Hi Ladies!!!...

Sorry I've been MIA... i've had some crazy days!.... I've been going to SnS EVERYDAY since las thursday. Everything seems great. I now have some follies at 20mm and others at 18mm, I don't remember anymore!.... But they seemed to be close in size and I got the "GO" for triggering tonight. However, I'm going to be triggering with a lower dose of HCG and Lupron....My Doctor is concern for OHSS since I have many follies and my ovaries are big (That's according to the Doctor, Thank God I feel great!). Have any of you triggered like that?

The worst part is that I will be the last patient on Wednesday. I have to trigger today (or actually tomorrow) at 3:30am. My ER is scheduled for 2pm on Wednesday. By that time the Doctor and staff is going to be in a rush to finish and very tired. I'm really concerned about this.....

Lauren...I have been obsessing about counting down the days...I so want to do it tomorrow, but know that it is too early...I get my BFP's at 11dpo...though I've never tried at 10dpo. lol I am seriously going crazy here. How did you feel weird earlier...describe it for me. LOL

Tammy you have more willpower than I did!! bwahahahaha but of course you know that. I had to test out my trigger (good excuse to pee on something) so that I could be sure if I got a line it was real. My line never did go away!

You know the ups and downs of testing... so if you test tomorrow, do NOT be surprised if it's bfn - just tell yourself the truth.. you are making SURE the trigger is long gone. GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!

I wouldn't worry too much about the doctor being tired... I'm sure they are all very aware and alert and will just have come back from a great, long lunch so they will be relaxed and focused.

I'd be freaked out about waking up at 3:30! LOL

My doctor told me to drink lots of salty liquids and eat salty foods.... I had 22 eggs 1st cycle and 32 eggs second.. and not a hint of OHSS... So I think it must have helped somehow. GOOD LUCK!!!! Don't worry... just focus on being PUPO soon!!

My RE saw my ED this morning and said that her ER would be this weekend. He said she will be stimming for 2 more days. He will see her again on Wed. He didn't tell me how man.y follies or how big. I asked and he said a few on each side. WTH does that mean? I want numbers! I couldn't even get into a lot of real questions because I was picking Hannah up from school and we were iin the car. He did say not to worry that everything is going good. I prefer greAt.....but whatever. Of course, now I'm a little concerned and have to wait til Wed for another report. (sigh).

just wanted to say hi. Nothing happening here yet. Day 2 of 5 for my progesterone withdrawal protocol to bring on AF... I wish I had something to report!
I POAS this morning (for some irrational reason, I think I could be pregnant since I haven't gotten AF and I know I ovulated post D&C - but our problem is MFI...). Of course it was BFN. I'm a crazy crazy nut lady!

leorira - I'm so glad you have a plan to bring on AF, now AF - hurry up and get here!! And I don't think your crazy to POAS - miracles can happen so it's not a terrible thing to have that hope for miracle here and there. (That and I love to POAS too.)

karin - I wish they'd given you more information so you didn't have so much uncertainty going into Wednesday's SnS for the ED. Is there anyway you can call the nurses today and have them tell you the follie count & sizes? I hope Wednesday brings a great report instead of a good report.

karian - Glad to hear from youl! Like Sonya said, I'm sure your doctors & nurses will be refreshed from lunch and won't try to rush through. So you just keep up that PMA and you'll have a great ER tomorrow! Be sure to post to let us know how it goes.

Tammy - I think Zach's intuition is right-on. Any day now you're going to be sporting a fancy new BFP!

My 2nd beta came in at 1126! Doubling rate is 46.6 hours so I'm very happy with that. Next beta is Thursday morning.

Kynlee...that would make them 5 day embryos and you are 4 days past transfer...so you are 4dp5dt or 9dpo. So yes...the 16th makes sense now. Good Luck.

Karian...nothing to worry about at all. Did you know that these docs and nurses are there from 7am to 7pm often earlier and later than that too...and sometimes 7 days a week! They are soooo used to long hours. That is why alot of clinics take Nov and Dec off...it is there only down time. I couldnt believe it when I got calls from my clinic at 7pm and they told me that it was normal for them to be there that long every day. These people are amazing and a 2pm ER aint nothing to them....they're only 1/2 way through their day and not going anywhere except back to their offices to make phone calls, do paperwork, and even see more clients in the afternoon for ultrasounds, etc. I wouldnt be worried at all. I mean what would you rather be doing...going on an egg hunt or paperwork? lol They wont be rushing at all. Heck all of our transfers are always done in the afternoons at our clinic. Good Luck!!!

Karin...Call your nurse and ask more questions...that is what you are paying them $30 grand for! Seriously, it will only take them 2 seconds to pull your chart and tell you what you want to know.

Sonya...I was awake every 2 hours peeing last night so I didnt break down and test this morning. lol I'm too nervous too. I'm 10dpo today...and I always get an extremely faint line on 11dpo...so dont think it would even show up today...maybe tonight if I can hold it that long. lol

Rio...Praying hard for you today...you'll be PUPO in just a few short hours! Hope to hear the news from you as soon as you can.

I had a dream I got my BFP..actually woke up feeling good and relieved until reality hit. LOL I have some nausea sometimes...sleepy sometimes..headaches and cramps but those are all things that could be from drugs? I just wanna know!!!!!!!!!!!! today my lower back aches alittle and my legs..idk let the torture end!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good morning ladies...sorry I haven't been so great on the personals the past few days. Still trying to regroup from my BFN.

I went in this morning for my check, and darned if I don't have a stupid big cyst (follie) on my Left side where it doesn't need to be at this point. Crap. Like it couldn't be on my right where it wouldn't matter? (Since I'm a one-tube-Gal)Sigh. I will hear later today to see what my E2 level is. She said if it isn't kicking out too much E2 we can move ahead, but if it is we will have to postpone. I was so hoping for things to get moving before the holidays.

Again--sorry for lack of personals. Feeling horribly crampy with AF in FULL NASTY force post-BFN. Plus a lot of work stress on top of everything. Give me a day and I'll be right back cheering everyone on.

Hey Lauren!! The one thing about these post ET drugs is they do stimulate pregnancy. Ugh. Can't we get one good sign, like a blue dot on our forehead, that says we are pregnant or not? Just one thing that we all can associate with having a baby? Oh yeah, I forgot... absence of period. LOL

If you did a 3dt on Thursday then you are 8dpo...... the trigger should be out of your system now and if you tested you would almost for sure get a bfn. But that doesn't mean anything.... because your 3day embies will only have begun to burrow into the lining after they reached blastocyst stage - two or three days after transfer... or two to three days ago. While they will almost immediately start to produce hcg into your bloodstream, that hcg won't metabolize into your urine until it's concentrated enough to be filtered out by your liver.... which is different with every woman. I have a stupidly high metabolizing rate (get drunk fast, get sober fast, meds go in and out of me fast, etc.) so my body has shown bfps at 9dpo over and over again. You can test whenever you want, but be super aware that bfn's are not a sign of no baby.. they simply mean that hcg, if present, has NOT reached your urine yet and every woman is different!!

You can test if you want, just to be sure the hcg is out of your system.... even if you see a line, though... it doesn't mean a bfp.. it can still be the very tail end of the trigger (which SHOULD be gone by now).
