What a BUSY board!!! Golly, I was just on here yesterday afternoon and there are 4 new pages!

Margi - I'm so sorry... I know there's nothing that can really be said to make the situation better. Just know your in all of our thoughts and prayers and we're here for you to vent as much as you need. (((BIG HUGS)))

Tammy - the girls have already said it enough, but I hafta say it too... Stay positive! This process is so friggin stressful as it is, what we do without HOPE??? I'm praying for you and your embies! Try to enjoy being PUPO.

Nancy - Praying for an awesome beta # for you tomorrow! Those darn HPTs... what do they know??? LOL

Kaylee - That's so awesome you get a sneak peek too! WOO HOO!

Lauren - It's a bump, it's a log, no... It's SUPER PUPO!!! Take it easy and be sure to drink lots of fluids.

Amanda - How friggin excited are you??? What an amazing first beta!!!!!!!!!! Can't wait to hear Monday's! How the heck is your first u/s the day after mine? Sorry, but I'm ridiculous JEALOUS!!! I'm so happy for you!!!

afm - Well... my u/s went good. There was a room full of nurses and the u/s tech who was teaching them how to use the machine, so when I came out of the bathroom with my white sheet around my waist, I was a bit surprised. LOL I said something about "if I knew there was gonna be a party, I would've worn pants"...
I know it's early, and anything can happen (nurse made sure we were aware of that), but both of those babies stuck!!! They are about the same size, which with "vanishing" twins, one is considerably smaller than the other usually. DH was BEAMING the entire time! I couldn't really see much because of the crowd gathered in front of the machine, but everything everyone was saying was very positive about what they saw. I'm very excited myself, but will feel more confident after I see little hearts beating.

Margi - Fudge. I am so sorry hun. you went to through so much and I am so sorry I was praying this was it for you. You are such a sweetheart and you deserve your baby. My heart is broken with yours. I am so sorry. You did DHEA right? How about maybe trying co-q10, royal jelly, wheatgrass? I can share my current protocol with you if that helps, I know everyone is different but who knows!

Nancy - hey it could still be BFP, I had a negative HPT when I was pregnant so it happens don't lose the PMA from the sticks, wait for the beta, huge hugs. Those things can be evil. Yes you are a nut case and you are in good company here in the IVF insaneatorium.

leorira - keep trying the horizontal mambo and I hope you can get pregnant normally, wouldn't that be great - actually using sex for getting pregnant and not using sperm from a jar and not being allowed to have sex for weeks to get pregnant!!!

Lou - you and leorira keep trying to do that sex thing people say gets you pregnant I swear by DHEA now! To think we used to be so scared of getting pregnant when we were younger, oh the irony, yes I am pissed too. Now go have some crazy - wild mad sex for all of us who can't even have sex right now! PS. had to keep the blinkies PG!

Karian - yeay for being PUPO soon! we will be in the 2WW together!

Lauren - 8 cell is awesome and super amazing! and who knows the 4 cell might make it to and you can have twins! I am sooooooooo excited for you! Praying for your BFP and welcome to CRAZYTOWN!!!!!!!!!!!! Sticky vibes for you (I always thought that sounded a little funny but hey stick embies!)

Tammy - I am glad you decided this cycle will work for you because I decided that for you too and was just waiting for you to get on board and no space in the signature is a very valid reason. I decided this cycle will work for me because when I went for one of my blood draws there were 3 newborn week old babies there. Yes, so this is it! now seriously I am glad you got your PMA back hun!

baby-blu - what did I say? Repeat after me - Rio was right! CONGRATULATIONS! TWINS!

Alright! We went for another SnS and RE thinks at least 6 mature eggs! Wow! I had the most 4 mature in past cycles! So I have all 10 follies between 14.7 and 17.7 mm so I am hoping for more mature eggs! Plus some smaller ones that might still mature. I can't believe it, she seemd really excited and I am so happy! I trigger tonight at 1 am and go for retrieval on Saturday at noon! WOOOOHOOOO! I can't believe it. I don't get a beta until 16 days after retrieval so I might POAS this time - I never have before my beta... oh and she was saying menopur stings because itis made out of urine and so is HCG shot - gee thanks for the visual... injecting pee on my belly - nice! Girsl I am so excited but also so scared! I need all your mature eggs dance and healthy dust! I am so sore.

Need your prayers - hey girls, I got news from Wondercat, things between her and DH aren't going well so her FET is not in sight. So please keep her in your prayers and good thoughts so that everything gets worked out between them and she can join our group for a FET.

Rio...Thanks for letting us know about Wondercat...I was just sitting here thinking about her. I hope and pray all works out for them. I am sooo excited that you are having one of your best cycles ever! I cant believe that she said only 6 mature...I see more like all 10 will be mature! Your doc is on crack! LOL You know funny thing is...the menopur never burned this time...they must have forgotten to add the pee. lol I love your blinkies...but really think that you should have used the dirty ones, too.

Baby...I was right too!!! Twins! How fun. Glad you had such an awesome audience...errr...I mean ultrasound. I literally wrote that...and decided to leave it. LOL Loved your party pants comment!

Oh and Baby...I havent been on in 1 hour...and this board exploded for me too!!! lol

Lauren...Be sure to eat your pineapple slushies! My DH has forgotten and my pineapple is still sitting on the counter. Ugh. But, that is okay...because it is for implantation and that doesnt start till tomorrow at the earliest anyways. Yes, a 2-day 4 cell and a 3 day 8 cell is terrific...cant ask for more! If you're bored you can friend me on FB and see the list of silly and cool things my friends all said I should do while on bedrest. lol PM me for my FB name. This goes for anyone who wants to be friends. I am friends with a few of you already.

DH is making my fav dish tonight and it is smelling soooo yummy! Chicken and Brocolli Fettucini Alfredo! Mmmm. I hear the dinner bell ringing...gotta go!

Tammy - My first cycle they started me on BCP for more about a month, then followed with 10 units of Lupron for a little over 2 weeks. The inital time period was supposed to be 10 days, but they had me stay on for another week because I had a non estrogen producing cyst that they were trying to get rid of. It never went away, and when the Dr. reviewed it, they suspected that it was an endometrioma that would not benefit from draining so they decided to ignore it. I started 300 iui of Follistim and stimmed for 9 days, gradually decreasing it each time I went in. All along, everything looked great - E2 levels rose appropriately, lining did everything it was supposed to do. They retrieved 12 eggs, ICSI's 6 of them and only 4 total fertilized, 1 naturally and 3 by ICSI. I was so disappointed! Anyway, of those 4 eggs, 3 made it to blast, 2 were put back in (both 4BC), and 1 made it to freeze (4BB). BFN! This time, I was on 5 units of Lupron for over 3 weeks because my lining wasn't going down even though my E2 levels were low enough. Finally, after increasing the dosage to 10, it came down to 4.2 and I was given the green light to start stims. I am doing 5 units of Lupron and 75 Menopur in the am, 225 follistim in the evening, along with baby aspirin and an antibotic. I go in for my first E2 check tomorrow morning. Any guesses you have would be appreciated!!

Esther - Yay for having a stim twin!! It makes everything so much easier (as easy as it can be) when you have someone on the same track. Good luck trying to keep me sane though - I keep pretty calm through much of the stim process, but when it comes to 2 ww I become a wild woman. I can't concentrate on anything!! I would be POAS every 10 minutes if it would work that way! LOL! My protocol is listed above. Definitely good luck to both of us!! You already threw in some extra good luck to us by starting on your bday so I will have to find something to catch up!!

baby_blu - Congrats on your twins!!! How exciting!! You're a great sport to allow everyone to participate - it must have been all that great energy that made your babies want to show up so early.

Rio - Thinking of you and hoping for the very best during your transfer. Your numbers sound fantastic and with all the positive energy around you, you are so on your way to making a baby!! Enjoy your poke free day and get some rest because pretty soon you are going to be a mother of 2!!

Cheri...were you taking the 300 follistim your first cycle ...just once a day? Get your follie sizes tomorrow...all of them...and that will help me to better guess for you too. And, do realize that I am only guessing. lol I still think that with everything you have told me that you wont stim 9 days this time. Keep me posted.

Ugh, poor Bill...dinner was just so so....we didnt have enough parm cheese and he picked up the wrong cream cheese the other day too...so it wasnt as good as usual. Oh well...my pineapple slushie just arrived bedside. I am seriously spoiled...yet I hate the 2ww. I hate not being able to go do fun stuff, pick up Zach, and am basically a shut-in. Oh well, hopefully it will be all worth it.

Tammy-how many days past transfer are you? so your holding off on pineapple till when? My DH cut it up and I had a few today. should I wait? before we went to ET this am I put beef stew in the crock pot and when we came home the house smelled soooo yummy!! hope bill's bday went ok for the most part My FB acct got hacked so I havent set it up again but thxs. i am eating...watching lifetime...eating (oh did i mention that?) hey do you eat chocolate at all? i know it has caffeine..I am afraid to eat it but want too also I am doing crinone are you ? ok So we get there and the embryologist comes in to speak to us and I dont think she was prepared for all our questions??????She says to me ok so were transfering a 8cell and one that is a day behind...I said what do you mean? she says one is only a 4cell...I said I thought that is the one you ICSI yesterday?? She looks thru and says oh yes our right...I am sooo sorry so its right were it should be for fertilization!!! WTF right?? I was so annoyed...how does the patient know more than them? she was gonna argue with me until I told her NO I was told only one fertilized and then one matred! so then my DH asks his questions...so cute he is and we wait for the RE and the transfer is done! So after the transfer I had to pee so bad and there was no way I was gonna pee on that bedpan laying down...so I waited and when time was up to the bathroom I went So we get in the car and I say to the DH please be careful driving and take it easy (its been horrible weather lots of rain) he says ok. So were driving ....not even a mile up the road a car turns right in front of us thru a RED light!!! WTF again...slammed on breaks and thank god we didnt crash...OMG I was thinking wow that wouldve been just our luck! So we made it home safe and now were hoping all our bad luck is gone and were gonna get our BFP!!! I have 2 appointments one is monday the 8th for estrogen level and then BETA 11/15

Nancy- It isn't over yet! My first beta was only 71 (with twins, but didn't know it at the time of course). I think if i had tested more than 24 hours prior to my beta it would have been negative. And especially if I only had one! So keep up your PMA!

Lou- I'm happy that your furbaby Roxy is going to be ok and get the surgery you will need. It's awesome that you guys are trying naturally! If nothing else, it's fun! There is lots of positive feedback for DHEA. Good luck, my friend!!!

Tammy- I am sending in a special prayer and positive energy for your embies. It's so cliche but it's true. I tell ya! It just takes one...even so so ones. After all, it's an embryo and it was put in your uterus!!!! So it wants to grow!!!!

Lauren- yeah for PUPO!!!! Now just relax and visualize those embies settling in!

Margi- I'm so sorry. Sending you a big cyber hug.

Amanda- congrats on the BFP! Yeah!

Babyblu- Yeah for twins! When you see the HBs it'll amaze you and DH!

Rio- Look at you Miss Follie Machine. They are growing and getting big! yeah! Can't wait to do the 2ww together...and then of course the Pregnant after Treatment board! We'll have to remember to look back at these posts when we are holding our baby/babies!

AFM- u/s and b/w was fine this AM. Lots of follies growing...28 in total with about 12 of them between 11-13mm. Im kinda shocked. They lowered my follistim dosage. I wonder why? I don't bother to ask my E2 levels. Just too much stress. I figure I need to trust them to worry about that stuff. Heading to acupuncturist tomorrow, too. And doing fertility yoga and meditations. I am feeling good despite the heaviness in my ovaries. It's amazing really! Oh, and my RE himself called me separately today...of course I thought something was wrong...but all is ok. He was calling to confirm I wanted to still transfer 2 embies after the PGD. B/c the twin pregnancy rate for a double transfer is 70%. Of course, I said yes. I'm nuts!

baby_blu - Congratulations on TWINS!!!! WOO-HOO, I'm so excited for you!!! And your comment when you walked into the room with your sheet cracked me up!! Yeah, the nurse said my u/s "should be around the 18th" so we'll have to see what the "for sure" date is after my next beta. I guess there's good and bad to having it in 2 weeks - I mean I want one as soon as possible to see what we've got cooking in there, but then again it might take until the following u/s to see heartbeats. We're always waiting for something.

Nancy, Amesy, Eyes - Hoping you all have great beta results tomorrow! I'll be stalking the site watching for your posts!!

Rio - Thanks for letting us know about Wondercat. I've been wondering how she was doing too. I wish she wasn't having to go through all of that with DH, so my heart goes out to her.
