Sonya...do you take off the plastic clear coating over the line? I read that somewhere online...but dont think you can on these ones. I think I am seeing the evaporation line...no color. I woke up from my nap and had drool all over my pillow...HUGE nasty pregnancy symptom for me. So even though it was only 2-2.5 hrs since I peed and only 10dpo, I decided to go in a cup and if it was dark urine I would go ahead and test and it was, and my lines are usually pretty good in the afternoons, too. BFN, I think.

Gonna go check it again...personals in just a bit.

Sonya great beta!!!! I will keep my fingers crossed for your scan next wk, as i said on the other site dont worry too much about symptoms as i had virtually none, i just know this is it for you.

Amanda i was reading about your itchiness and rash and i just wanted to say that i have had that throughout all this pregnancy i seriously thought i was gonna rip my arms and face off at one stage, i was told it was pregnancy related and had to change all my moisurizers, cleansers, toner, shower get etc. to non-hypo allengic products, i have been using Aveeno products and after a couple of days i was completly better, a couple of times recently i lazily used ordinary shower gel and the itch came straight back but i am sure it will resolve itself once the baby comes.

Lou thinking of you this weekend as i know your due date is coming up xxxx p.s hope your doggy is ok, mine has to go under GA tomorrow for biopsy's for skin rash and it will upset me leaving him there.

Sonya...I really think you have twins in there. Awesome numbers! Relax a little now! lol Funny that you responded to taking the test apart right when I needed to know to the minute...like you knew I was about to do it. lol Are you saying that the wet urine part needs to be completely dry?

Lauren...Yeah, too early. lol You at least can test out your hcg now and watch it get darker like Sonya's did. You cant quit now girlie! lol Funny that we both tested this afternoon and both of us had only waited 2-2.5 hrs of not peeing, too. I tested before I ever saw that you did.

Ryann...Yes, best to put them back where they belong...inside mama. Dec 12 would be the perfect day to test...you'd be 13dpo...if you can hold out that long! lol I am praying soooooooo hard that you get to transfer finally. You will likely not trigger, but best to double check since my nurse just forgot to order my hcg and we realized it 2 days before trigger last time. lol But, I doubt you will trigger.

Lou...No that is not the case with my clinic. I have had 3 fresh cycles in the last 4 months with 1 miscarriage in there, too. See siggy. We start with the very next AF and mine are only approx. 25 days apart or like last month I started again only 19 days after my early miscarriage and that is this cycle. I know every clinic is different...but I am at one of the top clinics...Cleveland Clinic...and my doctor is highly respected and the founder and director of international things associated with IVF...so I do trust what they say. You know versus some fly by night docs...and there are many of them around here that is for sure. lol
I hope Roxy is doing well with surgery and that you are hanging in there...Zach and I just said a prayer...he's obsessed with praying right now. lol I am also praying for your BFP...you have a terrific shot at it. When do you plan to poas? Yes, I would definitely get the hsg while you are waiting. Definitely. I think I heard that it helps to clear you out too...for a BFP...or am I thinking of a different test?

The ENTIRE test needs to be dry. You may not see color until it is. I know this is dicey.. but it works... nothing you'd find on the box of instructions. LOL

On another note...I not only have pregnancy drool now when sleeping (gross but I love it, lol)...but my vivid dreams from the past few days are still vivid even for naps now...and my sense of smell is getting stronger too. So maybe?

It won't be an evap line unless it is TRANSPARENT... hold it up to light and if that strip is brighter, it's an evap (only seen this 2-3 times ever)... if it's darkening... it's hcg. Usually takes about an hour or so .... when they are darker you can take your hair dryer to them! Bwwwwaahhahahahaha

And 2.5 hours is NOT enough concentration, silly!! Make it at least six... so the pee is dark... icky...

It could seriously go either way...evap line or hcg....more likley an evap line. I will never have 6 hrs of pee even if not pregnant. lol It was fairly dark pee...which is why I took the chance...I wouldnt have otherwise...I peed in a cup first to make sure. LOL @ Crack.

Hi girls! I am officially PUPO!!!
We transfered 4 embibabies a 10 cell, 8 cell, 8 cell and 6 cell with no fragmentation. The 6 cell was fertilized from an almost mature egg so it was a few hours behind so eventhough it is a 6 cell it was right on track for where it should be. So seems we transfered 4 awesome looking embies grade I (their highest) and there was a 10 cell there with some fragmentation and we left him there to grow, who knows, he might becaome a great frostie!!! I am so happy and excited plus the valium helped! I was so scared to get bad news there since it was a tweaked cycle I was worried for egg quality but seems it was still great! The doctor was ok with being aggressive and she said if I am ok with having twins (I said better twins than no baby) she would like to do 4, this is also my first time doing Assisted Hatching even though the RE looked at the embryos and almost didn't think we needed it because the zona pelucida was still thin (it thickens as you age). SO I am very excited and hopeful and I can't wait to get all the POAS info from you experts since there is no way I am waiting until 16dpo to find out!!!

Margi - you are such a sweetheart, I hope that cyst goes away, are you still doing DHEA? Will you do a cycle without BFP? I ovulated right through BCP on DHEA! When I was on BCP and DHEA my cycle got postponed for a cyst too.

I hope the natural way worked, if you can you should do an HSG maybe you do have Hydrosaphinx (SP) and that can explain things, my RE requests it from anyone doing IVF otherwise she said you are throwing your money away causes the infection liquid poisons the embryos. I am praying for a natural BFP for you. I have a good feeling that hopefully I won;t need any more meds so you can have them but hopefully you won't need them either!!!!

Sonya - wow amazing beta! Thank you for being the expert here on POAS!! Twins maybe? When should the trigger shot be out of your system? Thanks for helpiing us all out! Do you use a stream or a cup to test? Have you used a 40-50 not so sensitive HPT tearly o see if you have a strong beta or just FR?

I have seen this before, so technically you should not get a BFP until min 12dpo (9dpt)?

2dpt... Embryo is now a blastocyst
3dpt... Blastocyst hatches out of shell on this day
4dpt... Blastocyst attaches to a site on the uterine lining
5dpt... Implantation begins,as the blastocyst begins to bury in the lining
6dpt... Implantation process continues and morula buries deeper in the lining
7dpt... Morula is completely inmplanted in the lining and has placenta cells & fetal cells
8dpt... Placenta cells begin to secret HCG in the blood today!
9dpt... More HCG is produced as fetus develops
10dpt... More HCG is produced as fetus develops
11dpt... HCG levels are now high enough to be immediately detected on HPT

When I pick it up and hold it up the light I really cant see the line anymore. Is this what you mean? It only looks like a possible line when laying on the sink and if you move your head around just right and the light hits it just right. lol

Yes, likely to early...though I always get a very very faint line at 11dpo or 8dp3dt which is tomorrow...so just 10 more hours to go. So we are PUPO for at least a few more hours together. lol

If I get pregnant, I wont be able to lift Zach for 8 months. He sleeps in a car toddler bed, he climbs into his own high chair, stroller, and car seat, we change his diaper on his bed instead of the changing table, and he climbs up to me for snuggles...he has been able to do this for quite awhile now...poor litle guy. Makes me sad not to pick him up..but I'm so afraid to. The good news is that Bill gets off work at 2pm everyday (except during summer overtime)...so he generally takes over and does all the lifting, too.
