Side Affects from IVF shots

Hi has anybody had any side affects from the ivf process????

I had my ET on Friday and have been using Crinone 8% for progesterone, ever since I have been feeling really tired nauseous weak dizzy and light headed with cramps and alot of tenderness when I walk ,

has anybody else had the same affects is this normal or should I contact my GP??

Hi...

I am new to all of this, but I think alot of this meds have those side effects... I am doing Crinone and estrace right now and I am nauseous and dizzy at moments too..Never hurts to call your Dr office and ask just to be on the safe side... maybe the dose needs to be adjusted... I am also new to this, had a trip to docs today he said it was normal and should subside in a few days thank god ! cant wait for it to be all over and get back to feeling normal hopefully with a BFP, Im only 4 days PT and its dragging in think these will be the longest days ever, how are you doing and finding it all, have you much longer to wait until you test??

I had my first transfer today 2 frosties I am crossing my fingers and praying that it happens for me... Keep me in your prayers...

Evrything will be ok with the meds for you sometimes it takes alittle bit for your body to adjust or get use to...

The 2 ww is the worse... I am sitting here just wondering and its only been two days.. thats cool that we are on the same schedule, hopefully we get the BFP... How many did you transfer? Did you do frozen or fresh??? Mine were only 2 cell, not sure how good or bad that is for my chances, they had to defrost 8 to get too the 2 that they transferred... I have 6 frosties left, but I am hoping it will happen this round.. The whole process takes a toll on you, To even think I will have to start the needles all over again makes me nervous, since I got hyper stim from it... So keep praying for me...I will be praying for you too.... Keep me posted

tell me about it, im feeling so tempted to test I feel like the 15 will never get here !

This was my first fresh cycle only had 6 follies 3 fertilised 1 2 cell 1 4 cell and 1 6 cell , I had 2 transfered on day 2 as I couldnt wait until day 5 ! unfortunatley I had none left to freeze so I will have to go through the whole lot again if it doesn't work, but Im having a serious hard time at the moment, just getting up the stairs is an effort as I am so dizzy tired and weak !! so it will take alot of convincing for me to go through it all again I certainly was not expecting it to be this hard,

you poor thing OHSS you must have been so sick, but 2 cell is good ill be praying those little embies are seriously sticky and hold on in there and hopefully those 6 extra frosties will only be needed for baby no 2 !!

Lol I feel like testing too, but I heard sometimes it gives a false negative so I dont want to get my hopes up or down... You test a few days before me so keep me posted...

It is a tough journey and the meds dont make you feel great either... I am always tired always feeling sick but I keep in my head that it will all be worth doing over at least one more time after the last 6 frozen if I had too... If I can get one child from this time or the following 6 then I will be done, but if not I will try one more cycle of all the meds... This is somethin I want so bad that I dont want to give up yet...
