Lou - you are always all over the place! where do you get all the energy?

Franny - omg! I'm so sorry about your DH. We get the results later?? How are YOU feeling???

Chili - you? any symptoms?

Anna - aw, I'm sorry. you never know - it could still be a BFP...and if not, you're back to where you were a couple of days ago. chin up - we can do this!

Amanda - time went so fast!! how exciting that you're starting!

Karin - I use Freedom as well and my doc somehow had a coupon for a free 300 pen?! you might also wanna talk w your doc about the old pens. mine told me they go bad after 30 days?! Also, the reason I use Freedom is that for some reason my healthcare covers it (but doesn't cover ANYTHING else), so maybe make sure they run it through your insurance even if your insurance claims to not cover anything. It's worth a shot (I ONLY pay something like $35) Just a thought...

Krys - Great news! Good Luck!!

BLang - don't worry about your count. You only need one! I had 6 last time and 5 fertilized! You'll be fine!

Rio - I hope you feel better soon...that sucks. I am definitely not the weight I want to be before pregnancy and if this round doesn't work I'm taking off a couple of months to lose about 20 lbs. With everything that's happened I've gained about that much in the past year.

Teresa - holy shit! congrats!!

Tammy - DOUBLE IS AWESOME!!! YAY! Things are so definitely looking up!!

Ryann - I'll be sitting here waiting for good news from you. I'm thinking of you and your father.

AFM - SnS again tomorrow morning. Tomorrow was supposed to be my trigger date, but I think it'll most likely be over the weekend. ER next week no matter what though!!! My stomach is bruised and sore, I'm fat, and I'm extremely fatigued. Oh, and my thyroid came back normal, which is good, but I was hoping that something could explain my fat ass and desire to stay in bed.

Tammy & Teresa- Congratulation :) I am so excited for you guys. It is always wonderful to hear some great news.

Franny- I am so sorry your DH is having such a hard time. I hope he is doing better. I will send some healing prayers your way for him.

AFM: Nothing much happening on my end as far as IVF goes. Just waiting until January :) My DH & I went to gulf shores on the 13th of September. When we got there, we went to wal-mart to get some stuff before heading to our hotel for the evening. We split up to make it quicker. I saw some people standing around & realized my DH was laying in floor having a seizure. He has no history of it. I was okay while me & firefighter who just happen to be there to secured his c-spine and rolled him on his side to keep him from aspirating. It was like my medical training just kicked in, but as soon as the emts got there I lost it. I got in the car to get the hospital & I realized I had no friggin idea where the damn hospital was. They told me I couldn't follow the ambulance bc they would be going with sirens. So after a short panic attack, I realized I could use my phone to look up the hospital & give me directions. Thank God for cell phones. He is okay and they have no idea what caused it, but I will never forget him laying in the floor in full convulsions, body and jaw locked, and foaming from the mouth. I just wanted to share one of my scariest moments of my life with you ladies since we all seem to go through so much together.

Amanda - Wow what a scary thing that must have been! I hope DH is better going forward and they can figure out what caused it so they can prevent anything like that happening again.

Ryann - Sending lots of prayers for your Dad. Keep us posted!

Franny - I'm so sorry your DH is going through this right now. I hope he gets better really soon!!

Nancy - Yes, those are your stims so we'll have our baselines & stims right around each other. YAY!

Brandy - I'm glad you've got 5 good ones cooking in there, all around the same size. Can't wait till you hear it's time to trigger!

Lauren319 - Let us know how you're SnS goes tomorrow! I can't believe you're almost to ER already...got everything crossed for you! And I hear you on losing some weight...if this doesn't work, I think the first thing I'm going to do (after getting completely shit-faced drunk) is hire a trainer and focus on losing this 25-30 pounds I could afford to lose.

Tammy & Teresa - Can't wait to hear more good news on your next betas! What a great couple of updates today!! :D

Hi girls...
I talked them into letting me test again Friday. There is no way...I can wait another week like they wanted me to. lol I ended up calling the after hour service at 6:30pm...who paged the doctor...because no one ever called me! Ugh!

Well...he told me that it almost doubled and that is great. I told him my theory on why it is lower than expected at this point and he completely agreed. He called the nurse (they're there every night till 6:30-7) and she went and found my faxed results and also called me back and said the same thing as the doctor. They are both optimistic.

My theory. I got a positive on an hpt last Thursday...my lines continued to get darker till Saturday...and my odd pregnancy symptoms of insomnia, bloody nose, and drooling while sleeping went away by Sat. I had implantation spotting on Friday and a tiny bit on Saturday...light pink and brown and very little. My lines got lighter on Sunday and Monday...and then darker again on Tuesday. It was also slightly darker Sunday night (1 beta coming down/the other going up)? I didnt test on a hpt today...I didnt have any left...and thought why bother. I believe that 1 baby implanted last week giving me the early positive hpt and it passed away Saturday (the day "I knew" something was different), while another baby was implanting and growing. Crazy, I know...but both the doc and nurse agreed that it is VERY possible. We shall see...holding on to hope for now.

Hi, I can't write too much cause my boys left my computer almost with out any keys! I think it was Zach who did the same to Tammy? don't know why they love taking out those keys, anyways I just wanted to say big congrats to Tammy and Teresa, I am soooo happy you have great news!
Ryann you are on my prayers and thoughts
Amanda that sounds sooo scary, you are brave, I am awful at emergencies and probably would have fainted or paralyzed without knowing what to do
Rio I am also trying to lose weight I did not passed my 2 hour glucose test and barely passed the 3 hours, so this time I want to start at a good weight, I need to loose 14 pounds, I have around 7 weeks till my next cycle, so 2 pounds per week is doable I think, lets see how it goes.

Hugs,
Ana

amanda- omg...how scary! so glad your dh is ok. i had goosebumps reading the story. he should get some thorough testing done if he can just to rule out some medical conditions. i hope it's nothing. good thing it happened the way it did, meaning he wasn't by himself or driving. scary stuff!

franny- awe sweetie, i'm sorry about your dh! i hope he's feeling better. did they decide on surgery or something else? how awful! i'm thinking of you & him.

tammy- i think your theory is right on point! i'm so happy for you!

Hi All,
Just wanted to check in quick with my girls. Not much going on here. Went for progesterone test today. They said if it's lower than 25 I'd have to up my dose  Ugh! Thankfully it was 26.6...Yay! 8) I would not have wanted to inject any more than I already am. Other than the sore butt, I'm not feeling much of anything. Very slight cramping but no colored discharge and slightly tender breasts. The nurse said this is normal. I'm nervous! I think I should be feeling something. Oh well, I guess I'll stop analyzing and try to keep a PMA. I'm still going to be on pins and needles until beta next week on 10-1. :?

Tammy and Teresa- I'm sooo thrilled for you both!!! :D :D

Franny- So sorry about DH's illness. Hopefully he won't need surgery. Try to stay calm and take care of yourself too.

Tx- It's hard to see everyone pg around you. Unfortunately at your age that's pretty common. Hey, my daughter (form my ex husband) had 3 kids in the time my DH and I have been trying to conceive. I'm thrilled to have my grandangels but it just reminds us how much we want our own children. Hang in there, It'll happen to you soon enough. PMA!!!

Ryann- Keeping you and your dad in my prayers.

Amanda-Sorry about DH.I can't imagine how frightened you must have been. Hopefully it's nothing long term.

Tammy- I'm hopeful that your theory's right. I still have everything tightly crossed for you!! Try to relax!!

Much love to all and best wishes to everyone I missed!
Love,
Chili 8) 8)

Hi all

I've spent a couple of hours this afternoon reading from the start of this board. I'm still only up to page 10. I tried to skim read but was too scared I'd miss out vital information. I'll do a few pages a day to hopefully catch up with everybody. I love all the pics. I love animals too! I have a pug, three cats, four chickens and two goldfish :) I'll post a pic or two shortly once I've swapped onto the main computer.

Tammy and Teresa - congratulations. Tammy, I think you theory makes good sense. Isn't it amazing how in-tune we can become with our bodies. I'm crossing my fingers for a big, fat third beta number for you! :D

Franny and Ryann - I hope that all is okay and am thinking of you both.

Amanda - oh my goodness. How scarey! I hope DH is okay and that you find out the cause.

Lauren - you crack me up big time. Not long now till ER.

AFM - (thanks for pointing out that AFM is not a person - DER! It's only taken me four months to realise). What a dick I am!

Had 2 x perfect 5-day embies transferred this morning. I've been chilling all afternoon, thinking sticky, positive thoughts, and singing to the little thawed out 'about to implant' frosties. My first beta is next Saturday (3rd). Arggh! So glad it's a Saturday. Last time was a week day, and I walked to the clinic at lunchtime to receive a sealed envelope containing the result. The envelope burned a whole in my bag all afternoon. This time it'll just be a long wait for a phone call.

One of my best friends is arriving to stay for a week tomorrow with her three and five year old children. I can't wait to see her and it's going to really help make the next 9-days fly by a bit faster.

Time for me to go and talk a leisurely stroll down the beach with the dog.

Amanda....I can't imagine how scared you must have been. My SIL had 3 seizures in one day with no history. They said it was stress. She was in the hospital for a few days. Now she's on a anti-seizure medicine. I hope they find out what caused it, so that it doesn't happen again.

Ryann...Oh hun....I am praying for your Dad and your family. I hope that he's okay.

Tess...If you had ET today...you should be in bed resting. No walks on the beach. You have to take it easy and let them find a good place to snuggle in.

Chili...I'm glad your progesterone test was good. I'm not looking forward to it. I was looking at my calendar and will start with 1cc and then it goes up to 2cc. It makes me cringe thinking about it. Keep that PMA going girl!

Lauren....I know how you feel. I was actually told to gain weight...guess what...I did. My fat ass is hatin' it. My best jeans are too tight. I only have 2 pairs that I can wear and it's because I just bought them a little while ago because I needed some. I've gained about 8lbs (maybe more) and feel every ounce of it...YUCK!

AFM...I took my first lupron stab tonight. The first stab almost bounced off and didn't want to go in. I had to do it again on the other side. Not off to a good start with that....but at least it's started. Finally!!!!!

Tess...Congrats PUPO!!! Stay in bed and make DH and your friend wait on you hand and foot for a few days. Seriously.

Krys...Good Luck today! Cant wait to hear your update.

Teresa...When do you go back for another beta? Any symptoms yet?

Ryann...How is your dad doing? Praying for good news today.

Amanda...What did the docs say about the seizure?

Franny...Any new news about Barry?

Anacris...Yep Zach destroyed my computer 2x's now. My advice is to take it somewhere and have them take the keyboard off for you so that you dont break it...get the part number you need...order it off of ebay if the company cant order it or if they will let you order if off ebay, cause it is usually cheaper and quicker...and then have the company who helped you get the part number...replace the new keyboard for you. THEN...go get a refriderator lock...it's a simple stick one side/latch on the other end...and put it on the laptop. Just dont forget to lock it like I did the 2nd time he destroyed my keyboard. lol

Brandy... Did you have another SnS this morning? How are things looking?

Lauren...Cant wait to hear how your SnS went, too!

AFM: (I cant help but laugh everytime I write that now, Tess, lol) You are too funny!
I had Bill go out and get more FRER's...I had to see it for myself...and yes the lines are getting darker again!!! It's crazy...when you line them up...you can absolutely see what must have happened. I stand by my theory...though it makes me sad to think that I lost one. Some of my symptoms are coming back again as well. I'm cautiously very optimistic.
