hi all..
eyes- i'm so so sorry for yet another disappointment.. how are you? after your 7th treatment i imagine you are devastated.. i'm so sad thinking about you right now.. please pretend i'm giving you a big hug. i hope you have lots of support in your world right now. do you? any thoughts or plans on what's next? how's your FSH #'s ? do you make many eggs? i ask this cause i was late getting diagnosed with high FSH.. i couldn't believe that after ALL the testing dr's did they simply 'left out' the one, simple, test that said what it was (the clomiphene challenge test- and i'd been on clomiphene for 10 months and they only ever tested day 3, but they should have tested day 10 also).. anyways, i hope you stay connected on here as it's given me hope during my darkest hours.

jbird- congratulations! and hcg starts entering the blood stream 8dp a 3dt ....soo...so women feel m/s that early..hope it subsides :) you must be so delighted.

what a contrast on this thread today....

and hi anajanet! i also had a m/c after a most miraculous IVF (they recommend we 'save our money and cancel early' -but i went ahead anyways)....it was so heartbreaking and really damaging to me. the first trimester when i got pg again was soooo hard. the best thing i did was keep busy and distracted, talked on here a lot, and i also went to see a counselor who was wonderful (that was after going through 1 dud of a counselor first though)... hang in there- those u/s 's are so reassuring..

afm, no AF yet, thank god. can't wait for my beta next week. going a bit crazy here... but lots of distractions in store for the weekend. and if i was a gambler i'd bet i'm PG...but, BUT, lol....i wouldn't bet the farm.

love to all,
38 yrs. DOR, TTC since '04, recommended DE but didn't listen
3 IVF's & 1 FET: 1 cancellation, 1 m/c @ 12 wks, 1 chemical, 1 miracle boy & miracle 'natural' PG right now while waiting to cycle (WTF?)

karen-- thanks for the message. i am ok sometimes and other times am not....am ready to cry all the time. thanks for the hug as well. I think we may just take a break this month and then do an IUI next month for no other reason then just to regroup, we are talking to our RE on monday. I did 2 IUI's before IVF's and they also did not work. My FSH was tested and normal, I make about 18-22 eggs, about 12-18 fertilize and have bunch of 8 cell embryos on day 3, and day 5 freeze 3-6 each time after 2 are transfered. I have had a hysteroscopy just to look thru the cavity and it was clean. Have been on regualar and antagonist cycles. They have done the clomiphene test on me as well. I have seen 4 doctors for evals and used two for the actual procedures, and one is an amazing doctor the other is also a very smart doctor but less personality. All the doctors and testing finds everything normal, I get great linings as well, no cysts, great response to meds. My dad, brother and I are all doctors as well so we try to discuss all the tests as well to see if we can think of anything else to test(although no one is an RE or obgyn). thanks for the thoughts though! I appreciate inputs from everyone and reading these blogs does help you think of tests/procedures/different thoughts that other doctors do with their patients that work.
good luck next week with your beta!!! i will keep my fingers crossed for you and you will be in my thoughts. I will check up to see how it turns out.

jbird--congrats!!!!! :) I am very happy for you!

Karen- Thanks for the DHea info... I am still learning everyday something new :)

eyes- I am so sorry, I hope you are ok... I know how tough it is, we are all here if you need to chat... (Hugs)

Ana- Congrats on the beat#'s... Am i reading them right they went from 843-4540??? Are you having multiples???

Afm- Had transfer yesterday, it was the worse pain ever... The Dr said I was tender and very red from the stitch and its already a hard enough process since I am very curved so it was worse since i got the stitch... She does not recommend me to get stitch If I have to do IVF again... I am officially on the 2ww ;)

Eyes - God, how frustrating - it sounds like everything seems right and no overt problems, and it just isn't happening... I can definitely relate to that feeling although I cannot imagine having enough strength to go through this so many times... you must be a very special person and your DH is so lucky to have married such a strong woman! :D

Karen, Kynlee, Anajanet - sending you best wishes for good news! Kynlee, I'm sorry the procedure was so painful, you said they put a stitch in your uterus? That couldn't have been fun at all...

afm - Still nervous, I know it's so early (we just made it to a little over 4 weeks.) My beta went from 62 to 170, so I think so far we're on the right path... but I am so ever aware that this can all come crashing down in a heartbeat! Once we hit 8 weeks, I think I'll feel a little better. The nights have been more difficult then the days; I seem to be getting anxious at night and I'm wondering if it's from the hormones?

As always, Thank you all for your support -
me: 30, mild endometriosis, late ovulator (day 20)

4/10, 5/10 - Clomid hoping for IUI - faulty OV predictor
6/10 IUI - BFN
7/10 1st IVF cycle - BFN
10/10 1st FET - BFP!
11/10 - miscarried @ 7 wks. :(

hi all.. i got 2 bfp's today when i POAS'd 2x.. couldn't believe it!

then i went for bloodwork and get results tomorrow.. i'm holding off on really celebrating as i've become suspicious of success.... i'm very hopeful but also cautious too.

kynlee- i'm so sorry the ER was so painful for you :( ugh. well at least that's over with and you can go on to enjoy being PUPO!

that's all for now, i'm quite exhausted. hugs to all.

Karen, I'm so sorry... God, it just sucks...

Do they ever give you a reason or an idea why your numbers drop?
