UGH! I had written a looooong personals and update post... went to submit it, and found out my internet was down.

So, here's the Cliffnotes version:

Sonya - I'm totally in the same boat with the Prometrium. They said tomorrow's 3 doses will be the end of them, and I'm so scared for my lining. I'm trying to convince myself that they take us off of them well past when we could stop for added insurance.

Gina - Fabulous news that your bleeding has stopped! These things plain and simply are absolutely horrible. I wouldn't wish one of these darn SCHs on my worst enemy. Have you been to babycenter.com? They have a SCH Support Group on there. Very informative! Keeps me sane during this crazy situation.

Bunny - Right there with you with the chapped nipples. Is it too soon for lanolin???

Amanda - Did your DH get a flu shot too? I'm gonna ask about it tomorrow, but I think DH and both the kids should be getting them as well. Right?

Afm - It's been almost 4 weeks since my bleed. I thought I was gonna be one of the lucky ones to escape Subchorionic Hematoma Hell without a recurrence... I was mistaken. I woke up in the middle of the night (which is 8 am for me) to pee and, to my horror, the toilet was full of blood. :( Not having an official OB, I called the RE's emergency line and got ahold of the APN that just happened to be in the office (SnS for another patient, I'd imagine) and she said to come in for an u/s. Only problem is, they only have vaginal u/s equipment. So we could see the babies were doing great, but they're too big now and she couldn't see the bleed site. She suspects it's near my cervix, which are the ones that tend to bleed out more frequently. I have to go in for an abdominal u/s tomorrow with the on-call OB so they can get an official measurement. I'm going to figure out which OB is going to work for me and get that situated. Being in doc limbo is for the birds! I need to be someone's patient, especially with all that I'm going through.

The good news in all of this is the bleeding has already stopped. I've been sipping water all day, which has really helped with the cramping. So, I'm feeling a lot better about the situation. Also, Baby B gave us quite a show! Teeny tiny arms and legs moving all about and wiggling around, brought tears to my eyes. Baby A wasn't quite as big of a show off, just some kicking around, a bit more gracefully than B. :D :D :D

I'm praying things go well tomorrow.

Stephanie - I'm so sorry this SCH continues to cause you grief and worry. I can't imagine how scary that's been! I'm glad they were able to get you in and your story about Baby B cracked me up. And my DH did get a flu shot but that's because he's Army and therefore he has no choice. Hoping your appointment goes well and you can get an OB squared away ASAP!

Boooo for a return on the bleed!! I just can't imagine how scary that would be when you see it and just don't know for *sure* what is going on. I had a small bleed with my first baby wayyyy back in 1987; and it was a slight separation of the placenta. I was much too young to realize how scary that was at the time. Thankfully my baby was born hugely healthy - the cord was so thick they took a piece of it to study (it was nearly an inch thick!).

I am glad it's already stopped and what a nice side note to see the babies again, moving around and doing so well. Good luck with getting a good OB and a better ultrasound today. Do they know when the SH will finally heal or can this go on through the entire pregnancy?

AFM I'm tired most of the time, but feeling better. I have a feeling tomorrow will be the last day of my progesterone. They said between 9.5 and 10 weeks... I'll be 10 weeks tomorrow. I did lessen the dose by 200 mg yesterday. Sigh. I know the placenta is well underway and doing it's job at this point, but those pills were something I could *do* to help!

Anyone starting to pooch out? I'm a stomach sleeper and have noticed a .... pivot point... wide and soft, but my hips don't exactly lay on the bed anymore... and my jeans are a bit more snug around the tummy/waist. I have a bit of a pooch when I'm standing in front of the mirror (I usually do! LOL) but I can't suck it in anymore.. it just stays there! LOL

I am excited to get my doppler today... it should be in... a friend on another forum sent it as a loaner and I'm sooo excited. I'm still early but very well could hear the heartbeat already.

Hello everyone! My name is Kaylie and I am almost 10 weeks pregnant. I was on the fall cycle board and have now moved on over to this one! I have been so busy lately and have not had any time to post until today. My hubby and I are so thrilled that this happened on our first try. To be honest, I never imagined it would.

I have been having small bouts of nausea and I am extremely tired. I can go to sleep at 8pm and not wake up for 12 hours!!! Other than those symptoms, I am a total *****! haha! My poor husband! I know this sounds crazy but I've also been struggling with a little depression. I think it is hormonal but I hate feeling this way. I should be so excited but I try to tell myself that it is situational and hormonal.

I'm so glad to be a part of this group and see some of my cycle buddies here. Can't wait to take this journey with you all!

:D :D :D

Kaylie - oh, and how do I upload a picture to my profile?

Welcome Rypell and Kaylie, best wishes to you both!
My belly is growing like crazy, I am greatful that the rest of me is not, well except for the boobs.

Kaylie - YAY for joining us over here! So glad to see you over here and hopefully more of our pregnant Fall Cycle buddies will join us over here!

Sonya - I always have a little pooch too but I've noticed what I have now is not sucking in and it's pretty firm instead of my normal mushy-abs look LOL. I think I can stay in my jeans for a few more weeks since they're low rise, but that might be about it. And I just ordered my doppler on ebay last night. Only $66 w/ free shipping so I was happy with that. I probably have another couple weeks at least until it picks anything up, but I can't wait!

Ryann - I just know you're going to be joining us over here next week! Come on BFP, come on BFP!!

Gina - Yes, I'd be fine with my belly and boobs expanding. I just don't want to expand in every direction.

Hi Kaylie! So glad you joined us!!! I was wondering about you and why we haven't heard from you lately. I'm understanding the mixed emotions - I'm not sad, but anxious about the pregnancy and what I'm going to do when baby comes! LOL Hard to believe that I tried for three years to get pregnant and now freaking about how busy my life is. hehe It will all fall into place - I know it. I'm with you on the tiredness. Trying to hold off on being an emotional terrorist, but my DH's cute little habits are driving me out of my mind!

I posted this as a new topic in the IVF section, but all of you have wonderful working tickers and mine is all wrong! Can anyone tell what I did wrong just by looking? It's backwards and not moving :( ARG!

Ryann - I had the same issue when I was making one to count down until my beta and I finally gave up after being completely frustrated. The pregnancy ones seem to work fine but the other ones to countdown to an event were doing the same thing to me. Hope you get your answer!

Hi ladies, I've been reading for a little while and have been reluctant to join you all...haven't had the ultrasound confirmation yet. After my history I've learned to be cautiously optimistic. I've had 5 m/c and we lost our son this April when he was 8 days old. We tried for 9 years to have him...finally tried IVF and it worked the first time. (we are dealing with secondary infertility, we have 3 teenagers) The loss of our son has been devastating to our kids.
My betas were strong, first one at 14dpo was 633 and the second one at 16dpo was 1649, so they were nice and strong, but I don't hold my breath until I see a heartbeat. I won't have my ultrasound for another week and a half, when I am 7 weeks along, so I'm not sure if I should go all in, or wait...but I wanted to say hi, and let you know I've been reading and praying along the way for each of you. So happy for each of you. :)

Hi Ladies,

I had my ultrasound today, everything is looking great with the babies :D Their heartbeats were 175 and 172, measuring 11w 5d. One had it's bottom in the other ones face and they also looked like they were fighting at one point  It is amazing how much they change week to week. I go every 2 weeks for my ultrasounds and to see the Maternal Fetal Docs. Since their identical they have to watch for twin to twin transfusion, hopefully that won't happen. My doctor is concerned about PTL as well. Finally got some Zofran today, I can't wait to have a day without vomiting! Hope you are all doing well, the week's almost over!

In the pics Baby B, in the top picture was not at all camera shy. Baby A in the second picture is just lounging on the bottom, and Baby A in it's face.
