Thanks Tiger it means a lot to have your support and well wishes. Its just after last cycle's outcomes I'm a little guarded until my actual results come back. So whats new with you?!

TX- Some of us do POAS (I did this cycle and last) but some of us wait because they know that the sticks aren't always accurate. I guess its just up to that particular woman.

Teresa - I am counting a BFP!!! :) wooo-hooo

TAmmy - I know there is one baby in there, chin up - PMA!

AFM - I explained to the nurse that I had a bad reaction to the PIO she answered this:

Did they give you 1and 1/2 inch needles? In my experience, this happens if the medication is not given deep into the muscle. Some practitioners prescribe 1 inch or 1 and 1/4 inch needles, this may be the cause, or sometimes, because husbands are too nice, they don't insert the needle the entire way. It doesn't really matter the cause, we can order endometrin. I did not notice it on your pharmacy list, it may not be complete.

Should I push for not doing PIO? I really am not a wimp and can take the pain with no issue, but really I was so bumpy and lumpy that I cried to walk, so much so my DH made me call the RE because I said I should keep trying and DH said no way, it is not productive for you to be in so much pain and stress your body, I could not walk or even sit!

Tammy - Now that you mention it, maybe they switched me from 1.5 to 1 inch?? All I know is it was a switch from "brutally painful" to "really quite painful" and that the sight of that thing looming towards my (formerly) size 0 backside practically gave me vertigo! And don't give up hope yet, you were still getting tested pretty early...

Teresa - Woohoo! Congrats!

Osi - Agreed, the bloating is depressing but normal.

Lou - Funny to hear you say you have never been to Fenway, that's the only ballpark I have been to! At my last reunion I was post failed FET cycle and living at my in-law's house, so looking hott was definitely a high priority.

On the POAS question, I know for sure I will do it. No more pretense that I'm going hold out for the beta. I think it's because I hate the idea of breaking down in front of somebody else. This way, it's private and if I'm going to cry or scream it's OK. So I know if it's bad news when the nurse calls I will be more prepared and able to keep it together.

Hi Girls I really need your advice since I cannot tell anyone about this yet

I promise I will do personals shortly but I absolutely had to run something past you and get your opinion. Well I am waiting for AF and it has been a weird cycle to begin with it is a bit longer than I expected but in short instead of ovulating on what I thought to be day 14 it happened on day 18 and that is actually not a big deal I am told and my FET is still on schedule for October but what bothered me was a slight delay in my AF and I had one of those evil little sticks still left from this summer so this morning I POAS and what a SHOCK!!!! I mean SHOCK!!! it came up with 2 lines. I just couldn't believe my eyes I mean DH and I have not used protection in forever (Why bother right?) but now I am just speechless... I mean honestly it has been 7 days since my ovulation and the only reason I even tried this is because my heartburn was through the roof. Anyways of course I tried testing again and this time it was not first morning urine and I am not getting a line but I guess it early right? maybe at 7 days it must be first morning? OMG i am freaking out...we have NEVER seen this even though TTC x 3 years so I don't know if this is a BFP or what

Anna.....OMG! You must be beside yourself! Call the clinic and get a beta ASAP! You know they say that as soon as you stop worrying about trying on your own....BOOM...you're preggo! Maybe there was an issue with the hpt, but I would want to know. Oh....I just looked at the time you posted....your clinic is probably closed. Did you use First Response? I've been told they are the most accurate. You could try not to pee for a couple of hours and then do one. Maybe some of the other ladies have better advice. Anyway....I am SUPER EXCITED for you! :D :D :D Can't wait to hear the news!

Teresa....So HAPPY for you! :D :D :D I would take it as a positive for great things to come! Congrats! Such wonderful news!!!

Annashope - WOW!! Maybe, just maybe! Grab a few hpts from Dollar Tree and try testing again with FMU.

Teresa - YAY for a line!!! I don't blame you being guarded, but I can't wait to see what your beta shows on Wednesday! I'm aching to move you to the BFP section, but you let me know if you're ready for me to move you now or if you want to wait for the official results on Wednesday. :D

Lauren319 - great news having 10 follies cooking in there already! Grow follies grow!

Tammy - I'm still holding on to hope that you've got a little one doing fine in there. Praying for great results Wednesday!

Karin - How completely frustrating!! I'll be hoping it didn't push you back a full cycle, that would completely suck!

AFM - Went to our IVF group session today which was fine, not much "new" information though. Spoke to the IVF nurse this a.m. and she's going to call me back tomorrow with my date for the saline u/s & trial transfer and go through my calendar with me at that time. From what she said I may be starting BCPs this week and if all looks good - start stims 10/8, & have an approx ER date of 10/18. YIPPEE!!

Oh my gosh Anna!! So are you on day 25 of your cycle then? I'm confused. Hoping and praying for your little miracle! :D

Get a FRER...dollar tree ones are too faint for me and need more hcg. FRER ~First Response Early Pregnancy (up to 6 days early) is one of the earliest detecting ones on the market.

Karin thanks so much, yet I used first response and I am gonna retest tomorrow morning with first morning urine as for getting a beta DH wants to wait until 14dpo and now it is only 7dpo

thanks again and I am keeping my fingers crossed I mean we have tried for so long and then we even stopped and then moved onto IVF which resulted in a m/c in July but looking at the test today (FRER) I could not believe my eyes and I don't know what we did different. I am so afraid that the positive will go away...lol I am at cycle day 26 but I only ovulated on day 19

7dpo is very very early to be detecting a pregnancy....unless it is quads or something. lol My guess is that you ovulated earlier than you think. Hold your pee and try again.

Did you say before that there was leftover tissue from your miscarriage or had an issue with your betas dropping? Just trying to think of all things here. I'm praying sooo hard for you right now!

Amanda/Karin- Big congrats to both of you for getting started on your journeys soon!

Anna- I'm hoping with all my heart that your stick tomorrow Am shows up BFP again. That will be so awsome that you guys were able to do it all on your own!

Thanks to everyone for your congrats and positive thoughts. Amanda please keep me where I am for right now. If I have a good beta on Wed. I'll let you move me then. Thanks!

Hi All,
Did accupuncture this afternoon. She said it'll help the little guys implant. Whatever it takes. DH drove me there and we came right home. I'm getting tired of sitting and laying around because I'm usually so active. It'll all be worth it if this works. Oh, I had to tell my 28 yr old daughter about the IVF. I was supposed to babysit the night of ET and I knew she'd be pissed if I cancelled on her last minute because it was arranged for 2 months. I think she about jumped out of her skin with joy! I told her she better keep it quiet! If I find out it hit facebook or twitter I'll be seriously pissed! She already wants to get a "big sister" shirt! I told her to take it easy till we know if this worked. At least she's happy.

Babyluv- Thanks for giving me hope for the kids health. It's great to hear kids are born to people later in life without problems. I guess we only hear about the bad things that happen.

Ester- How are the pups doing?

Rio- Sooo sorry you're sick! Get some rest and take care of yourself!

Tammy- Hugs to you  I still have everything crossed for you. Hope beta goes up.

Lou- We're Sox fans too but DH is a HUGE Bears fan!! I'm not allowed to speak during the game

Teresa- I'm hoping for that BFP for you!

Anna- WOW!!! Definately get those early response tests or get a beta soon!!

Karin- YAAY!!! :D Sooo excited for you! Glad you're finally getting started!!

Franny- You're DH definately raised the bar for the guys with that song he played for you on your ride home. I played it for my DH so he had to play one of our favorites for me on our ride home. It was "Ain't No Mountain High Enough" because it seemed like we've had to climb so many mountains in our our relationship and to have children. I thought it was soo sweet of him!! Anyway, get some more rest.

Thanks again for all your support!
Love hugs and baby dust to all,
Chili 8) 8)
