I realise that it's quite OK to experience some bleeding/spotting during pregnancy but as this is my first pregnancy, I have absolutely NO idea how MUCH bleeding is OK. At what point do you think "Oh, no. That's not good"?
My morning sickness has disappeared overnight and now I'm bleeding. Not a lot, but enough to have me ready to curl up and die.
So how much is too much? Should I be worried about the disappearance of morning sickness? I'm currently on progesterone pessaries (200mg twice daily, estrogen pills three times daily). 7.5 week ultrasound was perfect.

Bleeding is common in IVF pregnancies. Promptly report any bleeding to your clinic.
Avoid IVF and surrogacy in Ukraine. Ukrainian centers pay shills to post here under numerous sock accounts pretending to be patients in Ukraine. Centers using such deceptive advertising cannot be trusted and should be avoided.

Kizmet - Yes, I agree with Ghost; you need to notify you RE immediately and use a pad because they are going to ask you how many pads you are going through, which is a good way to determine how much you are bleeding. I would also lie down until given further instructions to relax your pelvis/uterus.
Kiz I started bleeding at 6w. I was told to lay down and drink lots of water. I did that for a day. I ended up fine so far. Hang in there sweetie. Oh and around the same time as you I had no pregnancy symptoms too. Lost all symptoms and freaked out. Begged my OBGYN to send me for an u/s. But yeah it is freaky when you lose all your symptoms...I felt like I should be miserable and I wasn't for a while. Different symptoms will show up later. Don't worry. HUGS!

I managed to get in and see a GP yesterday which was nice and reassuring and all seems OK. I've decided not to bother trying to contact the RE anymore as they rarely answer their phones and have never answered the out of hours contact number despite continual reassurances from them when we started that they are "only ever a phone call away not matter what the problem". What they actually mean is "please call during office hours and leave up to 4 messages from 10 phone calls and if we get around to it, we may actually call you back, if not, oh well". Sorry to sound so mean about that, but to be honest, the clinic I'm with seems very bad a customer service once they have your money. When I rang whilst in the hospital ICU with OHSS after trying the after hours number before going into emergency and leaving 3 messages asking for help - they still rang to say "I hope all is well and your transfer is scheduled for blah, blah, blah".
IVF # 1 - Fresh cycle ended in OHSS with 2 frosties May 2010

Hi Kizmet
Glad to hear all is okay. Just wanted to say HUGS and hang in there! Would be nice if you could have a little plain sailing! I'd tell DH that the whole idea of a party is pretty much a no no too!!! Even without the catering! You can't 100% guarentee you won't be in labour - or have just had bubba!!! Due dates are estimates - not exact. A week before is a crazy time to host a huge party! Sigh. Good luck with that too!

Kizmet – I am glad that everything worked out and your RE’s office sounds just downright frustrating. I am sorry that you feel you can’t rely on them to answer their phone but it seems like you are very resourceful and found your information out another way.
