Leorira - I am so sorry we all know there is nothing you can say to make it better - I can't even count on all my digits & arms & legs how many BFN's I have gotten but just know you will be a mommy some way or somehow it will happen just have a little hope.

Easley - So if you POAS on 7dp3dt an got a negative does that mean I can test on 5dp5dt? I am confused about that and want to make sure I don't do it too early so I don't get disappointed but I was thinking of trying to hold out until Sunday or Monday?

AFM - I am in my 48 to 72 hour bedrest time and since my Mom & Dad are here (well my Dad is doing more skiing than helping but I guess thats what you get when you live in resort town!) they are waiting on me & helping out with my 2 yr old so I can relax a little. So a few silly questions for you all - I am super worried about the eggs falling out I know silly but why doesn't that happen? Also my RE said 24hr bed rest is required, 48hr is better & 72hr is best - what did you all do? I don't know if I can do this for three days! Is it normal to have no feelings at all? I don't feel any different and that is scaring me -- I did get some pictures & that is giving me hope I keep looking at them and thinking those are my babies!

Katie....My RE actually has in her instruction that you canNOT laugh, sneeze, cough or poop your embies out! Which was reassuring because I was scared of all of the above! I also did some googling because I was wondering where my embies were before they implanted...were they just floating around?? So, from what I could find, they are sticky or something, and altough they aren't actually implanted into the uterine lining, it seems as if they stick to a part of the lining until implantation?? I could be totally off, but that's what I got from my research and it made me feel better! I did 3 days of full and complete bedrest, nothing but using the washroom, then I took one extra day off of work and took it easy. I finally got up out of bed and went downstairs to see my dogs, but really didn't do much of anything. On day 5 I was back at work. I'm a teacher so I am on my feet pretty much all day. I just did my best to take it easy and go slow. I didn't feel any different either. Finally on 4dp3dt I started vommiting and then the cramps and twinges kicked in. Some women who get a bfp never feel anything during the 2ww. I have been hoping a praying for sore boobs so I could feel another symptom, but NOTHING! They are perfectly fine. It's easy to get sucked into all of the craziness, but just keep looking at those pictures nd imagine holding at least one of the in 9 months! Good luck!

As for your POAS question...5dp5dt is 10past ovulation....so it's all up to how much you can handle. I have heard that BFPs will start showing up around 12dpo...mine showed up at 9dpo....you just never know!

Hi Katie, I woudn't worry about your embies falling out. Just think positive thoughts and ejoy your bedrest!

Leora..I know there is nothing I can say to ease your pain and frustration. I hope you will stay positive in terms of thinking of whats to come. It WILL happen!! Its just frustrating to go throught the motions of it all until then. Sending prayers and babydust for your next go at it!!

AFM I have been MIA lately. Yesterday I was worried I had some light pink/brownd discharge along with my breast no longer feeling as sore. TOday no spotting, breasts feel back to their normal sore self. Im trying to stay optimistic about it and hoping it was implantation spotting at 7dp3dt. I will try hpt on Friday or Saturday morning. Hope you are all well!!

My RE told me 24hr bestrest then to take it as easy as possible for the next few days. Well with an 8 and 14yr old plus I'm the school cheer coach that's not so easy. But During the morning and early afternoon I tried to stay off my feet as much as possible the rest of last week. And don't worry, once those beans are in there they aren't coming out!

I've had lots of mild cramping and sore boobs  since they day after my ET but I've read lots of ladies have had no signs at all and still got a BFP. Everyone is different that what makes the 2ww so crazy!

I took another test this afternoon and it still a BFP!!!! And darker! I am totally addicted to POAS now!

Tons of baby dust to everyone and I'm praying we all get our BFP this month! :D

Easley - Congrats! So happy!

Longtimerivf - I am not actually 5dp5dt I was just asking when I should start testing - I am 1dp5dt so I have a bit to go. But I am praying for you!

AFM -I am sick of laying around already but Mom is a meany and will not let me under any circumstances get out of bed! I mean of course for the usual potty breaks & cleaning up but not more than that. I am having a wicked cramp on the left hand side can't tell if it is a uterine cramp or something else but it is bugging me a little bit so hopefully it will subside & I can get some sleep & it will be gone when I wake up. Embryologist called today we have 6 beautiful frosties he was very excited & happy about them so that makes me feel good. Of course we are praying this is it!

I also asked the docs about the embies falling out & here is the official word - the embies have a sticky goo around them and they actually stick to the walls of the uterus before they implant - the uterus is not really a cavity it is like two pieces of bread stuck together so they are not bouncing around in there they are stuck & thinking about or trying to implant.

Phew I feel better off to sleep. PMA to all tonight & Ryann can't wait to hear your beta result.
