Katie G Thank you for checking on me, I am not doing not to good started vomiting today again and I a have a follow up appointment on wenesday with my OB. So how are the twins are doing? hoping they are growing, you take care and take it easy.

Katie-- glad to hear from you and hope things are going well with the twins...

I have been out of commission 'cause I was down with a nasty cold and no meds could be taken. I am still coughing and sneezing, but each day, it is a little better and I have more energy. I haven't been getting much sleep though. I wake up too early -- and that is NOT like me at all. Thinking of getting one of those pregnancy pillows... maybe it will help me to sleep more cozy.

Other than that, I am just going crazy waiting for my next ob-gyn appt and scan. Hoping that the little bubs is growing well and that there are no problems. Trying like mad to stay positive.

Sunshine and stars thank you for asking yesterday I treew up 5 time I tought I was dying, I don't know what to do anymore, keeping my finger cross that I will get better soon. I am glad that you are doing ok even though you are having hard time sleeping, I am having the same problem having hard time sleeping at night and by 5 or 6 am I am awake, I realize that pregnancy could be difficult for certain people. Anyway you take care and take it easy, and I wish you good luck for u/s.

Thanks so much for your reply. I haven't posted for a while 'cause I needed a bit of a break from things in general. Still anxious here, but hopeful that my doc appt will be reassuring. It's on Friday. Can't feel any baby movement yet; probably won't for a few more weeks. I just want to know that everything with this little one is okay.

Hi Sunshine I am glad that you are ok now, I red in the pregnancy book that if it is your first baby you will start feeling the baby between week 18 to 20 not before that, I wish you good luck with your appointment on friday I am sure that the baby is fine.

Still sick I am on IV at home and the Zofran pump, but still nauseated and vomited few time, no appetite for what so ever, I don't know what to do anymore I have pray God to help me get better and be able to go back to work and eat finally. I have been luky I get to see my OB every 2 weeks and get to see the baby too. I am 14 weeks now but still sick no luck for me.

This trade have been so quite, so keep updated after your appointment, you take care and take it easy

Sending prayers your way...this has been so difficult for you. I hope that things improve soon and that you are able to enjoy your pregnancy more.

I have another appointment on Friday. This time it is a special scan to check baby's growth and possible birth defects. In some ways, I am looking forward to seeing the little one on the scan, as the last time I saw the baby was at 12 weeks...and I am 17 weeks now. But it is a medical test...and I am worried about that. The doc thinks that we *might* be able to determine (see) the gender, which would be really neat-- I just hope that it is healthy. At my last appt, last week, the heartbeat was good and strong... so hopefully, all is well.

Take care of yourself and I will keep you in my thoughts.

My nausea is on and off now but I am still on the Zofran pump I have my second prenatal on10/13/10 I am still praying to get more better, I will be 15 weeks this Thuesday so we will see.

Hi Jamila, the scan went well-- we were told that things look good and the growth, heartbeat, organs, etc seem to be in normal parameters. We also discovered that we are having a boy-- wow. I suspected that it was a boy all along! Anyway, I am exhausted; still not getting much in the way of sleep...

I hope that you are doing well... just wanted to check in...

Sunshine Stars congatulation!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! on your baby boy i am so happy for you that everything went well, I think that i am having a boy too i don't know why, I am doing ok since the last 4 days i took the zofran pump off, no more nausea or vomiting i am eating too i have gained 4 pounds so far. I appreciate you checking on me, I will find out in 5 weeks the gender, but I have another OB visit in 4 weeks, so we will see. You take care and did you try some relaxing natural tea my OB advised me that, because i am having hard time sleeping too.

Hey Jamila yes it has been quiet on here! I haven't posted but have been reading. Just waiting for bean to grow! My next us is this Thurs hoping doc will tell me the sex...although last time he said he wouldn't til 20 weeks. Doing ok except for dailty heartburn and gas ugh!

Krissymichael Glad to hear from you the trade has been soooooooo quiet, I was wondering how all of you were doing, sorry about the heartburn I am having the same issues, eat frequent small meals, and avoid food that has seasonning and spices food. My OB won't do the gender scan until 20 weeks too, so in 3 weeks, my next prenatal visit is for Diabeties check on 11/10/10, I wish you good luck for Thusday hopefully he will do the scan for you, so keep us updated, and take it easy.

I was experiencing sharp pain on the left side of my pelvic the whole weekend my hubby insisted that i call the OB, so I called the OB yesterday morning he insisted that i go to the office immediatlly. Finally everything was fine we listened to the baby heartbeat it was just a ligament issue due to my tummy streching. After a month and half off I am going back to work on the 28, night shift I am nervous and excited hopefully the hospital won't be busy with lots of admissions specially at night. I have lost my appetite again, my OB said that I need lots of proteins so I have to drink lots of ensures and boost, I am hoping to get my appetite back and start gaining weight or keeping my 121 pounds, I don't want to loose any weight anymore.

Hi Ladies!! I hope everyone is doing well. I too have confirmed boys. It looks like no hairbows and tutu's in our future but I am okay with that . So far so good both boys are growing and not causing me to much strief (yet). I go back Thanksgiving week for another US. Hope all is well and keep in touch.
