I did gonal f, had E2 of 1200 and 4 measurable follicles. I took trigger shot on Tues. I felt a very sharp pain tues too; thinking that I may have ovulated on my own prematurely. If I did ovulate one follicle, will the trigger shot make me ovulate the rest??
If not, what happens to those follicles??

The hCG will mature the eggs.
