Well I'm PUPO. They put in 2 embies. He said they where both good embies 6 and 7 when they were checked early morning. He said they were probably already 8 though when they put them in. I took a pregnancy test this morning before I went in and it was negative, Has anyone else had HCG leave their system so fast?


Krcaja- Congrats on being Pupo. I'm not sure about grades, because my office doesn't ever give me grades and Ive never done a blast transfer. He just says how many cells and if they are flawless or not.

Leora glad your trip went well. It sounds like you had a lot of fun.

Hopisallihave- I don't do the birth control because of my clotting issue and I have a hemangeoma on my liver so I can't offer you any advice.

Hope - I usually stop BCP on a Sunday and star stims the following Saturday. My period normally comes one or two days before the Saturday start. On two cycles I did not get my period, so I had to go in for blood. Everything was normal and I started stims as planned, and got my period on the Saturday or Sunday. I have still had it on my first US day several times so it shoud be normal. Good luck!!!

Well, I'm still stimming slowly here. E2 is 330 after 6 days of stims. I have about 7 follies between 9 & 14 and I'm starting my Ganirelix tonight. I sure hope they mature together but a couple seem to be growing more slowly.

Hope- AF After bcp's is totally normal. Always happens to me that way.

Hope - Every time I stop BCP I bleed like a period - RE told me that is exactly what they want - so I think you are fine - congrats on starting stims, now grow follies grow

Krcaja - Congrats on PUPO!!! Each clinic grade differently however my clinic (in Sandy UT) is extremely conservative & only hands out a excellent AA grade to fewer that 5 each year - mine frozen ones are all in the BB range & my RE is thrilled & says they are great he couldn't be happier - hope that helps - now just relax & let those beans stick!

Leoria - Great pics from Greece looks amazing there! I am really ready to add to my family just having some weird fears I am scared to put myself in the position of failure again but I am getting more excited & ready with each passing day - the farther I get from the MC & closer I get to the ET the more excited I get!!! This will be our year I think collectively we have all had a enough let us be pregnant & mommies already!

AFM - Welcome to all the new additions this is a great board & to the rest of us this is our year - I am trying it all, the secret, PMA, meditation, visualization, praying or whatever is next I am not picky. I am ramping up all my acupuncture one because it make me feel amazing & two because I have heard so many people say how much it helped then to get there sticky BFP. Anyone have any thoughts on doing Acupuncture before & after ET? My Acupuncturist is apprehensive to do it right after she says her research does not support this but 3 to 5 days after to aid in implantation & to help to eliminate miscarriage - any thoughts on this? I know some of you are junkies like me so please share what your acupuncturist believes in so I can share with mine.

I am getting more & more excited each day just trying to adjust my attitude with each passing day I can't believe it is already the 16th & I am that much closer to my estimated ET. I am praying for all you ladies that are PUPO, stimming & getting ready for ER/ET - keep up your PMA & don't let your fears keep you from your dreams - we ALL deserve this and THIS WILL BE OUR YEAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello! This is my first time here.

My husband and I have been ttc for exactly five years (today). Long story short, I have stage II endo, pcos, which seems mild and worse on my right ovary, and my husband has been diagnosed with low morph and the RE suspects his sperm cannot penetrate my eggs. We were blessed to be chosen by our clinic for a very reduced cost IVF with ICSI cycle. My suppression check is Tuesday morning and if all goes well I will stop taking bcp then injects will be started in a few days.

I have never spotted so much or had such sore bbs on bcp as I have had these past couple of weeks! I am ready to feel "normal", but that may take some time, hopefully 9 months' worth!

Anyway, I used to frequent message boards, but it fed my IF and ttc obsession too much. I need some place to vent about this cycle and to get a feel for what's normal and what's not. I hope it ends with great news, but am preparing myself for the worst. It's all I know.

hopeisall-Bleeding is normal after bcp. its fanny when we are young we take them to prevent being pg. now when we get older we take them to regulate our cycles how aronical????

You ladies are all on my heart tonight. We went to hospital tonight to see my brother's new baby. We walked by the nursery and I fought back the tears and thought of each of you amazing ladies here.

So many people that don't understand what this road is like. Part of me is happy that everyone doesn't struggle with infertility. It's a terrible road. I do wish that more ppl could be understanding though.

Riya – I don’t have any personal experience with this book, but my acupuncturist really recommends, “taking charge of your fertility.”

Lou – the weather was so horrible here that it took me 1.5 hours to get home from work on Friday, so we missed the movie! So, hopefully we’ll be able to see it next weekend too!

Carol – how was black hornet? Like I told lou, we didn’t make it to the movie, but we had dinner instead, so it was still a great Friday night date night. I hope you had a great weekend as well! So, are you going to POAS? You are half done with the 2WW! How exciting!

Lynniecat- that is fabulous news! I’m so excited for you! Sorry if I’m out of the loop, but why is your dr. so skeptical? It looked like you just had a baby in 2009, so just 1.5 years later, seems like you would have good chances? I’m wishing you all the best! I think a positive attitude goes a long way!

Hope – if I were you, I would not get my blood drawn again from that crazy girl. Yikes! I really hope that your arm feels better soon. Well, I didn’t see the movie because of the weather, but we still plan to see it, so when we do, I’ll let you know how it is! That’s so exciting that you took your first shot. I felt the same way, with the big pen, it was just so intimidating! But, like you, it was even better than the lupron shots. Excited to hear how things go on the 18th! That’s totally normal. I had about a half flow, and it’s totally fine.

Lou – it sounds like things are going perfect! I think stimming a little slower might be a great thing for you. You never know! I am doing the grow dance for you!

Kat – congrats on the transfer today! You are PUPO! How exciting! Remember to eat pineapple! The core is the important part to eat!

AFM: YES! I got AF on Saturday morning….let the games begin! I have my Base US tomorrow at 10:30! Then, I will be on Fermera for 5 days and then my IUI should be in about 10 days. I thinking it will be 1/25 and 1/26. Won’t be for sure until they see how I do on the femera, but that’s been how the past 3 have been. I’m feeling so good about everything. I just really can’t wait to start!
