Layers- sooo disappointed for you about the digital test, and hoping more than anything that the blood test will be positive. I don't have full faith in anything but the blood test. I am praying yours will be positive, girl. Hang in there.

Qita- I am hoping for your BFP too. You may be a little early for a positive? You transferred just four days ago right?

Afternoon ladies !
I'm a newbie and just saw this january cycle buddy topic would like to join in.
just had my egg collection this morning and feeling fine,all going well the transfer will go head sunday monday.
not sure what to do now, do I need to really take it easy as in not go out socially and have a small glass, or can I go back to normal until transfer day ?
it's my first cycle and it really heartens me to see so many who are going through their 3rd or 4th cycle and also looking at other options because at least if this cycle doesn't work , we should look positively towards the next one.
so many brave ladies out there.. wish men could get pregnant !!

Couldn't help myself, peed on a stick this am and got a negative. It is still early, but I was hoping I would be one of those that showed up early. Still hoping for a positive on Friday! I am 10 days post 3 day transfer. Good luck to you other ladies on Friday!

No POAS's for me. I have been dying to over the last 2 days, but I am going to stay strong and wait for Friday. I am trying to wait because I know that I will have an extreme reaction to the test no matter what the result is. But these last 2 days of waiting are by far the worst!!!

So I decided to post all my symptoms/stats...

Dpt- days post transfer

Jan 19- Retrieval. 11 eggs
Jan 22- transfer (3day transfer) 6 embryos: 4- 8cell, 1- 6 cell, and 1- 4 cell
3 dpt- major shooting pains and cramping
4 dpt- twinges and pulls (implantation?)
7 dpt- twinges and pulls. Lump in throat like I am going to be sick
9 dpt- light pink when wiping (barely noticeable)
10 dpt- lump in throat
11 dpt- BFN!! (digital test). Also had brown/ dried blood discharge
Sore boob last night. But not sure if that is just all in my head. Lump in throat
12 dpt- today. Lump in throat
Will do the preg test the nurse gave me tomorrow

Question- does anyone know if implantation bleeding occurs on same day as implantation or do we notice the spotting afterwards?? I worried that I am implanting late.

I had major bloating the day after transfer but otherwise did my normal routine.

Warning: this may be a little corny...

Ladies, there are alot of us with blood tests tomorrow, pray for us! If we don't get the BFPs, there will be the expected but unavoidable despair. But don't forget, we are fighting infertility, a very difficult road, and we are not alone. We will heal and be happy again, because we a dreamers and full of hope and people like that bounce back. Hopefully it will be all joy tomorrow for all of us. I pray it will be. Good luck!

This was our last attempt as I cannot handle the disappointments anymore.

I am very sorry for your BFN. It is a terrible blow and my heart is breaking for you, saying this is your last try. Life is such a B sometimes, and worse in infertility. Girl, you just don't know what the future holds, and I hope and pray it has good things for you.
