Bichon-- AWESOME beta!!!! can't wait until the u/s! I started a thread on pregnant after treatment for July 2011 Babies if you want to stop by!

Karenvancouver-- awesome beta news!! :)

Karen scorpio-- Way to go egg lady!!

Riogirl-- hope all went well with ET.

Blair-- bed rest was not exactly as I imagined it. Trust me I love to lay in the bed like nobody's business but being told that I had to lay in the bed was not as much fun!! Congrats again on being PUPO!

hi all... i feel like crap today! i have a splitting headache, got a cold, and possibly it's the pg symptoms kicking in too.. but my cat is also very sick.. i think he's probably gonna die. :( so that's been stressful too.

so my beta came back at 65, at 14 DPO. so i'm so happy to be PG! but that number doesn't thrill me. i think i won't celebrate til i get the results from tomorrow's ...see if it doubled or not.. my OBGYN's office was slightly cautious too... so i don't feel like i can jump for joy yet. booh.

yes, blair i imagine that bedrest sucks! hang in there. - is it a requirement for yoU? if not, let yourself do some stuff, just do it gently...lol...like go shopping! that's always fun

bichon- holy crap, that's some number! i'm very happy for you :)

rio- great news on your embies!! i'm sooo delighted for you! i know you'll enjoy being pupo!

mellow- glad you can avoid hyperstims... and thanks for checking in on me :)

Karenvan~ Hey that's not a bad number! FET's for some reason have lower betas too. I do not know why, but I've seen it over and over. Also...tomorrow, don't be surprised if it hasn't doubled. It's usually 36-48 hours doubling time. I don't want you to worry needlessly if it's lower than you were thinking it might be. Just so you know, my RE wants to see it above 50 at 14dpo..and I had a beta of 18.5 on 13dpo...those are the types of numbers to really worry over. You are PREGNANT! Enjoy it right now, and try not to worry. I hope you get good news tomorrow. :) Also, I was told that RE offices measure things a little different, that their tests are more sensitive...maybe it's a line that they were feeding me, but that may be of importance to you. Who knows! lol. Good luck tomorrow.

Karenvan- those sound like a pregnant beta level to me. Don't let the numbers get you down. Keep your head up high and stay positive! As for my bedrest the md recommends 3 days of bed/couch rest after transfer. DH is also super anal and won't let me out of bed for more than 5 minutes. Ill be lucky to shower tomorrow.

Karenthescorpio- sounds like a great fertilization report!! Best of luck that they continue growing and you get to transfer on monday. How many are you all transferring?

Krisjner- so sorry to hear that your cat isn't doing well. It is exciting that you are having pregnancy signs though. I have always said I would be okay with morning sickness just because I would know I was pregnant. Hope you start feeling better soon though.

Jenmink- how are you? didn't u have your transfer scheduled for this week? I thought we were 2 days apart but I couldn't remember. Best of luck!

Afm- nothing new to report. Having random cramps and hot flashes which I would love to attribute to being pregnant but only time will tell. Watching tv and movies is about the extent of things. 2 days of bedrest down and 1 to go. Already anxious for beta next friday!!

 Thank you Blair for checking on me!! Transfer was today YIPPEEE!! Went REALLY well! Here is the status report!

Well everybody they are home!!! Today was a great day considering the lack of a good nights rest and anxiety! So here is how it went down!

Got a call at 810am from the Embryologist saying that all 3 6 days blasts defrosted beautifully and they were already on their way to hatching!!! She was really happy with that and said 'these are good ones!"

Went to Acupuncture @ 10 am this morning. I was pleasantly surprised how awesome my 'fill in' Dr was. She did the treatment for about 30 minutes and then we went to the Dr. Thankfully the Dr is only about a block away to it was convienient.

Arrived for the FET and had a consult with the RE. He said our 3 embies were still doing fabulous and they were doing the hatching procedure on them. I guess with FET they do assisted hatching to increase the chances since they have been cryopreserved. The Dr. gave us a picture of the embies prior to the assisted hatching procedure and they were so gorgeous! I will upload pictures later!

I was given a valium and then told to wait for the hatching procedure to be complete. DH and I were so excited and so nervous! My bladder was BURSTING at the seams by the time the Dr. brought in the embies. They gave me another picture of them after the hatching procedure and you could see them breaking out of the shell. 1 of them was having a little tougher time breaking out but she is probably my girl and just wants to let her brothers show off!! :o)

My lining was over 13 which the Dr said was fabulous! He put the embies in and it was so awesome to see the little blip on the US machine. He said it was a text book transfer and they landed in the 'perfect location'. HOW AWESOME!

Went to Acupuncture after the transfer for another 30 minutes and now I am home in bed and DH is off to pick up my lunch <3

I feel SO POSITIVE this time around, I have no doubts this is going to work! The Dr said based on us transferring 3 blasts that our statistics are about 50% and a 50% chance of twins!!! Also, with Acupuncture they say another 27% is added so if that's true we are looking at a 77% chance of a BFP. I am holding on TIGHT that that!

Thank you for all the support, prayers and thoughts. I am so glad that I have all of you to go through this with! I will upload pictures of the embroyo's once DH gets home and fetches me the camera and pictures.

Much Love,

~~Jen~~

Jenmink- it sounds like we had almost identical transfer days. Everything you did today I did on monday, and I think even the timing was similar. We both transfered the same # of blasts and did acupuncture so it sounds like we have great chances!! I'm up for one, two, or three...however many decide to stick in there. So excited for us and feeling very positive this time around!! Good luck in your dreaded 2ww. When is your beta?? Glad to have a 2ww buddy to go through this with.

Blair! Yeah for a 2ww buddy! Congrats to us both being PUPO!!!

My first Beta is scheduled for the 16th and the 2nd on the 18th. I didn't realize it would be next week! I am seriously considering POAS come Sunday morning/night. Any idea when you will POAS if you are?
RE told me that these little guys should attach within 48 hours and HCG starts producing slightly there after. I figure waiting 5 days will be good.

Keep me in the loop on how you are doing! It's only been a few hours and I am already going crazy on bedrest!!

Well ladies it looks as though I will be leaving you and heading towards the Dec group  . I hate to leave ya'll, Nov seems to be the month to be in! Congrats to all of you!!! That is great and I am so happy for you all!

I thought at first I would be doing all this in November but after talking to my RE a couple of days ago I now know that there is much more to all of this then I realized and will be doing my retrival/transfer the 1st -2nd week of Dec. I am on BCP, Metformin, baby asprin, and prenatal vitamins right now. I'll stop BCP on the 18th and start my injectables on the 28th. WHEW!!!

Sometime this all feels a little much but I know it will all be worth it in the end!!!! This is a really helpful sight and everyone has been very sweet and given me lots of great advice. TONS of baby dust & prayers sent your way!

Easley- sorry you will be leaving the group, but know that it will be worth waiting for. December will be your month- best of luck!

Jen- I'm soooo jealous that you have early betas! My first one isn't until friday the 19th so you will have already had both of yours. I always try to tell myself I will hold off om POAS as long as possible...then I usually cave pretty quickly. Since I don't have any tests in the house right now I may be able to hold off until sunday which would be 6dpt. Who knows though. Are you going to test before sunday? And how long are you on bedrest?

I was told to be on bed rest for 3 days total- day of transfer and 2 more days. I am going to try to hold out until Sunday on bedrest, but I doubt that. How many days are you on bedrest? We should totall POAS same day LOL...

Hi gang,
I'm signing off the Nov group. After the egg donor dropped out we re-matched quickly and I was still hoping for a Nov transfer. the roller coaster was slowly clicking up toward the top... but then whoosh, down the other side and back to the bottom. No transfer till Jan 2011. I may lose my ever-loving mind with this process, but no I can't afford to. I'll hang in and suck it up. We are the sisters of sucking it up. We are strong because we have to be. It will happen. Best wishes to everyone.
