Kynlee - sorry your sister doesn't get it, my mom is the same way. It is sad we don't get support from our family sometimes. But we do have awesome DHs!

Margi I can't wait for your Sns on Friday! Nice follies and lots! BFP in 2010 for sure! I can't tell you enough how much I appreciate all of your support here, you are always so considerate of everyone, so cute and funny and you are a ray of sunshine on this board. I can't wait to hold your hand through all the crazy waits we go through just like you have been holding mine and keeping me sane! Yes, DH treats me really well and tries not to let me do much around the house, he really is a doll. We had a talk and I told him how obssessed and scared I was and how the hormones get to me so bad if all of it wasn't enough. He said he understood but in his mind things are fine and we have nothing to worry about! I am so glad I found him! Ex baggage and all ;) I could not find a sexy cougar blinkie but this one fits you:Image

Heather oh man I sure hope this doesn't come back, you poor thing! If it is a 5 day baby and you do a fet on Nov 16th then on the 16th you would be 5dpo. So I think you can start 5 days later, 21st, although it still will be early. :)

Chelle wow you are going to have a med free day here pretty soon! Ya the meds mess with your body like crazy!

Wow you guys are POAS junkies!!!! Lol! You guys sure wrote a lot in the past day!!!

Leora - I am glad you are feeling better! I give you a lot of credit for your PMA and the fact that you are able to stick with it after what you have been through. A lot of women on here have been through so much, that my stuff seems like nothing too bad. I know you will have your dream baby soon!!!

Chell - Threre are 3 Laurens on here. Lauren, Lauren 319, and me. When I was a kid I knew no Laurens. I could never find things with my name on it. Now they are everywhere lol. I had no egg or sperm problems yet, and I am the BDer! I think I will POAS on Sunday cuz of the pressure lol! Plus I got a coupon on the first response web site(thanks Tammy).

I read every post and my stupid iPod froze. Now I mixed up who is who, so no more personals just yet lol.

So.....I found out today that I have a FROSTIE! I called the embryologist myself to get the info. My clinic said that the lab was backed up on reports because of the holidays, but I could call and get it verbally. I am just waiting for my first u/s on Thursday. I'm starting to get a little nervous and need to know that everything is okay.

I will catch up on personals tomorrow. I'm exhausted.

Night.

you are all just encouraging my habit! I secretly POAS today (D was COMPLETELY against it). Pretty much a BFN (but I keep tweaking and hoping!) I'm only 3dp5dt... way too early. Damn you Amanda and your 8dpo BFP! (was that 5dp3dt or 3dp5dt)

I'll wait a few days and test again... but here it is if you are interested (or have magic eyes that can see things that aren't there!) http://canyouseealine.com/view_home_pre ... estID=9366 (you can invert and play with it too!)

Karin 1 - woohoo! I hope your u/s tomorrow goes great. I wonder how many you have in there! How many weeks will you be?

Lauren - I was also getting confused with the Laurens - 3 Laurens, 2 Karens (and a Karin)... too complicated! :D

Heather - like you, I'm terrified of history repeating itself. My pPROM was unexplained (no uterine problems, no infections, no incompetent cervix) but I'm still freaking out that it will happen again. I keep telling D what I want to do differently when we lose a baby at 22 weeks again (we were told not to hold them/see them which I totally regret. We also don't know where they are buried)... he keeps saying that I shouldn't be so morbid and that we aren't going to lose a baby at 22 weeks again (since we'll have much more careful monitoring), but I keep thinking about it. I really hope your CMV isn't reactivating....

Jkulab - the IM injections didn't hurt me so much (I'm on suppositories now) - but after a few days, the stuff starts to build up under your skin and make your whole bum sore. Try putting heat on the area AFTER the injection, to help the oil spread out.

Anna - I totally hear you on the caffeine free - we have an amazing espresso machine at work. Someone is making one now and I can just smellllll itttt... mmmm..... hey - if I were just TTC, I'd probably keep drinking coffee in moderation, but since so much is already at stake, if that one little step helps....

Chelle - triggers are usually 36 hours before ER. The trigger was fine for me. Just another regular injection. What was weird was not doing any injections in the day between triggering and ER!

Krys - mine was BFN too... we are just too early!

Rio- I'm sorry you are in limbo. That's the worst way to be. I had serious limbo issues with my last pregnancy (5 weeks spotting but saw a sac/fetal pole, more bleeding, 5.5 weeks "collapsing sac" and told it's over, 6 weeks hearbeat!, 7 weeks measuring small but still heartbeat, 8 weeks measuring small no heartbeat).... it was hell! Hopefully you will have a happy ending!

Bakers - 5 hour drive? for every SnS? That's hell! Is there no where closer you can do them?

AFM - 8dpo.... still waiting for my BFP

Leora - Mine was a 9dpo BFP. I was 6dp3dt when I get the BFP on the IC and 7dp3dt when I got the BFP on the FRER. That FRER line was soooo faint I literally had to stand near the window to see it but it was there. By 8dp3dt, the FRER line was dark enough to photograph. I have a meeting in 7 minutes, then I have to check out that link you posted. :D

karin - YAY on having one frostie, GREAT NEWS!! I can't wait to hear how your u/s goes tomorrow!

rio - Can't wait for your u/s tomorrow too! Everything is going to go great!

jkulab - Sorry I can't help! I didn't have any IM injections, mine were all subcutaneous. Which ones will you be doing IM? If it's the PIO, some ladies may have some pointers they can share.

Margi - Can't wait to hear how Friday's SnS goes! Hoping for lots of beautiful, consistently sized, maturing perfectly follies. :)

Hi jkulab, I have only used sub cutaneous injections..but a friend of mine used intramuscular ones last year and was prescribed a numbing cream called lidocaine. I would try to get that online or get it prescribed if I were you. :)

jeib- I have been doing the progesterone shots the last three cycles that I have gone through.
The needle itself isnt too bad its the swelling of your butt and the small lumps that makes it quite painful.
The longer you take them the tougher you get. I would suggest doing the shots in the morning alternating sides,
apply heat afterwards and massage the area. Beacuse the progesterone is oil based it will take a lot longer
to break up and thats where the lumps come from. I would also take a warm bath once in awhile with epsom
salts. Another thing that was suggested to me was to buy ARNICA cream you get it at the health food store
It helps to reduce pain and swelling. It worked wonders for me.
I hope that it all works out for you! Good luck!

Hey Everyone!!

Looks like my trigger will be tomorrow and ER will be Saturday. Which is kind of neat because then I get to attend a Christmas Party for my DH's work on Friday. The nurse showed me that I'm averaging 17mm right now, so I'm just one day behind everything being mature. She did say she was really happy how I was responding to the medication. I was so excited yesterday when I read Rio's post that I will have a med free day ! I didn't know this! Oh and it will be the Christmas Party day as well!

I have a few questions..

1) Anyone here have grown their embies to 5d?

2) What should I look for when I buy bulk HPT?

3) A few years ago at the christmas party I had an amazing Chilean Sea Bass. Is Fish off limits? I really haven't had any fish. Mostly chicken and beef.

Well I hope everyone is doing well !!

Lauren (s) I am so sorry for getting you guys confused !! Hugs to you both.

Chelle - I can't answer any of your questions. I was wondering the same about shrimp. My mother claims that pregnant people should stay away from seafood, including shrimp.

Ugh...I spent the WHOLE night throwing up last night!!! I felt like such crap when I woke up that I called in sick and went back to bed! But now I'm fine! Perhaps a glimpse at the next 9 months of my life?? I stopped my POAS bonanza because I realized my cheapie dollar store tests say " can detect typical hcg level beginning the day of your expected period". I haven't been able to go to the store to buy more sensitve ones because DH stayed home to make sure I was ok and he is against those sticks!!!

Sorry for the lack of personals-on my iPhone!

Annas - I love my fishies too! Do you like sushi? I love it and it is so hard staying away from it!

Chelle - enjoy your Xmas party! I never had mine go to 5dt. I never had more than 5 embies. So no frostie insurance for us!

Amanda - thanks! I think you raised everyone's expectation here with such an early BFP on HPT!

Leora - You are so very early still but I like to see you practicing your aim! I expect pictures of your HPTs with a line very soon here! You have gone through so much and I know you are scared. I pray you will be holding your little miracle or two in about 8.5 months!

Karin - woohoo for a frostie!!!!

Margi - did you like your blinkie?

Tammy - where are you? Did you start POASing yet? I am worried about you... PMA girl you have some little fighters in there!

AFM 9:15 tomorrow is not here soon enough! I am praying so hard for a fetal pole, yolk sac and nice measurements so that I can hold this baby in 8 months!!! Thank you for all your prayers and good wishes!
