AFM- I am having my FET tomorrow at 11:30am. I am handling the shots (except for my sore butt) and the 4 estrogen patches well.

My parents are here to help take care of Jack for the next few days and of course wait on me...

More tomorrow...
Jennieswa - Glad to hear from you and good luck tomorrow with your FET!! Be sure to let us know how it goes and when your beta will be. We'll be thinking of you tomorrow!

Karian......THAT is what I'm talking about.....38!!!! :D Drink lots!

To.have.fun.......thanks for making me feel better. I know it's quality and I'm hoping for some good ones. It's just really stressful when u dish out all of that money and don't get a good response. We were hoping to get enough for siblings. We really want more thn one and we want them to be full siblings. I do think that it will work out ok, but the fear is still there. Our donor isn a first timer and you never know how they will respond. How r u? I know that u r waiting until next su mmer for DE. Maybe you'll get lucky and get pregnant naturally in the meantime. You never know.....anything is possible. :)

Ester.......how many follies do u have in there? Did I miss your report? You're in the home stretch!

Afm......I have an a ppt on the morning for a SnS. He sees my ED again on Friday. Please pray for LOTS of follies for us! I am going to San Jose tomorrow to look at the house that we are in contract to buy. We r still trying to sell ours and it hasn't been easy. We r going to look atnthe house...shop....and have dinner and fly home. Hannah is at his brother houae because there's non school tomorrow.

Hi guys

Sorry I have not posted in a while. It's been a very hard week, the BFN, other family issues, being Ill and having to be away from my family on this course. We have a appointment at the hospital tomorrow to discuss next steps.

Still feel up and down, I guess I know what to expect next time around!

Klinger - so happy you're getting a third beta - I'm sure it'll be amazing with those numbers. How are your symptoms? Can't wait to hear an amazing report. I think this group is going to produce a bunch of twins.

Osi - when it rains, it pours, huh? I'm so sorry you are enduring all this on top of your bfn - which was the hardest of all. Do you have any frozen embryos?

Jennie - best of luck with your FET - can't wait to hear how you are doing - and then watch you through the 2ww - it's the most 'interesting' part of the journey.... :) Gotta ask... will you be testing early? LOL

Osi that's awesome that you have some frosties. I have a question. Would you do a fresh cycle and hopefully build up your frostie reserve, or take a chance on them both surviving the thaw? I'm not trying to be a downer, but we have 5 embryos on ice and we've talked about this with our RE.... we would not thaw all since we would only transfer three, but it usually takes four to get three, leaving us with only one. I wouldn't want to go through the wait and the meds to prep and take a chance of that one not surviving. So should I chance it and only thaw three, hoping to 'split up' the remaining embryos in hopes of two chances instead of one?

On the other hand, we've heard of DOZENS of successful FETs with only two frosties. Just asking what your thoughts are on this since you are closer to that situation than I am.

Karin I'm really hoping your donor produces tons and tons of beautiful eggs. Remember it's quality that's just as important. I had 32 eggs and we ended up with three to transfer and five to freeze. I hope you enjoy your trip - selling houses and buying news ones are not always the most fun things to do.

Sonya help! lol

I am 11 days removed from trigger and this am I have a faint line (I used ovidrel) could this be it? I am cautious but I am comparing the tests (internet cheapies) and yesterday there was no line) In the past if it was a bfn I would never get a faint positive 11 days after trigger especially that my bladder is tiny and I pee like every 3 hours sorry tmi

I guess I am now officially in crazy town...oh God help me...lol

update from today's sns:

i have about 20 follies; of course, not all are mature...i think about 15 are.

no more lupron or follistim....woohoo!!! i'm triggering tonight at 11:45 & er is set for 10:45 saturday & i have to be there at 10. have to go back for b/w tomorrow to measure the hcg from the trigger.

the next hurdle is the fertilization. each cycle we have 2 that fertilize...just enough for the et. they didn't even take the freezing fee since that aways happens. they always end up doing a refund, so they said if anything does end up being frozen, they'll bill us.

et is set for tuesday & the beta for saturday, the 27th. the et is the day after my mom's b-day & the beta for the day before my grandmother's b-day who passed away almost 3 years ago.

Sonya...I had to pop on here regarding your question to Osi regarding frosties. DH and I have been struggling with this as well. We have 4 frosties and had planned to transfer 2. RE said she would thaw 3 and in the case that all 3 survive, she would transfer all 3. I don't want to have just 1 frostie. She then said she would start with thawing 2, and if they don't both survive, they could thaw 2 more same day. This was my plan until I went for my second opinion and this doctor doesn't think I need IVF. Now I want to just thaw all 4 and transfer the survivors because I don't want any left. I kinda want to go all out for this one, because if it doesn't work we are going to try the clomid route for a while and I don't want to sit around and wonder if I should be using any remaining frosties. I hate this decision so much! I know the chances of all 4 surviving the thaw is pretty low, but if it did happen I know the chances of multiples is probably crazy high. I feel like that's a bridge I should cross if I get there. I don't know if I am crazy or what! I go tomorrow for my supression check and I told my RE nurse I wanted to discuss this with my RE tomorrow at my appt. We will see what she says. Let's just hope I'm supressed and have to actually make a decision regarding my frosties!

Crystal - CONGRATS!!! What a wonderful beta and already I'd be guessing multiples!! How are you feeling about it? I know you were a bit worried about multiples after having issues with your last twin pregnancy.
