Bichon-- Oh I am so happy for you guys how very very exciting! I personally love hearing about IVF success and how things are progressing. It gives me hope and in some weird way I get to live vicariously through your experience (well that may sound creepy but too bad  ). I too cannot wait until your next u/s and am so hopeful you will get to hear 2 wonderful little HBs. I feel like we all have had a huge amount of worry and sorrow on our TTC journeys, so rays of sunshine and happiness are absolutely worth hearing about. You are not alone on this IVF journey during all the hard times and you will most definitely not be alone during the good!! :D

Jen-- WHOO HOOO for BFP HPT!!! Come on Friday!!

Anna-- Hoping for a BFP on your upcoming beta!!

Sorry for the short personal list... promise I will catch up later!

Thank you to all of you for your sympathy, understanding and just plain old giving a damn! You are the best set of friends I have never met in the entire world.

krisnjer - your post made me cry, I am so sorry you and DH went through this. What a cruel joke to see a heartbeat only to lose your baby. I wish that all of us who get ectopics, chemical pregnancies and miscarriages coudl just get a BFN. I am so sorry and words cannot describe how sad I am for your loss. Please take the time to grieve and I hope you can try again. You are a strong and wonderful woman and you deserve your miracle, this is just fu*king unfair.

Bichon - wow 2! Congratulations! DH is ready for two, is he going to carry 2 in his belly? ;) You should always post your status, I think we are all sad here for BFNs and losses but stories like yours are what keeps us all going and even though we might be sad, I don't think anyone sees anyone with good news as insensitive. We are all very happy for you!

blair - staying away from POAS? I did not pee on a stick today!

healing - hurray for your parents how awesome! I have filthy rich in laws and we asked them for help and they said "NO" not even a dime! Hoping for an amazing ER and embies to freeze!

mellow - ouch hun, I hate the gas and pain! Nerve damage, ask for endometrin. It is approved by FDA for IVF and it is so much better, I had bad reactions to PIO too. Praying you feel well. Prayers for awesome fert! Did you get an egg award?

SD - Glad you are so busy time is going by, I am emotional too. This whole thing stinks! Are you able to not pick up your boy? It is so hard...

Margi - any info yet? I am with you, no info to family on this. I agree with you that we should get BFNs and never beta hell or m/c or ectopics! Give us a break!

jenmink - AWESOME NEWS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

blessed - 20 wow!!!!!!!!!!

Annashope - one more night to your BFP! I have a mean mom too. She never thinks I am good enough, she came here to visit and told me I am a horrible housewife, that my DH will leave me in 5 years, that I look like shit, my house is shit and that "I am not her daughter anymore and my grandmother would be embarrassed of me" yep... all because I am 20 lbs overweight, my house is not a perfect museum and I don't have $$ right now for new clothes. Never mind when I was 2 she didn't work, had a full time maid and on top of that an extra cleaning lady. She never picked up a vacuum that I have seen in 40 years. She thinks she is perfect and I am crap. Nevermind I have an amazing marriage, I am an Engineer with lots of qualifications, am a good mother. Does that sound familiar? I struggle with it and it hurts me deeply. If you even want to talk about it maybe we can help each other get over this meaningless cruelty, pm me. I know I will not do this to my child.

AFM - I am with mellow, gas is killing me. Feeling all kinds of weird tugs and pains and getting dizzy. Hopefully a BFP sign!

rio- Glad you didnt give in and POAS today. We will both be getting great news soon!!! I cant believe you asked youre in laws and they turned you down for money. No one in our family knows we have done any fertility treatments, but after this cycle we may have to tell them so they can help us fund the next cycle. Keep your PMA and know good things will come soon enough. I keep feeling weird cramps/twinges/pains that come and go so I am hoping they are all a good sign.

krisjner- We all care about you and how you are handling things. We have all gone through similar struggles and I agree that miscarriages/chemical pregnancies/ectopics would be easier if we were just given the negative test from the beginning. Stay strong and know we are here if you need us.

bichon- Yea I have had the sore boobs with the PIO/estrogen in the first cycle. None of the same symptoms the last cycle though, so I guess it just varied every time with me. Send me some more of your good twin vibes!! Soooooo excited for you all!! Dont ever feel ashamed to post good news. It makes the rest of us stay positive and know that things will work out for us eventually. Do you have the estimated due date? Im guessing some time in July and Im hoping I end up joining the July due date club.

Rio- Wow. I hope you feel better soon. HCG can make ohss worse so this all could be an early sign of a BFP!  Hang in there. Almost there!

Annashope-   I too have a insensitive mom. Like Rio said' I won't do this to my child either!  You are a wonderful person and don't you forget it!  Hang in there!  Almost beta day and a BFP is very possible!

Jenmink-congrats!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Krisnjer- I'm so sorry hon. This is such shitty news!  Damn it!  I know it is hard. We are here for you. We will continue to follow your journey!  You will get a healthy baby!

Bichon- yeah for 2!!!!  Such an exciting time!  Always share your good news!  It helps spread good karma!!!!

Blair- I'm not going to POAS either...I think. Hehehehehe. I had sore boobs with my last cycle too. But they got worse as the 2ww went along. Almost there!!  My RE says no sex until pregnancy test.

Mellow- I hope you feel better soon. Can't wait for your fert report!  Drink lots of electrolyte water or Gatorade.

SDtrying- I know some other petite ladies I cycled with in the past used an one inch needle. It should make a big difference for you!  I'm sure your little embie loved your pep talk. I've been talking to mine a lot since ET yesterday. I told him/her....grab on to momma and I'll buy you all the ice bream you could ever want when you are older. Hehehehehe

Blessed- so happy to hear your follies are growing!  Yay!!!!!!!!

Readywaiting- congrats on PUPO!!!!  I had my ET yesterday. A Day 6 transfer of 1 blast  So my beta is one week from today!

If I missed anyone I'm so sorry. I'm just being lazy and resting as much As I can. I had to go to the bank and do bw for progesterone check today and all I could think about was getting back home to lay down!!!!  I'm calling my embie Setty bc I did a single embie transfer (SET). Only 7 more sleeps to beta!  Last cycle I did POAS the afternoon before beta and got a very faint positive with twins. Not sure what to do this cycle. I won't do it before then if I do it. I'm feeling positive and want to keep up that vibe!!!! If things go as planned this is my last Tuesday not preggers for a long time!!!!

Oy, it's been a long day. Lots of chaos. :) That's my life. I was one of the unlucky ones to get their facebook account deleted today..that was interesting. They got it back on, but apparently it only targeted women. Then the internet, phone and cable went out at our house, so we had to wait for that. Anyway, I called to get the report because they hadn't called me.
Things are good! :) They actually retrieved 18, and 13 were mature, and 11 fertilized. So, 11 embabies growing. Yay! The real kicker though...they weren't planning on giving me another update before transfer on Saturday. HELLO!!! What are they thinking, who doesn't give another report before transfer. I gave them the what for, and they will now be calling me on Thursday with another update. So until then I will sit on pins and needles waiting to hear how many are going to make it and how they are looking.

I will have to do personals later. Company is keeping me busy.

Oh yeah!!! Bichonmom.....CONGRATS!! TWO!!! :D

Mellow: What a totally fabulous report!! 11 embabies growing?!?! Amazing!! So awesome. With my IUI on Thursday, I will definitely be sharing the 2ww with you in Crazytown...are ya ready? I know I am going to be nuts on day one--hoping that you will be able to keep me sane. And to think you are going through all this right now with a house full of people and getting over the stomach flu. You are THE WOMAN!! Try to get some rest. Don't want to overdo it before Saturday when you embabies come home!! How many are you going to transfer, btw?

Annashope: I know that this is such a difficult time for you--but try to hold on to the positive. Visualize that BFP. I am sitting her praying for you right now and will again first thing in the morning. I am there with you.

Good evening everyone. So this is my second attempt at correspondence. I had everything typed up and then I sneezed and accidentally hit something and it all got deleted. LOL. I laugh now but I said some very inventive swear words at the time.......so here we go once more.

mellow - 11 fertilized embies is GREAT. On Thursday you will get good news I just know it. Good luck

Kscorpio - It's good to get out a bit but don't overextend yourself. Listen to your body. I don't have to tell you how important the next several days will be for you and your hubby. Lot's of good thoughts for a strong healthy beta. BTW, a 6 day ET? Who is your RE? I'm going through Oregon Reproductive medicine and they only do 5 day ET. I believe 7 days is the absolute longest right?

annashope - I am absolutely disgusted at how you are being treated. And this is your MOM? You are just as much of a miracle as the little one you are trying to create. Don't let ANYONE ever tell you that you are less than special. SHAAAAAME on her!

readyandwaiting - spend these next several days imagining those little embies creating a 9 month baby cave in your tummy. I will be thinking about you. Enjoy being off of your feet and try and relax.

AFM - I received my box of paraphernalia today and it was a rude reminder of how much crap I will be taking and injecting over the next month. And that PIO needle.....HOLY CRAP it's big. I thought I was just exagerating the length....no no.....I was not! I am currently on day 6 of BP (Avri) and it's giving me some nausea and headaches. Great. I know it's just going to get worse from here. For the last 3 years I have been preparing my body for this moment by cleansing, eating organic, and avoiding all overcounter drugs including advil and tylenol even through AF cramping. Now in the course of a month, I will be putting so many hormones in my body that it's likely to freak out on me. I am absolutely ready for whatever symptoms and complications come my way, I just thought I would be a whiner for just a few minutes. Ahhh.....all done... thanks.

My first blog was better, but I am sleepy and my fingers are no longer wanting to type. Nightee night to all. Happy baby dreams.

healingheart- I know what you mean about the overwhelming amount of meds. I always try to avoid meds and now I take so many I could almost use one of those pill organizers. With 3 injections and 7 pills a day its ridiculous that our bodies even put up with it. Hope the nausea and headaches go away soon....but yea, its only going to get worse.

margi- Good luck with your IUI Thursday. How many are you transferring?

mellow- Wow 11 is great!!! I will keep my fingers crossed that they all keep growing and you can freeze lots of them. How many are you all planning to transfer? As for the reporting I think we only got 1 report before the transfer when we did our fresh cycle, and then 1 report after the transfer once they were all ready to freeze. They love to drive us crazy with all the waiting and anticipation.

karenthescorpio- I think its cute you already named the embie. I also like that you put the wait in "sleeps"...it doesnt seem as bad if I tell myself only 2 more sleeps until beta day!! Make sure you stay as positive as you can so youre sending good vibes to that baby making it want to stay in there.

readyandwaiting- Congrats on being PUPO!!! Its nice that you got to come home and lay around for awhile. Are you back at work today or taking a few days to rest? Welcome to the dreaded 2ww though. When is your beta scheduled?

AFM- Well I actually tested yesterday morning but due to everything thats happened in the past I wasnt sure whether I should trust the test since its still early (yesterday was only 8dp6dt). Anyway, after I got home from work yesterday I decided to re-test since it was in the middle of the day and I had been drinking water ...so I thought it would probably be negative. Both were positive though!!! Actually the second test I took was digital and said "pregnant"!!!!!!! I am over the mood but still cautious since Ive gotten a positive test previously with our fresh cycle and it ended up being chemical. Will probably test again tomorrow morning or Friday before beta just to be safe. Since DH was on call at the hospital last night I couldnt tell him until 10:30p last night. Since our 3 yr wedding anniversary is next wk and we decided not to spend much money I had gotten him a CD he wanted. So I taped both the tests to the CD, wrapped it in tissue paper, and put it in a small gift bag. When he opened it he saw the CD case and assumed that was the gift but then figured out that the tests were taped to it. He was soooo excited!!! Really hoping things stay positive and we have a little one next July!

Moorebaby- you are right!

Mellow- yeah for 11 embies growing!!!!

Margi- yeah for joining us in the 2ww crazy world. I'm pretty cool so far.  Good luck with your IUI tomorrow.

Healingheart- Congrats on getting your baby- in-a -box!  It is a bit much!!!  I go to a top clinic worldwide in NJ called RMA of NJ. My RE is one of the founders. I did a day 6 transfer bc we did PGD (24 aneuploidy screening) on day 5 bc of my age. We were very fortunate this cycle and got four genetically ok embies. Only transferred one bc my last cycle I got twins from embies like this!

Annashope-thinking of you this morning. Xoxoxo. Piss on people who don't treat you with love and respect. Like I said', I think our mom's are related.
