How much validity is there in the NKC/immunology theories for failed IVF attempts? I have read about people who swear by this, and other things that say there is little evidence to support this. If you had a successful pregnancy as I did but am TTCing for over 2 years with one failed fresh IVF, can you develop these things afterwards? And in the scheme of things, what are the chances that one would have this problem (i.e. how often is the reason for failed IVF a bad embryo vs. immunology issues?)

I don't know. I know the doctors at my clinic don't believe NK cells are a major cause of cycle failure.
Avoid IVF and surrogacy in Ukraine. Ukrainian centers pay shills to post here under numerous sock accounts pretending to be patients in Ukraine. Centers using such deceptive advertising cannot be trusted and should be avoided.
