Kynlee...when did they tell you that they were 6 cell embryos? If they were 6 cell embryos when you froze them and thawed them...then yes that is just fine. They should have grown a bit more between day 3 and 5. What did they say when they transferred them?

Lauren - pink is great and the trigger SHOULD be out of your system.. Even the docs say ten days and they overstate everything. Soooo good luck with your test tomorrow and where the heck are the photos??? c'mon c'mon!! try the doyouseealine website... very interesting!! An evap line is the antibodies on the test line that sometimes react with the air once the test has been used. An evap will be grey (or clear). Pink is the only thing that indicates the test is reacting to the hcg hormone.

Kynlee - hope those bebes are snuggling in tightly and enjoying their new 'womb' HAHAHAHA I kill me! Relax, mama... the wait will be over soon.

Rio - yeah baby! I'm very excited for you - you are PUPO!! Rest and Gestate!!! 10,000 m/u hcg should be out of your system within ten days - so 8dpo it should be gone. No.. I use FRERs only.. and IC's for fun... that way I can 'compare' the test strips to see if they are getting darker. The last ones I took.... well... LOL I am crazy... here's a link... The chart you have is general.... and yes.. most women will not get a real positive until 12dpo... unless you use my poas-junkie tricks with drying, etc.

Image

Tammy.... it might be too light to be blocking the light.. but if you see it against a white background, then you can see it. If it were an evap it would be really 'clear' when held up to a light. Sounds like a little sumthin' sumthin' there! photos....?????????

gi wrote:Gate Crasher here,

Sonya great beta!!!! I will keep my fingers crossed for your scan next wk, as i said on the other site dont worry too much about symptoms as i had virtually none, i just know this is it for you.

Tammy wishing you the best of luck, will say a little prayer for you.

Karen congrats on the huge crop of eggs!!! I just know you will be back over with us on the other side shortly xxx

Amanda i was reading about your itchiness and rash and i just wanted to say that i have had that throughout all this pregnancy i seriously thought i was gonna rip my arms and face off at one stage, i was told it was pregnancy related and had to change all my moisurizers, cleansers, toner, shower get etc. to non-hypo allengic products, i have been using Aveeno products and after a couple of days i was completly better, a couple of times recently i lazily used ordinary shower gel and the itch came straight back but i am sure it will resolve itself once the baby comes.

Lou thinking of you this weekend as i know your due date is coming up xxxx p.s hope your doggy is ok, mine has to go under GA tomorrow for biopsy's for skin rash and it will upset me leaving him there.

Best of luck to everyone else,

gi xx
gi!! Love your gate crashing... having the more advanced pregnancies peeking in on us feels very much like a good luck charm fairy. Thank you for all your amazing support.... you must be so ready to meet your new addition... :) :) :)

TammyS wrote:Chelle...Good luck with everything. Most of us do the shots in the tummy...you can barely feel them. They range from 1-2xs a day and 2 to 4 shots a day depending on the protocol. Mine was 2 shots in the morning and 2 at night in the tummy. The trigger shot is 1 shot in the belly (used to be the butt). The progesterone shot goes in the butt after retrieval and if you're pregnant will continue 1x a night till 10-12 weeks or so. If you dont understand something be sure to ask again...it is alot of info and they know and expect questions.
Tammy - My doc is having me do the trigger in the butt. Is this still common? I guess I just assumed that and the PIO shots were standard in the butt. Hmmmmmmm.............

I do have a question for everyone though.... do you think I should have a HSG to check tube patency? I've never had one but have no risk factors. I'm thinking, if we run out of money and have to just go on our own or maybe a round of IUI, then maybe it would be good to know for sure. My insurance deductable is all paid up this year so that's why I'm thinking of maybe calling my OB with my next period and getting one scheduled. Thoughts please?
Lou I really do think you should get one... it is said to really increase chances of conception - 'cleans out' the tubes and makes it easier for the sperm to get where they gotta go. And, it will really set your mind at ease if they are clear and free. I would say go for it for sure. I am hoping your pup is doing well...

The trigger in the belly is JUST as effective... and way, way, way less painful. From what my clinic says the IM injection for hcg is on the old school side of things. I also get the progesterone supps... and my progesterone has always been super.... I couldn't face the thought of IM shots every day.... *shudder*

Sonya - Your newest beta results are GREAT!!! *\o/* Grow baby/babies grow!!!

Rio - Congrats on your ET! Sounds like a huge success. Take it easy and let them snuggle in!

AFM - Went for my Trial Transfer and Sonohyst yesterday. RE said everything looked great. I am still on schedule to start Lupron on 11/18....it's getting closer....time is going so slow. I can't even imagine what kind of torture the 2ww is! I go in 12/1 for bw & SnS. I have to start stims somewhere between 12/1 - 12/3 or I am cancelled. 12/3 is the last day anyone can start stims due to the clinic shutting down around christmas. Off to bed for me for some reading before sleepy time! Night Ladies!

Chelle: Good luck tomorrow with your hysteroscopy. Don’t blame you for being nervous, but as you said it, whatever it takes! Regarding protocols--it is hard for anyone to tell you because there are so many different ones. Your doctor will let you know. Most are given in the belly, but some in the thigh and some in the buttocks (owee) as others have already chimed in. Let us know if you have any specific questions after your training session.

Karen(thescorpio): Wonderful ER news: 29 eggs!!--can’t wait for fret report

Annashope: Keep up the PMA and keep us posted on your POASing!! You know how hard I am praying for you and your embibabies.

Cheri: Grow follies grow!

Kynlee: Rest up...try to relax and positive visualization.

Ryann: Thanks for the understanding...wow you sure do have a FULL plate at the moment....my goodness. Less than 8 weeks and an un-medicated, ADHD, pregnant bride?! You must have a lot of patience...and clearly a lot of distraction from your upcoming FET. I’m saying a prayer for you that you are suppressed. It will be your turn soon....the vivid dreams are pointing in the right direction! And your not crazy--well, I can’t really vouch for that--LOL--but I feel that you will be preggo at the wedding as well! 8)

Tammy: I am off to Walmart to get my 3-fer pack to get ready for my next 2ww!! LOL, I’m a POAS nut--you and Lauren are making me "jones". You and your pregnancy “drool”...such a visual! I love it! Can't wait to see your line as it darkens in the next day or so--which I know it will! :D

Lauren: Crazytown it is chica! Sounds like you are seriously into POASing now...isn’t it addictive? Try to be patient...it is still early. Hopefully tomorrow will bring a great “photo-worthy” line for you to show off to us!! Can’t wait to see it!

Lou: Hope all went well with your furbaby’s surgery. I too will hope that this "natural" 2ww will give you and DH a most wondrous surprise. That would be so deserved! If not, I think HSG might be help...my understanding is that if you do have some issues there, the HSG itself sometimes helps “clear” things out. I did one out of necessity with this cycle since I am doing IUI and am hoping it left a clear path for my follies to travel!

Sonya: Wowee on your beta! A nice strong pregnancy for certain!! Can’t wait for your u/s and to find out if you have a singleton or a two-fer! It really is true...how much joy we can get from one another’s successes. I am really, truly so happy for you. And you make me smile with all of your serious POASing tips. I can just imagine how the makers of FRER would react to your suggestions of taking apart the test. LOL. You "crack" me up--and I soooo pay attention. Yes--totally like crack. We are the addicted and you are our pusher!! Soon I will be needing the info as I get to that point in my addiction soon. ;-)

RIO: Yippeee girl!!! PUPO you are!! Bring out the blinkies!! 4 embibabies!!! Take care of yourself--rest up while those babies snuggle in. No time for DHEA as I am right back stimming tonight! If we had to take a break I was going to start taking the DHEA again. Pee blue-wouldn’t that be a marvelous sign? LOL.

Amesy: Enjoy yourself!! I am so happy for you.

Amanda?: How are you doing there pregnant momma? I can't wait for your u/s either!! Will you and Sonya post pictures from those?!? Love, love, love to see!! How's the rash? :? Any answers from the blood work?

AFM: Shhhhhheeeeeeee's back! :D E2 and FSH levels looked "excellent" according to the nurse so I am back in the game!! Woop woop for me. I started tonight with my Gonal-F so I am in the grow-follies-grow time already! Last cycle I stimmed for only 7 days before triggering, so I may be good to go for transfer as early as 11/17! Trying to rock the PMA and hope that this cycle will work. Please...please...please....Any suggestions? Love to hear them...really...I am doing the acupuncture now. I think maybe I need to take it a bit more easy post-IUI. I felt so much better than I did after any of my IVF cycles I wonder if maybe I overdid things.
