Just a quick update....

I went for my SnS this morning. I have about 14 on my left ovary and around 10 on the right around 12mm to 14mm (They don't tell me much, so I had to ask a few times to get this info). They made me go back home and start the Ganirelix and lowered my dose of Follistim. I start with the Menopur tomorrow for a grand total of 4 injections a day!. I also take Lovenox (blood thinner) due to a previous pulmonary embolism I had cause by Birth control. BIRTH CONTROL!!!... an you believe it!... I still laugh about using birth control so many years ago!. Trying to prevent a pregnancy, and now trying so hard to get pregnant. But I guess that is how life is!.... Good night ladies... i'm exhausted..long day at work.

I will send my heartfelt hugs and sympathies out to Margi... I am so sorry... please know we understand and hope things go much better next time.

Lou - I enjoyed our months of 'taking a break' and am truly looking forward to it when all this is behind us - pregnant, baby or no baby - I MISS my normal life and mostly my normal SEX life! I can't tell you how many women I know get BFP's when they are not 'trying'. good luck and much good energy your way.

OMG Babyblu...... Twins!! Of course I am not surprised with your betas!! Congrats!! I'm sure the heartbeats will be PERFECT - just PERFECT!!

Karen; WOW on the follies!! I had 32 at my ER so take it easy on your ovaries! Good luck with everything... and YES take two embies.

I know I missed TONS of ladies... I am reading everything and listening carefully!

AFM I had another beta today and called this afternoon... she said it was 2826.... my world just about dropped out from under me. I had accidently written 2865 on my notes... so I thought my beta was falling. OMGawd.... then she said "oh, wait... that number was from November 2nd".

Freak.Me.Out. Anyhow... will get my beta tomorrow and post. So we went to buy a washer and dryer today and DH said we needed the 'steam' option... because we are going to have a baby around the house. LOL Awww... we would have gotten it most likely.. but it was nice to do something 'positive'. I do love that man.

Klinger......OMG......BFP!!!! I bet there's TWO in there! I worked at the hospital today and I discharged boy/girl twins via IVF. I thought of u instantly. I am so happy for U! I knew it!

Baby.......TWINS for YOU too! You and DH must have been beside yourselves! Congrats!

Laurn....congrats on being PUPO!

Rio......you are a follie-making machine! What a difference a few tweaks can make. You did so good! Still loving the blinks! Makes me smile!

AFM.... I had my SnS this morning and my are said everything look s great! I was asking my nurse about her again to get some sort of info. She said that she's smart, has it together, always on time, answers every call and email AND is GORGEOUS! She said she's he favorite donor ever. I said....yeah...buT is she nice? She said...YES....super sweet. Made me feel so good! I beliece her because she's the kind of girl thAt would just say...yeah....she's great....and wouldn't elaborate otherwise. I said....yep...that's what we wAnt....smart and gorgeous. My ED has her SnS tomorrow and I will update as soon
as I can. This is my birthday weekend and we have a lot of stuff going on. My b-day is Sunday and i' m really not looking
forward to another without being pregnant. Now my goal is to given birth BEFORE i turn 40. I actually can't believe I just wrote that number when referring to myself.....YIKES!!!

I know that I missed so many of you. Please know that I am thinking of u and praying for all of u.

Margi - I'm so so sorry. Like others have said, I've been there and it sucks. It sucks big time. I'm thinking of you and hope you can get through your period okay. It kills me everytime to deal with period mess (tampons, pads, ick) when I keep thinking I should be pregnant and not dealing with that crap. Love and hugs. (btw, I used to think people online just said those things because they sound nice. But now I've gotten really invested in all the ladies. I really do cry and hurt when I get bad news like this. I'm not sure if that helps - but sometimes it's nice to know that someone is crying with you)

Klinger - congrats on the beta - now the craziness continues!

Baby- twins! yay!

Tammy - hope bedrest isn't being too hard on you! I hate it! I always want to go back to work!

Sorry, if i have missed anyone, my head is killing me

AFM - How is me? well, I have been geting bad headaches the last couple of days (like when i was stimming) and muscle pulls in my tummy which could due to the stress and how bloated my belly is? The wait is killing me, two more days to go. Oh, and my boobs have stopped hurting, well its still there but its a diferent pain now and not constant. My course was boring and I am back there next week, what fun! Lets hope I will be attending with good news. Feel soooo sad!!! Think I might have a nap now to see if that will get rid of the headache. This is soooooooooo hard!

Karin - I will be secretly stalking you since you are doing a donor egg cycle and I am planning on doing one next year. I know how much there is riding on the donor and how she responds and if she follows all directions. It is so much easier when we are taking the drugs because we try and make sure that everything is done right. I am wishing you all the luck in the world that everything goes great. Well not just great AWWEEESOMMEE.

Today is beta day for me but I've pretty much lost all my PMA. Last night I had major cramping. The worst/painful period cramps I've ever had. In fact, they woke me from sleep. I cramped off and on all night long.

This a.m. I did another HPT w/ FMU and it was a BFN.

I go in at 10:30 for my Beta and should have results by 3:30. We'll see but I'm not very hopeful now.

I know I need to do personals but not in the mood right now.

AFM-Last night I was just itting here and had these terrible stomach pains and cramps...not sure it lasted 20-30mins wasnt sure if it was gas pain? but it hurt like hell I was in a ball crying so of course I was worried! ive been sooo good laying around and that happens to me..weird

Hi all. Quick update before I have to run out the door. Will do personals later...as I am sure lots will change by this afternoon! I had another SnS. All is looking good and growing bigger. I have several follies at 18mm now. So not sure how many more days I'll stim. Depends on my E2 levels, I'm sure...as I have alot of follies and I know it is a balancing act. I hope I will trigger by Sunday! I have a total of about 30 follies now. I'm kind of freaking out and making myself drink electrolyte water to stay hydrated! My response is typical for PCOS, so don't be envious. I know quality is better than quantity! I just need one or two good ones after PGD! PMA, PMA, PMA!!!! Will check back in later!

Riogirl - I was going to write something about what you posted and what is going on with you, but I am so new with all of this, I felt like I was reading a different language! LOL


AFM - I had my Saline Infusion Sonogram done yesterday. I didn't want to jinx anything, but ever since they said I needed to have this done, I knew they would find something. Call it women's intuition, but I was not surprised when they found a polyp. So I am scheduled on 11/10 to have a Hysteroscopy. The RE was amazing. I went to schedule the procedure and he said he was at the surgery center on 11/10. When I went to schedule my appointment it turns out he was booked. Even all the other doctors this week was booked. Since this is getting close to the holidays and in now way did I want to postpone any time, I was trying to find a way to do it so we didn't have to push back my teaching visit on the 11th and starting my shots on the 18th. So the nurse setting the appointment was trying to find a way. The doctor comes and and she tells him that he is completely booked on the 10th. He looks over his schedule and says "Well this one procedure can be done in another room, and I will work through lunch to help this lady out" ... I was soooo happy !!

This is all so interesting to me. Especially the emotional part of it. Even though I had an idea they would find something on the SIS and I was prepared for it, I still teared up. I know in reality that's normal.

Oh also I was told my cervix is narrow. They couldn't use a regular cath and had to use an IUI cath. I did a little bit of research and that doesn't mean I'll have a C-section (which I dont want), but it's an interesting thing!

Anyways, I hope everyone has a great day. Thank you ladies for sharing everyone's experiences. It is amazingly helpful !!

I have become so close and invested in the successes and set backs of so many women through this board. I really couldn’t have survived my miscarriage this summer without the support I received here--and I definitely wouldn’t have been moving forward. I was depressed and ready to give up. I am with you, and cry with news from the special women that I am following and in contact with. I also yell out in joy with the good news! (DH sometimes thinks I'm nuts) Isn’t it amazing? You are halfway around the world and yet we have this connection that is real. And emotional. Todah Rabbah. Good luck Sunday with your appointment to get AF in gear!

I will try to be distracting myself, but as many of you ladies know, these next couple days will not likely be fun. I'll try to keep everything in perspective and move onward. Thank you again all--couldn't make it without ya all. And, forgive me if I don't get to post all weekend due to traveling.
