit this with this stupid iPod! I hate iPod typos!

Thanks everyone for the well wishes. I did not cry, or get upset about it. I don't usually. So last night I am in bed and the news is on. There was a family of swans somewhere, and some loser beheaded the mother swan. The ppl in the area found it! They saw the make swan walking with the babies, and he looked hurt as well. I had to go in the bathroom and cry! That Fn swan got me so upset!! It's all I could think about when I was trying to sleep!

Ester - I am glad your transfer went well. Good luck! And you can put me on BCP list since I started yesterday. I am going to go right into doing the transfer meds in September. I think my transfer will be the last week of September/1st week of October.

Tammy - I am rooting for you still!

Lauren - Did you POAS again?

I think I will miss alot of betas this week. Maybe my IPOD will work.

I am leaving in 3 hours. I packed whatever I found and did not bother trying anything on. I would have a much better time if I were skinnier lol! Or if actually pregnant because then I would have an excuse fir this belly. I don't know if it's all the hormones or AF, but it's gross!

Tammy- I'm so sorry about your -hpts :( and i totally understand that 1day feels like eternity. I am the same way if i can start a day sooner it makes me happy and more eager to start. However, I wish and hope you will get a surprise bfp on your b/w.

moore- yey for being PUPO!!!! I'm so excited for you, baby dust baby dust!!!!

ok so I'm totally lost on who is where and my mind is not good at remembering things  I am thinking about you all

I am POAS like crazy I'm still getting BFP and even got a "pregnant" on a digi today ... BUT I started spotting today, WTF? I'm so scared I of course called my nurse and am waiting for her to call back. I'm only 8dp3dt so she might think I'm crazy but whatever I'm paying her and she better listen to my whining!

Ester - congrats on being PUPO! You can leave me up in the waiting section but take off the part about trying an IUI since we'll be moving on to IVF...will hopefully know more about when we'll be able to start after Wednesday's follow-up with the doc. And thanks again for keeping the list going all this time!

Lauren1171 - I hope you have a wonderful time on your cruise and come back refreshed!!

Tammy - Good luck with your beta today! I'm glad they were able to move it up for you. And your story about DH broke my heart. They try to be so strong for us, but it does hit them hard. Just the look on my DH's face on Monday after the ultrasound made me burst into tears in the RE's office - he just looked so sad.

Cakes - Good luck with your beta today too! I'll be thinking of you.

DCrunningmama - Welcome and good luck!

Tiger - glad to hear they're going to switch you off the clomid! I had a few friends who switched from Clomid to Femara because the Clomid was doing a number on their lining. Not sure what they switched you too, but I'm really hoping it does the trick!

Hope everyone has a great weekend!

Lou – I can’t believe you’re having pregnancy symptoms! I’m so sorry! Hopefully things will get better soon.

Tammy- Don’t have regrets, we all do the best we can with the information we have. You never know if you would have started right away, what if something happened because of your c-section. Don’t blame yourself. This will happen for you, but I’m so sorry for your BFN this month. It sucks, but don’t give up! Oh, that’s so hard on Bill. I’m sorry for his pain too. You are right, sometimes we forget how much it affects them too.

Ryann-haha! I love it! That’s a great idea, get out that sharpie and draw away!

Teresa! It’s only a few days away now! When is the exact day that you start?

Lauren1171- I’m so sorry for your BFN. Great! It looks like you had a BFP with FET last time, so I’ve got all my fingers crossed for you getting your BFP in September/Oct! HAVE A GREAT TIME ON VACATION!

Lauren319 – It’s way too early sweetie! But, I’m an addict too, so no judgment here! Tee Hee! Maybe wait a few days.

Moorebaby – YEAH! They are snuggling in and back where they belong. Sending you tons of sticky vibes! YOU ARE PUPO!!!! It’s a tough decision, but we just feel lucky that in this day and age we have options! I have a really good feeling for you this month! So excited to cheer you on in the 2ww. What do you have planned to keep yourself sane? Any good books?

Karin – Where are you my friend? I miss you! Hope you are doing well and enjoying the break.

Dys – spotting with IVF is super super common. It’s great that you are getting a BFP on hpt. Try and stay still as much as possible and take it super easy. If you can take a few days off of work, that might be best.

Klinger – that’s exactly what they switched me to! Oh, I’m so glad that you know people who have done it! That makes me feel better. I hope it does the trick too!

Fitz – I’m waiting for your results today.

AFM: So, yesterday I went to the dr for my B/U and the nurse that was writing all the stuff down was my absolute favorite nurse. She was the one with me on the horrible day from hell back in February when they didn’t find any sperm. She was also the one on the phone 2 days ago that made me feel better. At the end of the consult she said, “I was with you that day and I just wanted to let you know that I think about you a lot and check up on you. That was one of the saddest days I’ve had here and I’m rooting for you.” Of course after that, we both started completely bawling. I said, I totally remember you and thanks for talking with me yesterday too. She gave me the sweetest hug and it just made me feel so much better. I start the Femara today and then IUI should be around 8/28-8/29…depending. I’m starting fresh. I have a super positive attitude and so here we go!

Tiger - I'm so happy you've got that positive attitude back!! Yeah, most of my friends had a positive response from the Femara as far as more follies and no side effects (no headaches, thin lining, & dried up c/m like the clomid can cause.) I'm all ready to cheer you on this cycle! :D

ok ladies, so i'm officially in crazy town! oh & it's only day 1! i'm trying to keep up my pma, but it's so hard when all i see on the internet is not such great news about grade 4 embryos when looking at a grading system of 1-5, w/ 1 being the best & 5 the worst. i know each cycle is different. i know there have been cycles were "perfect" embryos were transferred & the results were not successful. it's just really frustrating!!! i'm 99% sure i won't poas. i didn't last time or the time before that. i'm just praying that my embabies are fighters! dh & i had a conversation last night about donor sperm. his main reason for being opposed is that "he doesn't want to watch the baby being raised." meaning he doesn't want to feel like the spectator b/c the baby would be genetically only mine & not his. i told him i'd be willing to do donor embryos if that would make him feel better. then there wouldn't be any genetic connection to either of us. he said that would be stupid since there's nothing wrong w/ my eggs. he even said that he'd let me go if i wanted to find someone who can give me a baby b/c he know how much i want to be a mother & be preggo. (i'm tearing up right now.) i told him we are a team & i don't want to be w/ someone else to have a baby....i want to raise a baby w/ him....& i told him "notice how i used the terms 'have' versus 'raise'...this is b/c it's not about having it, but about raising it, mentoring it, & loving it. anyone can make & have a baby (well, almost, lol!) but not everyone can be a daddy & a mommy & raise it." his dad was gone out of his life basically by the time he was 3 or 4. so i told him, "look your dad has a genetic connection to you, but he was never a daddy who raised...he basically was a sperm donor." dh said that as he stands right now it's not something he's comfortable w/, but things can chage in the future, but they may not. his family is for it, but he thinks that they're just saying that they'd do it themselves b/c they have their own biological children & don't have to deal w/ such an issues. but i told him that may be so, but at least they're beinh supportive, & that's very important.
