Just got home from my appointment...

We, too, have official confirmation!!! Beta was 273 a day early!!! Nurse said if we would've waited until tomorrow (original test day) it would've been over 350...

Thank you God!

I've been put on just short of bed rest by the RE, though. My u/s showed pockets of fluid in all but one quadrant, the lower left was clear. No wonder I've been feeling like such crap. And since I'm preggers, it could get even worse (TOTALLY worth the pain, IMO) Lots of fluids, more laying around, and check back with nurse on Friday.

P.S. Can't wait to hear about your positive numbers Sonya, we're all dying to hear the news!!!

On way home from ET now (using my iPhone). It went well. We transferred 3. Two grade B and one grade C. Of the 7 embies left the embryologist said 2 r looking like they'll make it to freeze. I'll write more later

Rio...I am on my 2nd cycle with no bcp's and I love it! I dont get what the problem even is...looks normal to me.

Teresa, Lauren, and others who asked where I've been. Dont send out the troops or the dogs...I'm here! lol Sorry, just been very busy and trying to keep up on this board is especially hard now that Zach ripped off more keyboard keys again!!! Yep, not even kidding. I can barely type this. Sad thing is...I had a lock on the laptop and houdini still got it unlocked!

AFM: I had another SnS yesterday...and I'm not very happy with how things are looking...the nurses havent said anything yet, but I know. I had an AFC (anthral follicle count, Chelle) and originally had 13 possibilities...but right now my whole left ovary is doing nothing and all 4 are under 6mm.

We reduced my meds this cycle to keep me from triggering after only 6.5 days of stims...looks like we will go 8 or 9 days this time. However, my right ovary...(the one that usually dont do much) is doing all the work and only has 4 good ones growing. 16.5, 16, 15, 14.5, 8, and 5 under 6mm. So I have a cluster of follicles ready to go and a whole other cluster under 6mm. We expect that I will trigger tomorrow night or Thursday night. I go back tomorrow morning. All I can do is pray that the big ones slow down and the little ones speed up. Has anyone ever dealt with this where there are 2 groups...10mm apart? Insight? Thoughts? I'm really worried here.

One more thing...I'm used to having twinges and all in the ovaries...but this cycle is different. Now and then, I am getting sharp pains that dont last very long, but happen in my left ovary...anyone else?

Side note...we are having a huge storm coming in this afternoon. Wind gusts of 70 mph, huge storms, and tornadoes are expected, too. Damage reports of this storm are coming in from towns 2 hrs from here...so I'm getting a little bit worried...expecially since Bill has to travel to an emergency dentist appt in a bit. I hear that most people are without power...so I'm kinda worried about being alone with Zach during all of this and Bill on the road, too. I'm just a bundle of fun, today. Arent you glad that I checked in? lol

Tammy- great to see you here. Isn't that crazy about your ovaries and how they switch. Argh! How many do you have on your left side? I always had 2 or 3 huge ones and more little ones so I guess they were two groups. Remember it only takes one good one! My RE said it is ideal to stimm between 10 and 12 days and you get more success so I am hoping you can coast and stimm longer! Ihad twinges and sharp pains too really bad.

AFM - this whole IVF thing is a rollercoaster. My AF arrived 5 days earlier then they had planned. So I ran to the lab to get my estradiol and progesterone checked. I get my meds delivered tomorrow (fingers crossed they get here!) and she said that I can start stimms tomorrow pending my blood results! The RE is gone until Thrusday (the nurse is the one telling me to go ahead) so I can only do US on Thursday and hopefully no cysts and I get the go ahead, if not I stimm for two days and get canceled So I need your good thoughts and prayers for good blood results and clear US with lots of follies so I can start my journey with you girls!!!

Rio...Sending lots of good thoughts and prayers! However, I think all will be fine...this is normal for my cycles and I've never had a problem. E2 level will hopefully come back under 100 (should since AF is here) and u/s should show no cysts since you've been on bcp's. No worries girl!

AFM: I have 5<6mm on the left and 4<6mm on the right. All the other ones are also on the right at 16.5, 16, 15, 14.5, and 8mm.

Why do I have 9 follicles (really 10) not growing?!

Miamibaby...you have a terrific memory! That group was unbelievable with all the positives...I think there was something like 20 positives out of 25 girls that month! Do you remember exactly Rio? All I know is that we are about to do it again with this group! Let's do it!!! PMA! PMA!

Rio...oh ok, I misunderstood, I thought you had been on them now for awhile. I love doing the cycles with no bcp's...hopefully you will, too. Seriously, no worries! This is actually gonna turn out to be great news, I'm betting.

14 is great if they were all close together...I was sooo happy to hear the count, till I saw that 9 of them arent going to be mature, and I am expected to trigger tomorrow or Thursday...so no way will they catch up...but I'm still praying for a miracle anyways.
