I'm so sorry I haven't been around. I kinda took a break from all that is IVF for a little bit. I can't believe how much I miss in IVF world when I'm not looking. You girls are going through so much. I'm still trying to read through it all!!

Lou - I'm so sorry I never got back to you about NYC. i know your free day is passed, but if you have any questions and are checking the board, PM me.

Karin - I can't tell you how happy I was when I read your post about the new donor. She sounds great and it's such a good sign that the doc liked her so much. How exciting!!! Also, I'm so glad you included Fragile X in the testing. They don't usually and well...I'm sure you've heard my rant before.

Ryann - OMG!! Such good news!! 24? That's insane! I'm so excited for you!

Franny - WOOHOO for starting! And btw, I cannot believe the story you told about the viweing party of your nana. (Yes, I call a vajayjay a nana)

Victoria - Good Luck!

AFM - I start Lupron on Tuesday! I'll get my official calendar tomorrow, but I should start stimming on 9/14. The said they upping everything in my new protocol. It's gonna be torture to do the fresh cycle again and have to wait for the PGD results all over agina, but I think if we want a big family and if I can give my sister future Lauren's eggs, then it's worth it. Right? You guys will be here to read my rants in a month, right?? Cause I'm impatient and this whole process seriously tests me.



Nancy - Someone mentioned a trial run earlier in the postings, but I've never heard of it.

Lauren - WTF? Oct 28th? For real? I had to sign a consent form like that bc it was a learning hospital, but I still have no idea if anyone watched my hysteroscopy.

Amanda - Happy belated bday! I know where you're coming from. My last big freak-out was this year at 30, 3 months after my D&C.

Tiger - The grossness with the suppositories didn't happen until about Day 4 for me either and it's disgusting. I took to wearing cheap men's briefs because all I normally wear is thongs and I needed to constantly wear pantyliners. I suppose I could've gotten regular women's underwear, but I guess I'm an all-or-nothin' kinda girl. ONE MORE WEEK til we find out!

Krys - Good luck tomorrow! I'll be thinking of you!

Rio - I don't even know what to say about your in-laws. I dont get along with mine much, but I can't imagine being in a family with anyone who doesn't value family first. I'm sorry, hun.

Anna - I hope the next month goes quickly for you! October will be it. Also, see my comment to Rio. What is wrong with people? Also, if you're not gonna steal the sis' baby, can I?

Chili - I totally get headaches from Lupron. Drink LOTS of water...like drown yourself in water.

Tammy - OMG! This went so quickly! That's crazy! Good luck Sunday!

Wondercat - I def would give them through the long weekend and next week. I bet it's crazy over there.

AFM, DH did his S/A yesterday so we can cross that off our to-do list. I write a blog (so I don't have to relay the same things over and over to all of our friends & family) so I "interviewed" him about the process (i.e. room, mags) for the blog. He was such a good sport!

Krys - not necessarily. Your lining will go down before then. I got mine two days after I stopped my meds and it wasn't that bad. My lining was already done to 4. My question is: where does everything go? If the lining is already thinned, where does it go? Where does the embryo go?!

hi ladies! i'm moving over here from the summer cycle group. i'm excited to see so many of my girls over here, although i do wish we were all on the preggo side. we'll all get there soon!!!i'm also looking forward to getting to know all of the new ladies here. in august, we did our 3rd ivf cycle, which resulted in a bfn. we are taking some time off & then hopefully doing another cycle in november. until then, i will be here cheering you all on & helping you celebrate your bfp's!!!

Krys-sorry to hear ur news but hang in there.

Afm: well had my ER today they retrieved 8 eggs. All went find. I'm a little crampy and sore. He only took from left ovary cuz there was some main vien over the right ovary and if they poked it i would have ended up in hospital so he didn't want to take that chance. They will call me tomorrow morning to let me know how many fertilized. I'll keep u posted. Victoria

Krys....I am sooo sorry. FET will be easier and quicker...and you shouldnt have to wait too long either. 5-6 weeks maybe is the average...though my docs do things different with me and yours may too. AF may or may not be a little bit heavier than usual.

Victoria...I'm sorry that they couldnt get to the right side...but glad that they were being cautious. Praying for a great fert report. Get some rest.

Ester...Welcome to the Fall Board...though like you said...too bad that we are all on this side still.

Ryann...Yayyy for triggering!! I'm sooo excited that you are finally at this point. Sounds like your transfer may be on after all...be sure to watch for symptoms of OHSS after the ER and report everything to your docs.

Tiger...How are you doing? When do you test? I have a great feeling about this cycle!

Lou...How's NYC? I got worried when I heard about Earl and was wondering if you were going to be affected or not. Hope you are having a great time.

Wondercat...How did everyone do down there with Earl? I hear that it wasnt too bad after all...I hope that is the case.

Teresa...ER is on Tuesday? Yayy! I have a great feeling that we are all going to be pregnant soon. How are you feeling?

Karin...I am sooo thrilled for you!!! She sounds terrific!

Lauren319...I hear that they absorb into your body...but yeah it's really weird to think about. Can you just do the shots? I've done both and really prefer just doing the 1 shot a night rather than the suppositories couple a times a day. Yayy for Tuesday!

Klinger...I'd like to read your blogs too. Thanks for keeping up with the list...you are doing a great job.

DCRunningMama...How are you feeling? Have you tested or is it too early...I forget when you had ET now...sorry.

Amanda...Happy Belated Birthday!!! Hope you had a great day as well! I was having those same bday freak outs...they started when I was 28 yrs old. lol Took me awhile to find Bill...but he was worth the wait...and Zach was too. It will happen for you and DH very soon...no worries.

Chili...Lupron headaches are the worse...and I never get headaches normally...so it sucks.

Lauren1171...I agree ...you need to try to get on a waiting list or keep calling them till they get you in sooner...cause that is just ridiculous! Ugh!

Nancy...my docs do a trial mock transfer too...it is no big deal at all. They just make sure that they know where they to put them when it comes time...since everyone is built a little bit differently inside.

AFM...I'm sitting here nervously eating my last snack before I cant eat or drink anything after midnight. lol My aunt (she raised me after my mom passed away when I was 14)...arrived a little bit ago (she lives an hour away) to spend the night...to be here with Zach in the morning...as we have to leave here at 7am for ER. I will hopefully check in here tomorrow early afternoon...to update everyone.

We are hoping to go to a huge fair on Monday...if I am up to it...which usually I am okay the next day. What does everyone else have planned?

Hi ladies - I'm coming over from the Summer board too! I took a couple weeks off to deal with some family drama and then just had to spend a few hours catching up on both the Summer board and this new Fall Group. This is a very busy board already - I hope you have room for 1 more!!! For those of you who know me from the summer board, I did talk to my RE and he recommended taking some time off to let my body rest and to prep for the next cycle. He recommended 4-6 months but I wasn't comfortable with waiting that long. He said at the low end he would recommend at least 1-2 months. So we already took off 1 month and now I'm debating if we should start up after my next AF mid Sept or waiting until October. I was originally thinking I could wait until Oct but now reading up on all of you makes me want to start sooner. Plus someone mentioned the cold, dark mornings for SnS - I live in NY and really don't want to be dealing with snow if I wait another month. He also recommended I do regular acupuncture and/or massage during this time and to take DHEA and Royal Jelly. So I'm not on any IVF drugs yet but I still have quite a stash of meds I'm taking every day!! For next cycle he wants to change up my protocol to do estrogen priming. I'll probably wait until October to really let some of the things we're doing have time to help, but am so tempted to get started after next AF...

Tammy and Ryann - I can't believe you are already doing ER!!! That is exciting - good luck with them! Looking forward to hearing your positive fertility reports!!

Lauren1171 - I think you need to get that D&C sooner than late Oct - that is just crazy!! Why again do they want you to do that before starting another cycle? Can't believe you'll have a whole crew in there viewing you! I had one embryologist trainee in observing my retrieval. I don't think I would want any more than that in there - especially since I was out cold!

Lauren319 - so bummed that your cycle was negative too Glad to see you are right back up and doing another cycle!

Lou - I hope you are enjoying your NYC weekend away with DH! It's chilly up here this weekend - I hope you packed some warm clothes!! Sounds like you will be moving along with your FET when you get back - good lucck!!
