Ive started a facebook page where you can donate your unused meds to ladies who are in real need. Please come join us if you have any to donate or in need yourself. You can find us on "Give Away Acosta"

We also give support to each other who are going thru IVF/IUI or just general ttc support. The group of ladies are wonderful.

This is a great idea. My clinic donated an entire cycle of meds to me. They have always been very generous and it is greatly appreciated. I wrote a blog post about this if you would like to check it out.

Thanks hun for your positive feedback. I read your blog and its very nice for your clinic to do that. The reason why I started this facebook page was because I had to go a couple of cycles without trying before I could proceed cause I had to save up my money for the meds and so I had to wait a couple of months. So I thought there must be other woman going thru the same thing. It was heart breaking for me. So far weve had a couple of donations and it has really helped a couple of the ladies. We still have a couple of lades who are in need.

I think it is a great idea! There is really a lot of money to be saved when it comes to the meds. I recenlty talked to another lady that had about 5,000 worth of meds donated by her clinic! I think a lot of clinics do it, they just don't let it be known. I don't have facebook, I'm sure I am the last person on earth without it, so do you have a link that I could leave on my blog to send people your way?

Flower- I wanted to chk out your FB page, but the details can be seen only if you add as friend. Since we have not disclosed our fertility issues with friends and family, I am a little hesitant to add "ivf meds donation" as friends.(I wish I was open and bolder about this whole issue, but unfortunately , I am not )
Is it possible can you can changepage to category to "other" or" business" or something, where you can view the page/profile with easy. If thats not an option, than maybe ease on the security settings on current page, so that anyone can view the details. Just a suggestion. Thanks and kuddos on helping women in need!
