Hey no talk of this cycle not working either! I won't have that. PMA girl! As for transfring more than 4 it really depends on the grades and cell number and fragmentation. Watch out you will end up with your own TLC show! Call your nurse and figure out the BCP thing. PMA PMA PMA!!!!!!!!!!!!!
SDtrying - I think that high betas normally are associated with twins but there is such a range. If you look at
http://www.betabseinfo.org you will see very low beta twins and very high beta singletons. My betas were not super high and I really did not expect twins. I think we all have fun predicting this but really we don't really know until the US like you said. I don't think it is giving people false hopes. Plus having been on the board for 3 years I know very well that a twin pregnancy is more complicated and risky. But this is a risk we all take with IVF and picking embryos to transfer. There was a girl here 2 years ago with a beta of 13, her embies split and she had identical twins, unfortunately one did not make it, but just goes to show it is all a guess!
