Okay hopefully somebody can answer this question for me. Since I started the PIO I have been having AF cramps-- mild to moderate. Is this a normal side effect of PIO? My transfer is on the 10th-- hoping AF doesn't start before then! EEK

Jenmink~ PIO causes AF like symptoms. So that is likely all it is. I had some cramping on it. :) Good luck with your transfer. Things are sure getting exciting aren't they!

Rio~ Woo Hoo!! Good job growing those eggs. Sorry you feel crummy, hope tomorrow is better.

Bichon~ Way to go Mama! This is the best news! :D

Karenscorpio~ Good for you for pushing what you felt was right. I'm proud of you!! We do have to speak up for ourselves, there is no way around it...that is something I will never be afraid to do again....ever, it can be too costly as we unfortunately know.

Karenvancouver~ Still holding out on POAS? You have more will power than I :) You go girl!

Hi to the rest of the group, thinking of you all. Things are really starting to pick up on here. Glad to be a part of such a great group of ladies....and our one lone ranger. :) We are glad shrunk is a part of our crazy group too! Hope everyone is great.

JEALOUS of all the ladies in the 2ww ---- I'm *still* waiting for AF.... maybe I'll have to join the December cycle group.... :(

I'm a HUGE POAS-a-holic - and I love HPT pics --- check out canyouseealine.com. You post HPT pics and people vote if they see the line too or not. Thank goodness there is an internet full of us crazy people!

I went in for SnS today- I get results later today. Either my period should come imminently or I'll take Provera - I'm hoping this works and I get my period this week! I want to start my FET already!

Congrats to all the BFPers! Enjoy the continuing craziness as you wait for second betas, u/s, etc :)

Well... the news is not as awesome as I had expected with a personal record of 14 eggs. (#1 - 7 eggs, #2 - 6 eggs) but it is good:

14 eggs retrieved out of 14 follicles. They ICSId all of them. 8 were too immature to fertilize and 1 fertilized abnormally because it was immature.

out of group A which were the completely mature eggs (MII) 4 fertilized normally out of 4
out of group B which were still immature (MI) 1 fertilized normally the only one on the edge of being mature
the rest were group C (GV) and could not fertilize at all or normally cause they were not mature - 9

So I now have 5 embryos and I am praying so hard that they turn into beautiful embryos so we can transfer on Tuesday, for sure it will be a 3dt since I have 5 embies. ImageI am happy I have the 5 but you all know how it goes, the more you start with the more you have in the end when things sometimes go wrong. So I was bummed that so many were still immature and was thinking what if they waited another day? Who knows... I am just praying Imagethe 5 make it and I might transfer all 5. I am so scared, not having frosties, ever, scares me.

I still have bright blood when I wipe, not gushing or like a period but definitely pink blood and still feel like someone beat me up with a basebal bat :( plus I am starting to feel warm...

Sorry leorira - this AF delay is killing me! But good things come to those who wait right?
mellow - how was your trip?
karen vancouver - I know I feel guilty sometimes wanting another miracle... enjoy yours!
SD/annas - I never POASed before so I would love to see that too!
karen scorpio - i hear ya! good for you for pushing, I wonder if I shoul dhave pushed mine?
blair - good luck!!!

sorry for the double post but I am also in the Fall groups so I use the same post from there since the news doesn't change ;)
I transfer on 11/9 and beta 11/22 I will try to update our list when I can.

Bichon- Yeah!!!! A BFP! Such awesome news! Congrats!

Leo- I'm sorry to hear that AF is being so stubborn. Did you hear back from the doctor?

Rio- I hope you are recovering OK and know the worst part is behind you now! You have 5 little babies growing...and soon one or two will be back in their momma! How many are you transfering?

AFM- Yesterday seemed to be a complete fluke it seems. When I went for my SnS the same doc was there along with another RE. I asked to see the other RE...she is awesome. I came to find out the doc that I saw yesterday isn't an RE yet. He just started doing his fellowship! He is a MD (OBGYN) but seriously people, this is not the place to be "learning". Too much at stake to let this guy just fly solo through the place! Cause today my lining measured slightly less than 11...and that is what it was 2 days ago. My big follies are back and all looks great. I am triggering tonight at 8:30pm, so my ER is Tuesday morning at 8:30! woo whoo! I know it's going to be a great crop of eggs! :) Can't wait to be preggers again! PMA, PMA, PMA!!!!!!!!

Hi everyone I am horrible at personals but I too will figure it out once i am on bedrest. I am still on etrace(vaginally) .5 lupron and vivelle patches... i go for lining check on the 11th and if all looks well the donor will trigger that night. we will do a 5dt so hopefully things go smooth. I am so excited for my IP"s they are wonderful people that are so happy at the chance to be parents!

Karen-way to go glad all is well now! We have had issues with the nurse at my IP's clinic we think they are mad that they didn't go with an in-house surrogate.

Way to go to all the BFP's this will be so much fun once we are all preggers!!

SD - thank you for the PMA I need it, I am on a down up rollercoaster right now... so scared for my babes. You can go to Photobucket.com and search for blinkies a bunch of junk pics come up too so you have to search for gif, emoticon, smiley and then select "share" then got the link code for web sit the one with [img] on them. Paste here the link and voila you got animations, I figure they brighten the posts a bit!

Karen scorpio - YEAH you ain't no stinkin' guinea pig! Geesh! depending on grades and how they grow I might do all 5! First IVF I transfered 4 and got one baby, 2nd I transfered 3 and got an ectopic. Crazy huh? Keep the PMA and send me some too!!!!

rio and sd.. i love those animated things!! keep em coming! karen/scorpio- great news on you ER! things sound great.

mellow- i'm friggin cracking up about the POAS (meaning crazy, not laughing).. i bought 2 and think i'm doing it in the morning.. i'll be 15dpo.. so it should be accurate .. (any thoughts on that you POAS addicts?- will it be accurate?)

leorira, good progress for you! can't wait for your FET to come! jenmink.. transfer on the 10th ! that's just around the corner (my beta date too. ugh)

krisnjer..how are youfeeling?

so tomorrow i'll either be elated or devastated or confused (after POAS).

yay! We have a plan! Apparently, the test results from yesterday's SnS showed that AF is nowhere in sight and since it's been 8 weeks since my D&C - I'm now on progesterone to start my period. 5 days of vaginal suppositories (the same ones I take after an ET) and then I should get my period a few days later! I hope this works! By next week, I should be all ready to start the meds for my FET! Come on, baby!

Karen - I've always POAS at 10dpo (and gotten negative) and again at 12dpo (and gotten the accurate answer!). By 12dpo - I've always gotten the accurate answer, even when pregnant with a singleton (transferred one embryo). I love POAS -so go pee and post a picture!

Rio~ Try not to worry. 5 embryos is a good thing, think positive. Praying it all works out for you. I have never had any frosties either, so I know how you feel...but, It really only takes just one. :) We are home and exhausted....it was a nice rainy morning today, I loved it. So beautiful there, it was hard to leave to come to the desert.

Karenscorpio~ I bet you are super excited to get this show on the road...and I have to say once again: Good job for making sure they did what was needed. You rock!

Karenvancouver~ 14 days is plenty of time to wait...I got my first bfp at day 11, but it was dark and would have shown up a few days before that. The second one I got on day 13, really faint on that one. I hope you get some wonderful news! When is your beta scheduled for?

Leorira~ It's about time they figured something out for you. Good news!

I know I am missing a ton of you, but I have got to go to bed....so exhausted. I go for my first E2 and ultrasound tomorrow...I hope things are a happenin. :)
