Great numbers, Tammy! You're planning to put 2 in? It's a tough decision. Now that I had a BFN, I wonder if I should've put 3 embryos in (like they wanted me to) instead of 2. The possibility of multiples scares me, though. You're almost PUPO!

I agree- trigger time is exciting - everything we've had to do is done... the u/s the needles the shots... there is a sense of finality to it. How many will you transfer? Glad your DH is excited... it should be exciting. We can't go through this in total fear or it would be that much more difficult. You'll be PUPO soon!!

Tammy: Awesome report!! :D :D :D 4--maybe 5 fertilized?! That is fabulous...you deserved some good news!! :) Now rest yourself up to let those embies come home to momma--when--Tuesday? How terrific to be PUPO on DH's birthday!!

Ester: Yeah on AF making her arrival! Good luck with baseline on Tuesday and I hope that you are totally "jinxed" as well this cycle!

Osi: Be careful if you decide to join the junkies--I mean Divas! It has its rollercoaster features as well, but I really prefer "knowing" something and having something to "do" rather than just passively waiting--even if it isn't always good news. But you always have to remember, you can have negative HPTs and still get a BFP on your beta! (Please remind me of this fact if it happens to me!? )

Lauren: Good luck on ER tomorrow!! Keep up the PMA!! It can only help! 8) 8)

Amanda: "Fellow Diva" Woohoo!! I am feeling the vibe. Those crazy sticks only lie in the negative, so your line is probably great news!! I can't wait until your line is dark enough to photograph! :D :D Keep us all posted!

AFM: No second line on FRER this morning... :( I am not getting too down yet as I am only 10dpo. I am still staying positive...I think....no...yes, I am! I think I may only do the cheapy tests tomorrow and then the last FRER test I have on Tuesday? Feeling the Crazytown strong this morning.

Wise wise words of advice regarding early testing. ONLY for the fearless and freaky. Hey.. do you take the test out? Any line will dry much more clearly. And no, you can't make a false positive by doing this. 10dpo is early - didn't freckles get hers on 11dpo? Big hopes for you!

I'm not feeling many symptoms at all except some round ligament pain, exhaustion and being bitchy. I wish m/s would kick in... I know it's stupid early.. I'm not even 5 weeks until Tuesday! LOL

Actually, I'm hoping that all 5 make it and we put back all 5. lol Yep, no kidding. We put back all 5 (1 wasnt doing well, so really 4 decent/good ones in September) and we put back all 4 in August. We were pregnant for a week when we put back all 5. Good Luck on making the decision...it is not easy, that is for sure.

Ester...Yayy for AF getting here early...so excited for you!!!

Margi...Gosh girl...it is really early still. Just my 2 cents...if you are going to test tomorrow at 11dpo...you will need the FRER to get it to come up at all...the cheapies never work for me till after my period is due...but that may just be me.

Lauren...Good Luck tomorrow! I hope you get a 5dt. Sooo cute to see DH get excited now. Yes, we always do ICSI and AH. We have both male and female infertility. However, the 5th one they left overnight with sperm to see if it matured and fertilized was left to fertilize on its own. The lab feels that trying to ICSI it the next day damages it...after it took all night to mature. They feel that pregnancy is more likely if it matured and fertilized on its own overnight. Praying for my 5th little guy. It would be a dream come true if I get to put back all 5 and 1 takes again and sticks this time. I love and will only use FRER...I get them at Walmart much cheaper than anywhere else and use the coupon in the box to save $1-2 depending on the box....you get the box with 3 tests in them at Walmart, too. The ones that have the free fertility or ovulation monitor in them...has coupons for $2 off. By the way...I accidentally used a fertility monitor last time when pregnant and it came up positive. lol (Remember how I said it was an ovulation test? Actually, it was a fertility test, I found out later, lol). So getting a box of 3 with the fertility stick in it is really 4 pregnancy tests and with coupon is about $10. They measure very low amounts of hcg in your urine. FRER = first response early result (it says "up to 6 days sooner" on the box, too)...for those of you who dont know what FRER stands for.

Rio...when is your ultrasound, how are you doing so far?

Kynlee...Good Luck tomorrow. Keep us posted on everything.

Karian...Yayy for starting stims!

Zen...Hi and Welcome. It will be a great Christmas!

LisaB...How is things going for you? I have a very good friend who goes by LisaB on my mommies board...it feels odd to call you LisaB. lol Wishing you all the luck in the world.

Karen...When do you go back in? What's next?

Lou...I'm so sorry about your furbaby. I'm praying for the best decision possible. Can you do Credit Care? I believe it is easy to apply and get. Good Luck and keep us posted.

Crystal...Are you going in Monday or Tuesday? Weird, that they told you 5dt and said Monday.

Amsey...As hard as it is...dont read into pregnancy symptoms at all...it is most likely progesterone...which really sucks. Ugh.

Osi...I also test out trigger sometimes...starting at 7dpo.

Sonya...Your PMA and advice are wonderful for all the newbies. Keep up the good work. BTW...dont be surprised if you never get m/s...I never did with Zach the entire pregnancy or with my other 2 pregnancies. ::knock on wood::

Hope you are all having a wonderful halloween weekend.

Sonya: Thanks for the advice! I will try taking it out to dry! And wishing for m/s?!? Most pregnant ladies would think you were nuts! But as IVF ladies--it makes perfect sense. Or are we just nuts?

Tammy: Yes, probably will do the FRER in the morning. Who am I trying to kid. Thanks for that 2-cents. And put back all 5! Go for it! I am with you. I always put back 4.

Klinger -- AWESOME news! Congrats on your + HPT. Can't wait for your beta!

Meinemo -- I'm so sorry. I know exactly how you feel. It really stinks. Take some time to regroup and you'll be back for another "mindfuck" in no time. You're right.... it is a mindfuck!

Margi -- Our dog is like our child, we just love her so much. We're still not sure what to do. Don't get too down yet... 10 dpo is quite early.

Lauren -- Believe it or not, we have insurance on our dog. It only covers $1200 towards an ACL repair in her knee. BUT... here's the issue.... she had this surgery done on her other knee before we had the insurance and so it is looking like this might be an excluded item for her. DAMN! Just my luck!

Rio -- I've got VPI on her as well. Read my post above to Lauren though. Sucks ass.

Ester -- Hooray for AF! You'll be starting in no time. This is going to be your time. We haven't made a firm decision on what to do for her knee but are thinking about getting a second opinion from a Ortho vet specialist. There's concern as to whether or not the cheaper surgery will hold long term in a dog that's 60 lbs. Our local vet says "yes", but I read on-line that it looks like her weight is borderline. I don't want to do something that won't work the first time. LOL.... too bad I can't say that about IVF!

Tammy -- That's great news! Hooray for 4 fertilized... maybe 5! I've never heard of Credit Care. What is it?

Lauren -- Sending you tons of luck for your ER tomorrow. I'll be thinking of you.

AFM -- My luck went from bad to worse. I took my car in for an oil change and inspection and it turns out I desperately need new tires. Another freakin' $1200! We're also thinking of taking our dog to the Ortho specialist for a second opinion as to whether or not the cheaper suture surgery will work for her. The TPLO is the "gold standard" and worked great on the other leg three years ago. We found out that dogs who rupture an ACL often go on to rupture the other one. WON-DER-FUL. She's got insurance thru VPI, but the max on ACL repair is $1200 and we're looking for her paperwork because we think ACL repair might be an exclusion for her since her other knee was repaired before we had the insurance. Damn!

Lou...Google Care Credit. It is a credit card for lasik surgery, vet bills, dental bills and things like that. We have it. Interest is high...but they usually offer a deal for 12 months interest free...so just try to pay it off within that time frame. Alot of vets have a brochure on their counter and advertise it, too. My DH got it before we got married...I think it was easy to get.

ETA: Actually, here is the link. http://www.carecredit.com/

klinger - I see a BFP in your future!!!!!!!!!!!! I understand you being cautious but I am here doing a happy dance for you!Image oh man! I am getting dizzy!

Tammy - put all those 4 babies in! :) I am so happy for your fert report that is awesome! And even the last one that fertilized on his own!!!! wooo-hoo this it we will be preggers together again! What does your RE say about 3 or 5 day transfers? is there a cut off #?

Margi- my HPT last time said negative even though I had my beta and was pregnant so don't take them literally, lots of flase negs on those! I am praying for your BFP!

Lauren - super good awesome luck! let us know fert report!

Meniemo - you will always question that decision, it is the hardest decision in IVF I think. PUt too many and you could get multiples which has its complications, put too little and you wonder if you would have a BFP. DOn't torture yourself hun, you did the right thing for you.

moore - yay for baseline US hopefully lots of great follies waiting! Hopefully the busy schedule will keep you from obssessing too much! Take all the PMA - I got tons right now!

Lou - crap - that stinks I am so sorry! Our dogs are like our children too. I completely understand. Do you have a costco around? We got new SUV tires for $600, Firestone. I hope it works out and be pushy with the insurance thing, you never know. Second opinion is a great idea. Sorry this is hard financially hun, I totally understand how hard it is to make decisions based on $$.

AFM - I go for another SnS tomorrow! It will be stimm day 6 for me. Hopefully lots of follies close in size. I usually don't respond too well and I am with a new RE so I am hoping this did the trick! She saw 11 AFC so I am praying for 11 or more!!! It would be wonderful to be able to do a 5dt but I need at least 6 embryos for that. FIngers crossed for tomorrow!!! 90 min drive yuck! :) I am so excited!!!!!! This is going to work!!!

Lauren, that last line says it perfectly, "Trying to stay positive but as you ladies all know when that BFN comes after all your positive thinking it's like your world crashes!" That's been my emotional state the past 2 years. Well said.

Good luck at the ER tomorrow. Thinking of you. Get some good rest afterwards. I was much more sore than I expected to be.

Meinemo...Great Big Hugs. IVF is such a rollercoaster...who needs Cedar Point? My 2 cents (again, lol)...I personally would try 3 next time...we did 3 and got Zach when I was 39 yrs old...although, I dont know in your case...do you have infertility issues or not? Do you know when you'll be able to try again?

Rio...I need 10 or so good ones to go 5 days...unless I bully them into it...and had I gotten more...I may have done that. lol Oh well.
I cant wait to hear your SnS report tomorrow. I will no longer complain about my 45 minute drive...

Hey Girls,

Had a awful day feel like everything is so hopeless.........I am so tempted to test before but I was told Friday and Robert is keeping a eye on me as he doesn't want me testing before in case it's not a true result and I get myself in state.
I'm terrified of taking the test but am desperate to all at the same time, I'm soo confused!

Tammy: Really pleased for you 4 /5 fertilized thats great! how many will you have put back?

Ester: Good luck with baseline on Tuesday.

Osi: where were you treated? Big hug as I'm sure your feeling as lost as I am!

Lauren: Keeping my fingers for lots of eggs and successfull fertilisation!!

Amanda: Keep us all posted! SO EXCITED FOR YOU!!

Klinger -- AWESOME news! Congrats on your + HPT. Can't wait for your beta!

Meinemo -- Sending you loads of hugs, I'm so sorry. Be good to yourself and take some time.

Margi -- I am a massive animal lover a horse 3 cats 5 snakes and a tarantula I'm not sure what I'd do in your position but have you approached your local vet school?? sometimes they give discounts if it something the students need to watch (not do don't worry!!).

Rio -- Thanks for all your support I'm sure you guys heard Lisa had a negative we're in touch over the phone. She send PMA and Baby dust

Tammy - thanks for the good thoughts! It would be good to go for 5 days but given my past history I will be a 3 day girl, with probably putting in all of them like you :)

Amesy - I had not heard Lisa got a BFN tell her I am really sorry and give her big hugs for me. This is sooo hard. To go through all this and get a BFN is devastating. Step away from those HPTs! YOu can see here there are a lot of false negatives if early! Your DH is right, keep the PMA girl! Glad to see you here!
