We went to the clinic for EC this morning. We got 6 eggs and the sperms are perfect. The ET is schedule on Friday. I feel actually fine after the EC. Hopefully this condition stays.

We had embryo transfer today. Of the 3 embryos we had 2 x 2 cell grade 2 embryos and 1 x 3 cell grade 3+. The clinic recommended putting 2 back which we did. All went well, was less painful than a pap smear. Time now to rest and wait!

Emma 6 eggs is great!! It won't be long now, Friday will be here before you know it and you will be PUPO!!

It81 - Congratulations on your transfer! You are officially PUPO and in the dreaded 2WW. I hope it goes by fast for you. When is your beta?

AFM - I received my second beta and it was 831 and progestrone was still high with 366!! I go in on Monday for my 1st U/S!! Does anyone think these numbers look like multiples?

Soccermom - How did your second beta go today? Waiting to hear how you are doing..............

Hi ladies,

I will be doing a frozen cycle this month. I am going in for an ultrasound tomorrow then a transfer on the 22nd.
I am both excited and scared to death. Just praying for the best. Would love to share this journey with you all.
Good luck to everyone!

lt81,
How are you feeling now? Before the transfer this morning, I told my DH that it will depend solely on how lucky we are after the transfer. I don't think that I would like this feelings. 3 embies not bad at all. Did you have the untransfered one frozen?

txcplforivf,
Thank you for cheering me up!

Annisabug,
Yes, at PUPO period is very annoying. I think I will just pretend that I don't know I may be pregnant.

Nancy,
Welcome to join us! I didn't know a FET cycle can go so quick.

AFM,
I had ET today. A disappointing ferts report: out of 6 eggs, 3 immature, 2 un-fertilized ( the sperms were around the eggs but couldn’t penetrate) and 1 4-cell embie. I was thinking a twin after the ER; I was apparently thinking too far ahead. So, we have our only embie transferred today. Hopefully it stays. Still disappointed that I don't have 2 embies for the transfer and no embies to be frozen :(

Hi girls...

Holy beta #'s Annisabug!!! I would say all signs point to multiples at this point! Good luck tomorrow, keep us posted! I CANNOT wait to hear!!!!!

Not the best news on my end of things...My hcg on Monday was 39, progesterone was high at 230...Wed my hcg should have doubled or at least shown significant increase and it only went to 45, but my progesterone increased to 290. Dr was hoping the hcg was a lab error since progesterone was still on the increase...so I held out hope & had b/w again on Friday & hcg unfortunately dropped to 31 & progesterone dropped to 191. Friday was definitely not the best day, I got the news at work & had to hold it together until my last group of students left...and then I just closed my classroom door and cried hard for a good 20 minutes...got myself together & quickly ran out to the car & melted down one last time. Drove to my parents' house (they watch DD on Fridays) and once my 2 yr old yelled out "MOMMY IS HERE" my heart was healed. It's hard to be down & out when I'm so blessed to have a beautiful daughter, especially one as cute and loveable as she is (I'm so biased)! Don't get me wrong, I'm a bit upset...maybe more pissed than anything at this point. Also super concerned....this was my 3rd "non viable" this year. I m/c in Feb @ 8wks (primarily due to sub chorionic hemmhorage), had a FET in July with which the first beta was positive & second beta was neg, and now this...WTF is happening?! My TSH # did fluctuate a bit, but I don't think enough to be of concern. At any rate, I have 5 frozen from this last cycle and 1 frozen from my first ivf....Annisabug, maybe Kiltz will transfer more when I go for a fet? I assume that might be something he'll change.

soccermom,

It is true to concentrate on what you have in hand. I am sorry for your lost.

AFM,
It is my third days of PUPO. i had a day 2 ET on Friday. I felt some colorless liquid came out from my body. Is it normal? I am on progesterone.

Soccermom - I am soooo sorry for your lose. :( I have been so worried about you since you have not posted and was concerned this was why. You have the right attitude........hold your DD close, they help us heal! Are you on Lovenox and baby aspirin? Maybe that would help. I know that this was the one and only time that it worked after 6 tries. I am not sure why either...........Dr Kiltz had me on a different protocol with everything. Have you tried Intralip infusion? I did it last time, it may be something you could ask Dr Rob since you have so many losses this year.

I am thinking of you and hope you take the time you need to heal from your loss.

I go tomorrow for my U/S and I have to say I am a little nervous to see if it is multiples  My numbers look like it but from everything I have read they are not always reliable! As long as I have a healthy baby I don't care!

Emma - congratulations on being PUPO! try not to let the 2WW drive you crazy.......it will be over before you know it. I too have had the colorless liquid during the last 2 weeks so I think it is from the Progesterone. Are you on PIO shots?

Nancy - good luck on your transfer Wednesday......How many will you be tranferring?

I will pop in tomorrow with my results!!!

Anissabug,
Thank you for cheering me up. I am not so optimistical, though I will be patient. I did not have PIO shots but simply insert a tablet to vagina.

Hey Ladies. Just a quick update......it has been a very long day. Had our U/S and was unable to determine how many sacs
The nurse stated " 2 sacs with a possibility of 3" So now we wait...........My beta was 9114   Definitely multiples. We are going back on Friday for another U/S to see if we can see the sacs better and again on Tuesday.

Alot of traveling( it is a 2+ hour drive one way).......I will try to post more later.
