AFM-- Day 3 of bedrest. Today I have been cramping on and off but thankfully the back pain has gone away. I have felt a few little twinges but I am not sure what it is that I am feeling. Got a wave of nausea about an hour ago but it quickly went away and I am sure it's probably from the PIO. First beta is on Tuesday, second on Thursday and will get a call that day. I am getting excited, but cautious. I am trying to resist POAS because I am only 3dp5dt and it would probably be impossible for a +HPT but I just wana some kind of answer! All my fears and sadness of my BFN in 2008 are starting to creep back.

Finally I got the green signal!! I start FSH tonight!! My lining is 3mm, estrogen is 67 (still a bit on the high side) TSH is lower than 0.01, decreased meds from 125 mcg to 100 mcg, hopefully it will rise a bit.

ER/ET will be during Thanksgiving week!YAY!!
I am so excited! Baby dust to all!!!!!!!!!

Hi ladies. Wow. What a crazy busy day.

Karenvan-I'm so sorry your beta is lowering. I'm thinking of you and hoping you get more answers soon. I know its hard and sad. We are here for you.

Afm-got the call that my embies are being pushed to day 5. Which I figured as much but I was still nervous for that call! So pgd on Sunday and transfer on Monday morning. Beta is nov 23!!!!

yup, my beta's now at 7. i'm actually glad it's a clear answer, i either wanted it to come back at like '400' or less than 10.. just so it was clear. so i'm about to enjoy a glass of wine, and start re-researching DHEA (my clinic still advises against it, so even though i took it before, i want to check it out again).

i hate the way i've been feeling today. it just sucks. but i'm nothing if not perseverant. i think we'll do another fresh cycle (no frosties left), and if that doesn't work, call it quits completely.

congrats to all of you! theres' some exciting things happening with everyone.. 2ww's, and upcoming ERs and ETs...i'm going to keep spying on everyone and praying you all get to enjoy the beauty of motherhood

Karenvancouverisland again I am so sorry but i agree it is a bit easier once you get clarity. This summer we spent 3 weeks in beta hell before our m/c and by the end I prayed for some kind of clarity. I am happy to hear that you will be trying again and we will be here to cheer you on.

Jenmink I am right here with you in crazytown. I am 4 dp a 5dt and have POAS and keep seeing a very faint line which has made me even more crazy but I have to do this since I cannot go into my beta not knowing at all which way it will go. I was also wondering if you are having some symptoms. Like I had little pinches and twinges on day 1 and 2 post transfer but not today anymore and by today my boobs have gotten sore which has never happened on pregest pessaries. The most curious one I have to ask about is dizziness. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Also something really weird happened today. Well first I saw a shooting star...actually a full comet with a trail and all and YES I made a wish but then I was talking to my sister who is pregnant and (btw DH and I are not telling anyone that we are doing this again) so anyways my sister tells me that tonight she had a dream that I did IVF again and that I was preg...she wanted to know if it was true. Of course I told her nothing but it really gave me hope that maybe this is it.

Let's see symptoms for me? You mentioned dizzy, tonight I stood up and almost passed out, NEVER EVER have I had that before. I kinda freaked out thinking maybe I was having a stroke! LOL, once I got my footing I felt fine. Twinges today are very noticable, cramping for the past two days and lower back ache. I have been really hot today too and it's 63 degrees in my room so that is something new.

SO WAIT-- DID YOU POAS!!!!!!!!!!!!??????????????????????????????????????????????????????

Oh, I am so going to POAS tomorrow morning now!! That will be my 4dpt5dt, I am doing it. I am officially signing up for crazy town mayor and going for it! I have 3 sticks to pee on, yippeeeeeeee!!!!!!

Anna~ I got super dizzy when I was preg. I hope that is the case for you. Your sisters dream was lovely, so glad she shared it with you.

I'm really sure I will be able to go back to sleep after a rude middle of the night awakening to stick a needle in my backside. Oh the things we do! haha. Good morning girls! how is everyone feeling? I could not sleep- strange dreams and then I was awake at 6am and that was it. Ugh why does that always happen on a sat morning when I don't have to be anywhere...So I tried not to get completely crazy and told myself that I am very early but the POAS this morning and the line is still extremely faint. I don't know what that means and I am trying to think that as my trigger fades to nothing and hopefully hcg starts being made the result is a faint line I am seeing....ugh I don't know what else to think. Also my 10 year old came down with a massive cold and I am trying to nurse him back into health so needless to say I am in quite a funk this morning. Am I being crazy? 5dp 5dt is really early right?

sorry for venting
