Karenthescorpio: 3 more days!! Woohoo..I can’t believe you haven’t caved and peed on the stick yet! Lol....don’t know how you do it! I know that you hear them calling your name first thing in the morning..

SDTrying: (Love the wedding pic! :-) ) No worries about the evil sticks...still time, and listen to KarenTheScorpio’s experience...

Rio: How are ya feeling this evening? Any better? So sorry you are going through this OHSS--but it’s for a great, awesome cause! I will definitely be POASing...you know it! I think I will wait until about day 5 to see if trigger is gone or not and then test it out and then--watch out! This POAS diva will be in full swing by 8dpo and Mayor of Crazytown for sure!

Jennifer: Glad you are getting your retail-therapy “on” and hope that it helps with your healing. Sounds like the new job will also be providing some of that. Sorry that DH is taking it so hard, sometimes we forget how invested they are too even though they don’t have all the physical stuff to struggle with. Hold onto each other and get your self ready for your next cycle! You are truly a strong soul.

Blissful: Welcome! Beta is right around the corner on Tuesday...how are you feeling?

Blair: Sorry to hear about that numb spot. Owee. :-( When is your 1st u/s scheduled?

Mellow: Congratulations on being PUPO!. Can you see the big smile on my face? :D :D It was ear to ear when I saw the pictures of your two beautiful blasti-babies. Isn’t it breathtakingly amazing? I am so happy they are back where they belong and that you were such a strong advocate for yourself (and them!). REST...3 days...ripe as ripe can be...but let those little guys snuggle in tight. Wow. Awesome. When is your beta scheduled?

Ladybug: Thanks for sharing that story...it is indeed such a struggle that so many women (and couples) face. It is truly a blessing what you are doing for them. Hope that all continues to go as scheduled.

AFM: Not much to report...just trying to relax and not overdo it, which is hard when there is so much to be done! I am on call this weekend with my job--which really stinks because a call out is really stressful, but hopefully all will be quiet.

Baby Dust to all of you strong, beautiful, IVF ladies!!!

Thanks Margi- I'm anxious as heck and my boobs and hips are killing me. Pretty good for three days from Beta!

AFM- Hubby tonight starts taking deep breaths like he's freaking out and trying to relax and says to me "Oh My Gosh!!! I just got really nervous about Tuesday for the first time." Ha ha honey! Imagine that feeling in a continuous stream for about 10 days straight!

Speaking of freaking out... Time for my evening meditation. :D

We had an interesting evening together decorating burp clothes for my new niece (family tradition). It was actually a lot of fun, we laughed, talked, and commiserated a lot. We are going to visit her (she is almost 2 weeks old) tomorrow. Younger sis announced that pregnancy 2 days before my BFN. It was her 2nd month TTC. Good times! Seriously, I actually handled her pregnancy pretty well and am looking forward to spending time with the baby tomorrow. Still...it will challenge me!

Blissful- our betas are the same day!!! I'm starting to have emotions all over the place. This time in my wait with my last pregnancy my boobs were more sore. And they got progressively more sore as beta day approached. So I'm having wavering moments of doubt. Ugh. Which does nothing for generating PMA!!! Ok I need to go listen to my ,editions to find my PMA!!!

BTW what is THE most sensitive HPT?

Karen don't get down. Every time has been different for me as far as what I feel. This summer my symptoms were not there, even though I was pregnant. I finally started feeling dizzy well after my betas, but that was it. Don't worry. I pray things are good in there, and that little embie is happily growing strong. I think First Response Early test is the most sensitive. Consistent anyway. When do you think you will test? Thinking of you, and saying some prayers. :)

Bliss~ will you be testing before your beta? Good luck to you...your DH sounds cute getting all worked up. :) Hope you guys get some fantastic news.

Really tired this evening so just a quick chat. Had nervous energy today so decided to go to the farm and pick up potatos, apples and pears to over winter in our garage. Cleaned the garage spotless, and stored the produce in crates with straw. Used the rest of the straw to cover my perenials I planted this summer. 5 loads of laundry, washed and put away and bathrooms cleaned. I think I did all this in preparation of feeling crappy in the next coming weeks. I start my Lupron tomorrow evening plus Dexamethasone. Not looking forward to giving myself that first shot. I know it will get better and that it really is all mental attitude.

I have a silly question: what does PUPO stand for? Haven't seen this before and you all use it a lot.

Blissful: You and I are both non tubie gals. I will cross my fingers for you that your Beta on Monday looks great.

karenscorpio: You too!!

SD - Haaaang in there. You still have a really good chance for a BFP.

Good night everyone. I'm going to bed early. Will post tomorrow night to share how my lupron virginity was lost  .

healing~ Wow you are quite the overachiever this weekend. :) Good for you! PUPO means, pregnant until proven otherwise. You'll get the lingo, when in doubt, just ask. The lupron shot is intimidating for the first shot, but you will find it's really no big deal. You will be a pro in no time!

Hi Ladies, I'm don't get on here to often to post, but I do enjoy reading all your posts. You are such great listeners and help eachother, which I think is fantastic. It's nice to get on and read the support you give. I heart goes out to you who were not able to get BFP or who had losses. I understand your fustration and sadness. And the joy for all with BFN and great Betas. I think you gals a great.

My story is that I had my ET Friday at 1pm. They got 12 eggs, 6 fertilized, one an empty egg (I gues that would have be another blighted ovum). Anyway we transfered one 6 cell grade IV (grading from I-IV) and one 4 cell grade IV. Transfer went great other than my RE running late and boy did my bladder suffer!!!! But I was a worth it.
Mt RE told me to stay in bed all day friday and saturday, but I remember someone else telling me bed rest x3 days? So what is it 2 or3 days? I was so worried that my little embies would fall out, until I read that the uterus is a spongy deflated balloon in which the wall touch eachother. Still cautious
Also about the POAS drama, some days I think I will then I convience myself I won't. If I decide to when should do it. I don't understand the time frame. I had my ER tues 11/16 and ET 11/19, so what day am I at.
Thank you for listening, and for being open to new commers.

Hey Deedle! Welcome to the group. You are just about where I am, just off by a day. I had my ER on 11/15, and my transfer today. I wouldn't start POAS until next weekend, and even then it may be a little early. My first beta is scheduled for the 29th. I usually test to see if my hcg is out of my system so when I test again if it's positive I know it's not a false positive. Also, every RE is different. I have 3 days complete bed rest..they even go as far to say no showering. Last year when I was with a different clinic it was 5 days of rest...so every place is different. I don't know why. I am already going crazy and it's barely been a day. So I sit and hope you ladies give me something to read and respond too so I don't lose it! haha. :) Today is your day 1 past transfer a 3 day transfer..it looks like this 1dp3dt. Retrieval day is considered ovulation day. You count the day after that as day 1. Does that make sense? Hope I didn't just confuse you. On the 29th, my beta day it will be 14dpo, and 9dp5dt. :) I will likely test on Thanksgiving, and then everyday up until beta. Or I may talk myself out of it. Who knows. Welcome to crazy town!

Karen: Hang in there...it is so hard to know what means what and what means nothing...so many of the currently pregnant ladies are saying that they have little to no symptoms. Each woman is different..and each pregnancy (with a woman) is different. These hormones play horrible tricks on your head and body.

Deedle: Welcome to the 2ww (two week wait)! I am in the beginning of it myself...right behind you and Mellow.

I agree with Mellow--I think the FRER is the most sensitive HPT--make sure to get the one that says 6 days before missed period. Someone sent me this link that helps with HCG levels and HPTs for all you POAS-Divas-in-training! 8)

Good evening, everybody! Well, one more day down without any bad news, so my egg is still hanging out in its little "peatree dish penthouse" as one of you called it. I was told by an RN at the RE's office that they won't check it tomorrow since it's really fragile at this stage so they won't mess with it again until they are getting it ready for transfer on Monday. Please-oh-please let it still be going strong then! I'm going to be a wreck until I actually get into that office and am told for sure that we are really going ahead with the transfer. I'm trying to take lots of deep breaths and keep a PMA. I can't wait to join the ranks of the PUPO monday!!!

KarenS- I thought you were with me on Tues! It's so hard to keep up with everyone especially being new to the group. Don't worry about the symptoms. My boobs were the same all the way through my BFN...even after the HCG levels disappeared from the chemical. Besides... I gotta believe we multiple cyclers build up some resistance to PIO. :)

Hello Deedle and congrats on being PUPO. I'm new to the group and that was THE ONLY acronym I hadn't figured out yet.

Mellow- I am decidedly NOT a POAS girl. Some ladies are, some ladies aren't I guess. The aforementioned chemical has scared me off the sticks for life I think. Tuesday will be interesting for sure. I am in meetings 2 hours from home so I am going to have the clinic leave the levels on my voicemail and listen with DH when I get home. Last time I took the call at work and then had to lock myself in an office and cry for 20 minutes. I'd rather cry those tears (hopefully of joy this time) with DH's arms around me. It will be a LONG drive home and will be so tough not to listen. Enjoy your rest and send positive thoughts to those beautiful blasts,

Healing- I would say that we are a part of an elite and special club...but I would be lying! The only thing good about having no tubies is only less worry about ectopic!

Margi- keep up th PMA!

AFM- have a fab and relaxing Sunday! I am off to steal leftover baby dust from my sisters newborn. Ha ha.
