**April 2011 Babies**

Yay KatieG boys! How far along were you when you found out? My us at 16 weeks confirmed a girl. I wasn't planning on finding out til 20 weeks but the sono tech said she saw three lines...girl I am a little worried its too early to confirm but I had a feeling it was a girl. Thanks Jamila for showing me how to do my ticker thingy!

Thanks krissy! I knew one was aboy at 12weeks3days and the other was confirmed at 16weeks. I am glad that you know it's always fun to get ready ready for names and decorating. I hope your feeling good and I will try to post more often!!

Me I am doing much better i worked on thursday, and i am going to work today again, hoping that the night will go smoodly.

Hey ladies just to let you know that I had my 20 weeks ultrasound today and we were very happy to find out that we are having a girl, so i started the shopping soon after, I hope all of you are doing great.

I know I don't belong here any more , but I wanted to say 'hi'!

Jamila - I had HG with both of my pregnancies. I lost 30lbs in my first trimester with my twins. And even though this pregnancy was a miscarriage, I was still barfing at least 5 times a day - even after we learned the hb stopped. I'm so sorry!

Yay on everyone finding out the sex of their babies....

AFM - I'm starting my FET now. Hopefully a transfer in early December. Wish me luck!

Leorira thank so much for stopping by that is very nice of you, so far i only gained 6 pounds, but it's better than before at least i went back to work. I really wish you good luck this time you have been trought a lot, may god bless you this time with a healthy baby.

I have 4 weeks left until they induce me! I will be admitted on Thursday, December 16th to begin the induction. Finally, I see a light at the end of my tunnel … lol.

I've been lurking on this board since I'm also due in April 2011 and it's been so quiet I thought I would sign up and start posting. Hopefully, we can get this board hopping again!

One question I had for anyone is this: Are you guys still tired? I thought that I would have more energy in the 2nd trimester (after an awful 1st trimester of all-day sickness). However, I'm finding that I'm still tired and having to go to bed early.

Reenie100 welcome to the tread and congrat on your twins, you are right this tread has been really quiet please let be more active and share our miracle pregnancies. Hopefully you won't be that quiet, I post more often but response again welcome and nice to meet, I got sick from week 8 to week 20 now I am feeling good i get tired too but it's better that being sick. I think the fact that you are getting tired is you cariying twins, just take it easy.

KatieG long my dear how are you and the twins you abandoned me so how is everything? when was the last time you have an U/S ?. Keep me updated and take care please don't dissapear.


AFM Me I am doing good now, still working 4days 12hours every 2 weeks, my belly is getting slowlly bigger. Also I had my 4 prenatal visit today the heartbeat was good I have gained 11 pounds so far, since I live in California the OB gave me the whooping cougth shots, next visit in 4 weeks I will be 27 weeks.

Thanks, Jamila20. I had been following your sickness saga with interest as I was going through something similar in the first trimester. My fertility clinic mentioned that if it got worse, they would give me Zofran, but I never asked for it. I even had trouble drinking water. I had to sip slowly and it took soooooo long just to get through 1 glass of water. Brushing my teeth made me throw up to until I just started using less toothpaste. I tried every trick in the book, but nothing worked. I would throw up about 3 times a day and was completely nauseous the rest of the day. Only time worked. It all went away during weeks 14/15. Every once in awhile a wave of nausea will hit me, but it passes in a few minutes.

My goal now is to wait for my appetite to return. I just don't feel like eating and there are few foods that I really enjoy eating. I eat simply because I know I have to. Anyone else feel that way at this point in their pregnancies?

Other than that, hubby felt the babies kicking for the first time last night, so that was exciting!

KatieG, if you don't mind my asking since you're having twins...how much weight have you put on? I've only put on 16 pounds so far. My OB doesn't seem concerned and I found a weight tracker online that puts me right smack on track for where I should be at 21/22 weeks. I guess I just don't seem that big and many people have commented on how tiny I am. I'm not sure how big they expect me to be with twins! Granted, I lost 5-7 pounds during the first trimester due to vomiting and reluctance to eat much, but for some reason, I thought I would have put on more weight by now.

Reenie you know what i been trough, it was horrible like you I am still having hard time eating some days, and like you said there is only certain food that i can eat. I get the same remarks from people that I am so tiny even though i feel big at 132 pounds. Take it easy and know that you are not the only one who is strugling.

Hi girls!! I'm still around Reenie at my last appointment I had gained about 13 pounds. I also get comments that I am soo small for 2 but that appointment was the day before Thanksgiving and I have been pigging out. I go back on Dec 21 and I expect that number to jump a lot!! Do you know what your having Reenie? I am having boys. Jamalia I am glad that you are feeling better. I can't imagine going through all that and feeling as bad as you. I had a diaper shower at work b/c I only have one week left until I go back to being a stay at home mom so everything is starting to feel more real. Lets try and keep in touch I will do better about getting on especially since I will be home. Have a great rest of the week!!
