Nancy - 10 is great! Are you doing 3dt or 5dt? With that many fertilized, I'd imagine they'd push it to 5...

My RE only does 5dt unless they aren't doing well and then he'll do a 3dt.

Annies...I'm so sorry about your news. Try to stay positive because you have 2 embies to work with. I will say an extra prayer that they keep developing well and they make it safely back with you. I know you want to hear higher number...I certainly did. But when you break it down, you have 2 more than you started with...and that is certainly something to be excited about! best of luck to you!

baby_blu...You are so close to the end of your wait! I can't wait to hear your beta! I was laughing at your post about crying at the commercial because that's totally me! Then for some idotic reason I decided to watch the Teen Mom Reunion Show and cried my eyes out about these young girls that talk about how much they would change about their lives if it weren't for their babies and I get sooooo mad.

Karenthescorpio...I'm right with you with the tiredness and headaches. I feel like as soon as the Lurpon enter my body I'm asleep on the couch. I do my injection at 8pm so I'm passed out on the couch after that PLUS I just can't fight these heachaches! I WISH tylenol or advil did trick

Annie - my suggestion would be to implant at day 3 even at day 2. My RE said that whne the numbers aren't high it is too risky to push it and the uterus is the best place for them. Don't be discouraged it only takes one!

klinger - My RE will only do a 3dt unless you have more than 5 or 6 embryos, then she will do day 5, she said the best place is in the uterus, so I will not do day 5 unless I have more than 5 which I doubt, I never froze any. It only takes one good one!!! Hopefully you can transfer all 3!

When was your RE? My official beta is on the 26th so we can't be far off. LOL @ too scared... that's how I feel about waiting for the beta! I am a knowledge junkie and HAVE TO KNOW what's going on - good or bad. I start testing around 7dpo to make sure the trigger is out. Once I see a negative test I know that anything beyond that is the baby. This time I never lost the line between the trigger and the implantation. This morning's test came in quickly (under 3 minutes) and was easily visible without taking it out of the case, etc. For some reason, I am not freaking out or feeling unsure about this one. That's the only difference between this and the last. Maybe it's because I got such an early result..?

My ER was on the 12th, last Tuesday. My trigger was 7:30pm Sunday the 10th. My ET was a 5dt on Sunday the 17th. First beta will be the 27th This is my first IVF, so I'm not sure how to figure what dpo I am... Is it from the trigger or the ER?

I think it's awesome you have such a good feeling about this time. I really believe our bodies have a way of communicating with us, it's a matter of being open to those "vibes"... Corny, probably... But, it makes me feel better.

I just know you're gonna get great results on Tuesday!

Baby blu... we are on exactly the same timeline.... and yes, your dpo is from your ER date. So you are also 10dpo as well! I'm getting my beta one day sooner - not sure why? I think we will be true belly buddies!

Not! Got some inside knowledge from my doc friend (who's done IVF) about OBS in my area so will make the big decision next week after the U/S.

baby_blu: Yes...indeed the 2ww is nerve racking! Do your best to distract yourself--enjoy this weekend and your beta will be here soon! I don't know how you are so strong and stay away from POAS...I am a junkie like Sonya and will be POASing as soon possible.

Nancy: Great fert. report!!! Looks like you will have some to freeze if you choose!

Annie: As everyone has been saying--try not to be too disappointed. Some women don't have any to grow and having 2 is really great--I will pray that they divide and grow healthfully--and I agree about asking about 3dt.

Amanda:: 3 fertilized--grow embies--grow!!! Rest yourself so you are ready for them!

Osi: Please take care of yourself egg-machine!! I had 24 and horrible OHSS my first go-round with IVF. I know my case was a bit unusual, but weeks in the hospital and lots of pain are nothing to sneeze at, or take chances. Drink that gatorade!!! And take it easy.

Kaylee: Hang in there....not too much longer now...try to distract yourself with some fun this weekend.

Sonya: Wooohooo!!! I knew it!! This is the one for ya! Can't wait to hear your beta next week to make it official!!



AFM: FIrst, thank you everyone for the well-wishes and prayers--it helps to feel all of your support: more than I could ever express.

All went really well for us today-I was so excited! DH gave his "sample" and it came back with 33.5 million, fine morphology, and with 99% motility! (I didn't know 99% was possible?) So hopefully they found their way to their targets today! The procedure was fine, slight discomfort and cramping, but no big deal. I went straight to the acupuncturist office afterwards and I would TOTALLY recommend it to anyone. It was just what I needed to help me relax--she said she did all sorts of proper points for Qi, and kidney function to help with implantation, but regardless of the fertility boost or not, I certainly left feeling way more relaxed than when I walked in. I wanted to just sit in her waiting room all afternoon and listen to her fountain...lol...so, I am feeling very positive and hopeful that this will be the cycle for us. I just don't know how I am going to keep myself sane during the 2ww--ER trio--+Osi--who is gonna lead us, and keep things calm? Acupuncture will keep me calm for a few days, but then I know I will be right in Crazytown something fierce!

bablyblu- You count your dpo (days past ovulation) from the ER date. That is essential your "ovulation". Weird to think of it that way when doing IVF, but since they keep everything timed with mother nature, it makes sense to use the same terms. Wishing you a BFP!

Rypell- When I was on lupron I got horrible headaches, I took tylenol and then put a cold cloth on my forehead and it helped alot...

afm- I got AF yesterday started my estrace again and go for U/S Nov 1st... they also have to do a quick procedure and put a stitch to make it easier for ET this time.... Has anyone had to do that ???? Kinda nervous about it, but last ET they had problems cause my uterus was curved... Hopefully it works and these last frosties make it... They are going with the best two out of 6 hopefully 2 make the defrost process, looking at around Nov 6th for ET... Please say some prayers it works this time for me.... Lots of babydust to everyone:)
