Cheri-CONGRATS ON PUPO!!!!!!! Sounds like an awesome one and it only takes ONE :) I had low fetilization rates...my thoughts were mabe just ICSI in itself I am looking into so if I come up with anything Ill let you know. Also I dont know what the deal is with that Ovidrel?? Weird...maybe not enough in your urine? IDK PM Ghost maybe you can get some answers..

Karen-Thanks for the input on acupuncture! Think Im gonna give it a shot!

Tammy-Drinking wine right along with you! I hope you and your RE come up with an GREAT new plan! Maybe the stims longer do have an affect on the quality...curious to see what he says. Praying for your holiday miracle :D Also awesome what you did about your brother...maybe he will get a taste of his own medicine and realize how he treats you. Oh I also indulged in a plate of brownies...AF dancing for you. My flood gates have already started to open...not gonna be pretty!

Karin1-AWESOME Fert report!!!! 10...thats fabulous. Praying for your embabies..good luck girl

Cass-By the way awesome and encouraging story! I am seriously considering the acupuncture. There is a guy at there office who comes to transfers and stuff so I think it will work out! Maybe alittle expensive and I really dont even know what its about or how it works! Wish me luck...

Sonya-You are awesome! Dont be disappointed if your beta is not doubled..bc I have also heard of the fact it slows down and they just then use ultrasound! Im sure things are GREAT and I cant wait for your u/s so you stop driving yourself bonkers!! Thanks for the kind words..Thinking of acupuncture and how I can get my darn eggs that I work so hard for to FERTILIZE and STICK!!!

AFM---Trying to keep my head up! Cramps and bleeding have started...damn AF couldnt give me a break could she? As upset as I am...We still have another chance right?? My DH is so cute..he told me no matter what we have eachother and we will be ok! Ok.

I really need some insight and advice please.

Earlier this evening, I felt a "gush". Went to the bathroom, and it was like a watery bloody mess. No cramping, no pain, just a bunch of reddish fluid. I literally about collapsed and immediately started crying and freaking out. Long story short, the RE's office had me come in for a u/s. They found two blood pools in my uterine lining! They said that's what was bleeding and put me back on bed rest.

It's supposed to be something that's caused by the embryos implanting and they really made it sound like everything is fine, especially since we saw both heartbeats and they were 120 and 139. I'm not sure how I feel right now... I cried when I saw the heartbeats because they were these beautiful fluttering flickers on the u/s. At the same time I'm friggin terrified.

Has anyone heard of anything like this??? What are the chances that this is the beginning of a miscarriage???

Please someone shed some light on this for me... positive stories would be preferred, but honesty is kinda what I need.

AFM - I am PUPO!!!! It was only the one, but he/she looks great so far. I was super worried that I would get a call this morning and tell me not to bother coming in, but nope, the little embryo that could has hung around for the duration. It was a rapidly growing 4 cell with almost no fragmentation. I heard from the RE that the other eggs were too immature (GV) for ICSI so they are guessing that it was too early of a trigger or that I am resistant to the hcg shot. There is really no way to tell although I really wish that I had asked for that hpt to check trigger like other people have had. It's amazing how much you learn during every cycle.
Cheri... I would speak to your clinic about a DISCOUNT on your next cycle - after this baby is born, of course! From what I know, it's pretty standard to make sure the hCG has entered your system via pee or blood test. I am super duper excited and happy for your beautiful embryo that is all snuggled into mum. I'm always learning, as well - I wonder what my REs would make of reading this board on a day to day basis. I think they'd be better doctors for it. Big hugs and high hopes for you and your precious lil' fighter!!

How about honesty and positive, hon!?? Your doctors are right... those were just small pools (cysts) and are pretty normal in pregnancy (especially IVF). Your babies are safe and sound - the bleeding has nothing to do with them.. it's just your body cleaning itself after all the hard work to get them there. It's NOT a miscarriage, you are NOT dilated and they identified the source of the blood... i think it's called.... a subhemotomic hernia? LOL that is NOT the right spelling but it's something close. You are okay. BIG HUGS

Lauren: So sorry hon. :( I know how very hard it is. ((((HUGS))))) I have been using acupuncture for the past 2 months and I think it is wonderful. There are some studies that suggest it can increase odds with IVF as much as 27%. I am not sure about the stats, but I do know that it makes me feel great. Much more relaxed. And I sleep way better. I know that they want you to do it for months/weeks prior to a cycle, and then before and after transfer, but I think you should decide what works for you (and your budget). Wishing you the very best. Take care of yourself right now. Vent as needed. We are here for you.--I just read your second post. You really are so sweet. Glad that you and DH are working through this TOGETHER and realize what you have. You will get your bundle of joy--just a matter of when! And the new year seems like a perfect time. ;-)

Gi: I don’t know you--but looks like your bean is about to make her entrance any minute now!!! Am I reading your ticker correctly!? Congratulations momma!!

Karen: Hope you and your “perfect” embie are snuggling in! Congratulations!!

Tammy: Thanks for the advice and positive message. Trying hard to keep up the PMA. And while I’m at it--I’ll distract myself and do a little dance for AF for you. I had plenty of practice for Leorira...lol...

Cheri: Congratulations on being PUPO!!! And thank you for the kind words. I feel better already! And did I read correctly? Is the POAS-pusher already pushing POAS on you?! Testing out trigger....only the beginning....LOL :-)

Amanda: Terrific beta :-) Of course!! I am getting impatient for you--is it Thursday yet?

Lou and Rhonda: So sorry...these anniversary dates tend to stick with us. (((HUGS)))

Sonya: I don’t know what to say to you that hasn’t been said---deep breaths. U/S will be here soon...STOP WORRYING!! Take the advise that you so wisely, have given out to us...

Karin: 10 embibabies?! Awesome!! Whoop!! Transfer on Friday!! Super!!! So glad you got such a fabulous bunch !!

kynlee: Still praying for you...did you see Cassmaster's post? You can still get negative on HPT and get a positive beta. I am hoping this is the case for you. Hang in there.

Rio: The blue pee is around the corner for you...I just know it!! I think you are officially our mayor of Crazytown right now.

Baby_blu: Oh so scary!! I can totally understand how you’d be freaking out. I have not had any experience here, but I have read of many women on this forum having a similar situation and everything turning out fine. Trust your RE and I am sure some women will give some reassurance soon. ((HUGS))

AFM: Feeling a little better this evening. Got to work with what I have and focus on the positive. Baby dust to all!!!

Your DH sounds like a wonderful, supportive and wise man. You have another chance. I can't tell you how many women need to go through two and three and more IVF's but until YOU choose to stop then you have another chance. Thanks for the info. I really wanna believe my RE's nurses, they know their stuff. But, I do worry that they may have taken some course in how to calm crazy IVF women when they're freaking out. I always imagine the worse... and with bleeding... well, that's about as bad as it gets at 7 weeks pregnant! I'm hoping and praying that it's really nothing like they said. Especially now that we've seen both little hearts beating... it's so much more real now.

To everyone else - I'll be sure to get caught up and do my personals tomorrow, since I'll have nothing but time on my hands.

BabyBlue- as much as it sucks, there is nothing you can do but wait and see. Still seening both heartbeats is a great sign!

Sonya - so, crazy lady, what was the beta number today?

Tammy - you and I seem to be on the same schedule again. Let's hear it for August 2011 babies, please!

AFM - Yesterday's period was just regular flow. I was worried because I know I had a 18mm lining. This morning I woke up with a HUGE flood. Yay!
I went for SnS - u/s looks great. No cysts, thining lining. As long as my bloodwork comes back good, I start estrogen tablets tonight. FET in a little under 3 weeks hopefully!

Baby-blu: iall will be ok. I had this exact issue my last pregnancy (twins too). Had four separate instances of bleeding. Each time scared me to death and had to go get checked. All as ok each time. Finally disappeared around 9.5 weeks for good (after my last scare). Rest and hang in there. I know it is scary! Xo

ester - Good luck with ET today!! Post as soon as you can to let us know how it went and enjoy being PUPO!!

kynlee - Good luck today with your beta! Those sticks can be evil so I'm holding out hope for a great beta result!

margi - Try to stay positive! We're all pulling for you and your IUI this week is going to go great. You're going to have a good bunch of nice, mature follies on Thursday, I know it!

baby_blu - I'm sorry you're having this scare. I know me and I would have been terrified too (hell a little bit of spotting this weekend had me on the edge of panic.) But try to stay relaxed and take it easy until it all subsides. Think of those beautiful little heartbeats you saw.

Sonya - Tomorrow is your day!! WOO-HOO!! I'm feeling good - not as queasy and my only new symptom is that boobs are majorly sore now. I did have a little more spotting once last night but this time I didn't panic. I just told myself it's the progesterone (which I really think it is) laid down and chilled for the rest of the night. I'll just feel so much better once I have that u/s on Thursday and then I can go visit the Pregnant After Treatment boards. How about you - any new symptoms? Do you have a feeling of how many you have cooking in there?

cheri, karen, & karian - Hope you all are taking it easy and enjoying your PUPO-ness!

lauren - I agree with Sonya, you are one strong lady and your DH is so sweet! I'm glad you'll be able to enjoy the holiday season and then get started again after the new year. I'll be sure to look for you on a winter cycle thread to send my cheers!
