Antagonist cycle with Femara?

Antagonist cycle with Femara?

I've seen a few posts recently from ladies on antagonist cycles who have added femara with the antagonist. Can anyone tell me why and what the benefit of this is?
Me - 29 AMH level of 7
First timer
Short antagonist cycle started 30/08/10
5 eggs = 3 embryos
2 embryos transferred

Sorry I don't have a clear answer but I was on Femara on my 3rd IVF and had double the number of follicles than 3 yrs ago!
