Just wanted to drop by and say Thanks again for all the support you all have provided me throughout this past cycle. I still dont have any cramps or bleeding and am really really hoping it starts this week so I dont have to go in next week for a D & C right before christmas. On the up side- since we have been with this RE a year and had 3 failed IVFs we are going to be switching to a new RE. I actually found one that would be covered by my insurance and a fresh cycle should only cost $3600 + meds so thats great. I went ahead and set up an appointment for January 10- but thats the earliest I could get in. The only down fall is I will have to drive an hour and a half to get to every appointment. Even though I live in a bigger city none of the RE in my area are covered. Oh well.

Congrats to all of you who have gotten positive results!!!! I would stay more active on here but am trying to clear my head for the next month and think its probably best that I dont dwell on things. Good luck to those of you who are mid-process or in the 2ww.

i know rio, do u have nausea/vomitting too? i just feel terrible.its not even morning sickness, its morning , noon and nitetime. are u also going to get timee off from work? i think i needed to...just the walking and with my feet up all the time, i already feel heaviness on my lower abdomen... my friend ob gyn the one who did my 1st u/s said at least do light work with no heavy lifting for about 6 weeks...although their location in the uterus is good one can never be too sure they will hold...tomorrow is my official u/s with the RE, im gonna ask for some dr's notes so i can take some time off even for 2 months..i just cant function at work....

I don't have vomiting. I get nausea at night but not too bad, I find that if I keep eating a little it feels better than not eating at all. I can sit all day and don't plan on getting time off unless I have to do bed rest. I need the money too much right now. If you can take it off, go for it! :)

Oh, DJ-BJ, I don't even know you, but hearing such news makes me SO happy for you! I loved my L&D rotations and have always wished to work in that field someday, but being childless and not being able to conceive, I cannot even imagine working in such a unit. Perhaps after I get prego? Who knows. But honestly, so so happy for you!

Thanks DJ! My thirds Beta is 124. I was hoping for a bit higher number, so I can actually celebrate and tell my parents. But will have to wait for Friday when they will do U/S and B/W.

oh hope you're so sweet...standby your name cause there is always hope...you know there are times when i carry the babies in my arms , swaddle and feed them specially if the moms are tired and want to sleep, i always feel calm and serene, and hopeful that someday i will have my own no matter what...it is always a rewarding experience to be a part in bringing a bundle of joy in this world....so u girls out there....i know you will have your own..as i have mine now...we just need to be careful , extra careful and take care of them and ourselves all the time...

We've got 2, maybe 3....no heartbeats yet...but they weren't measuring or looking very close. This was to rule out ectopic since I am having sharp pains. Now we know what the sharp pains are...an overactive uterus. :) I am 6 weeks on the nose today.

baby~ I understand your caution...but congrats that it went up. That is good news. :) Hopeful for you.
