I had my ER done on 9/14 and they retrieved 17 eggs. 14 of them were mature and 12 fertilised. We are doing PGD to get a HLA matched sibling for my 6 year old who is undergoing Chemotherapy for relapsed Leukemia. So, we got the PGD results back today and 2 out of the 12 embroys were a perfect match for my son, but as of Day 5 today they did not turn into blasts. My RE told me that 4 other embryos that are not a match are in the blast stage now.
I was wondering if there is any hope for us, that those two embryos would get to blast stage by tomorrow morning. And tomorrow will be day 6, How are the implantation rates for day 6 transferred embryos. I would really appreciate any information..
My last cycle I had two blasts transferred (BFN) and had two others in the CM (compacting morula) stage. By the next day (day 6) they both turned into high quality blasts and were frozen. I will be doing an FET with these two in a few weeks.
Good luck! I really hope you are able to have a child that's an HLA match for your son.

It's very common for a day 5 morula to become a day 6 blast. Day 6 blast transfers are common. The success rates with day 6 blasts are somewhat less than for day 5 blasts.
Avoid IVF and surrogacy in Ukraine. Ukrainian centers pay shills to post here under numerous sock accounts pretending to be patients in Ukraine. Centers using such deceptive advertising cannot be trusted and should be avoided.
Thank you Ladies for replying back. I had my Transfer yesterday. One of the two matched embryos "expanded"(that was the word my RE used) and they decided that it was good and transferred it. We froze the other 4 good embryos. Now, its just wait and see.. My beta is scheduled for 10/4.
I did rest a little bit after I got back home from the transfer, but didnt get a lot of time to do. And, today I am back at the hospital with my son for the eon's of tests they are doing on him. I am feeling guilty about not being able to rest, but you have to do what you have to do. We will see in two weeks.
