AFM- AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! 2WW is killing me!!! Luckily it's only a 11 day wait for me. BW is being done on Monday!! Who's on 2WW crazyville with me?????????? I skipped HPT this morning. BFN were getting to me... I am having withdraws already may need to do it tomorrow morning! Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!

Mellow- Woooo whooo! Congrats! Don't be surprised at if you have twins! That is a very very high number! What a huge blessing!

AFM- My u/s went great! They saw the gestational sac and the yolk sac. And just ONE this time! I'm 5w2d so too early for HB. So I'll return to RE in about 7-10 days for HB check. Yeah! Also, I didn't realize until after I left that they didn't give me an u/s pic! I was so happy and excited that I totally forgot! So when my nurse calls me today with my b/w results I'm going to ask her to print one for me and I'll come get it!

DeeDee: Everyone is so different with clomid. We tried 4 or 5 cycles under my OBGYN’s care and he didn’t so much as check me once…I just took it, checked to see when I “o’d” and went about our baby-making attempts. When AF came, I called, and asked him to call me in some more. The stuff gave me terrible headaches. I didn’t even know what a cyst was at that point to be concerned…now, I am cycling back to back as quickly as I can because I am fighting the clock. It really is a personal decision. Good luck with whatever you decide to do!

Hi girls just a quick update I promise to do personals later. The iui went well this morning. May the 2ww madness begin. I think this was the best timed iui we have ever done. DH's numbers were amazing today I could hardly believe it 85 million and 95% motility ( of course we ony have 13% morphology) but the nurse said the sample looked really good. I am so hopeful. I somehow feel more optimistic about this iui than I did about the FET. In the past we have done iui's with clomid but it thinned my lining pretty badly so this is the first IUI I am ever doing with really good lining. Oh God please let this be it.

Deedle---- What we did this month is called a natural iui. I did not take meds at all except for the trigger and we measured the follicle on day 12 and it was 20mm and beautiful. Then we saw that the lining was 13 since I normally ovulate on my own we used the trigger to gauge the timing and 38 hours later (this AM) we did our iui

Sorry for the lack of personals right now. I went for my first US and he saw a sac, it measured about 7 mm, I am only 5w4d so he said it was too early to have seen much. He seemed to have had a rough night and was even having a hard time figuring out my dates (he looked exhausted) he even asked me if my transfer was 12/6 or 11/6!!!
Anyway, I asked him a couple of times if what he saw was normal and he said yes and that next week we should see a lot more. So I have another appointment in a week. He saw lots of cysts and fluids in my abdomen and guess what? My OHSS is back! Great huh? So I feel like I got no resolution, I feel deflated and scared out of my mind that there might not be a baby in there. My betas were even higher than with my son and I only have one sac so I am praying really hard this is a healthy baby in there and I indeed was too early getting the US. Sorry for being Debbie Downer today, I need to try and keep my PMA! I will do presonals in a bit.

Rio! What's the hold up? Hope it was good news today. Well I see an update from you Don't be scared...it's early to see things..was there a yolk sac or anything like that? One of the downsides of going early is this...and it's hard for a mama to be to not see the the things she is hoping to see. Hang in there..will be praying for your little bean.

Rio- I waited anxiously all day. Dont be scared since its still so early. I think you saw exactly what you should be seeing right now so try not to worry about it. On the plus side you get to go see little one again in a week which is good. Stinks that the OHSS is back but hopefully it will start to calm down once the little one gets to growing. Just because your betas were high before is no reason to get down on yourself so try to keep your head up.

Blair and mellow - thank you! I looked online and a yolk sac can show up on US anywhere from 5.5 weeks to 6 weeks so I feel much better now about not seeing a yolk sac. Also, the gestational sac is supposed to grow 1mm a day and according to the article DandMe posted on US (you guys should check it out, good info) it should be over 12mm at 33 to 36dpo. So I would only need my sac to grow 5mm in 7 days which is even less than the 1 mm. Yes, I am completely overanalizing this so that I feel better! So I am trying to be happy that yes there is one sac and yes it is in my uterus! Hopefully next week we will see more!

I found this on milestone visible by US:

4weeks - possible endometrial thickness
5weeks - gestational sac
5.5 to 6 wks - fetal pole appears, possible fetal HB
6.5 to 7 weeks - fetal HB detectable

Rio, last year when I was pregnant with Johnny, I went at 5w5d, I cried when I left because there was no heartbeat. A fetal pole was there, but it was behind by a few days, and there was a yolk sac. Anytime you don't see a heartbeat, your mind is going to take you places that will make you worry. It totally sucks, but that's just what we do. I was a nervous wreck for 2 weeks, because that is how long they made me wait to come back for another u/s...pure torture. It's very normal to not see all you were hoping to see at the point where you are...also, you don't know the exact day of implantation, so it's plus or minus a few days sometimes. The sac size sounds fine for your dates. Try not to worry yourself silly over this. Deep breath! I'm glad they are bringing you back in next week..that will be good, and you will see things then. The original date of the 8th isn't sounding so bad after all is it?? Hang in there...we are here for you! (((HUGE HUGS)))

Beta #2 results are in....on 11dp5dt...it's a whopping 1649! Doubling time of 17 hours. My progesterone is through the roof too, at 381. No wonder that headache knocked me on my butt. Sheesh!
