since Amanda is moving on to the "Pregnant after treatment" boards - I guess I'll volunteer to run this list.... the one thing I didn't like was that there is no "waiting for FET" part - the people taking meds and doing SnS waiting for FET are listed under "waiting for IVF" which doesn't seem right.... I've spent about 30 mins of 'valuable' work time looking for a FET blinkie and can't find one.... any help?

Also - I don't like erasing anyone, but since this is now Winter 2010-2011 - I've deleted all the pregnant and 'luck & love' people... we will start our OWN BFP list!

let me know if you have any suggestions for the list!

Leora - The list looks great!!! I remember looking for a waiting for FET blinky too and I couldn't find one either. Maybe we need to get Rio & Margi on the trail. Good luck ladies and I'm hoping this board has tons of BFPs! I'll be popping in here & there to cheer you on!

Amanda - you stalk me here and I'll stalk you on the 'pregnant after treatment' board.

No one else came over yet - so I'll post here and on Fall.... I did a *BAD* thing... I called my clinic and LIED. I said I started bleeding. So I get to go in for my beta tomorrow. I don't feel so bad - my clinic does very late betas (17dpo) and I've always waited the full time. But my grandmother is visiting and I'm super busy.... I can't deal with the stress anymore. So in about 24 hours I'll know definite news, one way or the other....

AFM (as for me): I am currently waiting to get the word that I can go out in the middle of an ice and snow storm to get a beta done. I'm sure it is a BFN...but I should make sure since I didnt take my shot last night.

Can I join this thread. I'll be doing a long cycle lupron. I will be starting Lupron on the 23rd. I should hopefully be doing embryo transfer around January 12th if all goes well.

I am offically back on the board. I've been reading every day on the Fall Cycle Buddies group, but just wanted to stalk and not join in! It's been so exciting to see all of the wonderful BFP's! I hope we all will be joining the "other side" soon!

Leora, thanks for managing the board! I tried once and couldn't keep up, so Thank you!

AFM: It's been a long journey for us, like a lot of us on here, so I'm joining with a new attitude and hope. I'm not sure when we will start, we just returned from our TTC break vacation from Costa Rica. We had a great time and didn't talk about TTC the whole time! It was kinda hard for me to not bring it up at dinner and at different times of the day, but I didn't want to bring that dark cloud with us on vacation. It was worth it for sure Of course, now that we're back, I'm as anxious as ever. Here's the dilemma. I think I will get AF on Dec 18, so I could start the next IUI on Dec 18, but that means I would have to pay about $1400 for sperm. We are totally out of our flexible spending money in 2010. So, if I wait until my next AF, which would be about Jan 18, then I could deduct everything from flexible spending and that's about a 30% discount. Logically, we should wait until Jan, but I'm just anxious now! We shall see!

I can't wait to meet all the lovely ladies on this thread and I hope that all of my previous buddies continue to "crash".

Thanks for starting this thread. I'm waiting for my AF to arrive which will be some time in early Jan, I'm hoping, after which I'll start taking BCP's. I'm too anxious to get started right away, however!

Hello ~ My name is Stephanie and I am new to message boards.. I am starting my Lupron injections tomorrow morning and this will be my first IVF. I was on Clomid for 7 months and have had 5 failed IUI's. The IVF will happen mid-January (hopefully). I am petrified to start my injections and this long road into IVF! Any information to prepare myself for this would be useful.. Good luck to everyone on here!!

Hi everyone, my name is Jayme and this is also my first IVF. I am 34 and my huband is 35. We have been TTC for 4 years. I am feeling alone in this process since I haven't told many people about our struggles. Hopefully sharing will help make this process a little easier. I started lupron on 12.5 and I am scheduled for ER on 12.18. Hoping it isn't too painful.

Stephanie- The injections aren't bad at all. I was nervous too, but most women on the board said that they weren't bad which really helped me.

Hi - Leorira, I am joining in as well. I am supposed to start BCPs after my next AF, which should be around December 27, then on to lupron around Jan 15th and injectables on Jan 29, with transfer in mid-February and beta at the end of February. wow - that's a long way off - now that i've typed it all up.

This is going to be my 3rd IVF. my 1st one failed, my 2nd one (FET) was a successful - my amazing baby boy who is 9 months old. And now i finished breastfeeding and right away start again because of my age being up there - every month counts. can't waste time!

Looking forward to hanging out with you ladies this winter
